#1 I m not from Houston, wanted fresh fish. This is a helll no. Why te grits have meat in it? Everyone do not eat pork. The fish was mushy it was such a disappointment. The guy was talking way too much had to repeat my order 4 times. Fries- trash. Hush puppies would ve been great if it was hot. Shrimp- precooked. Get it together! For what yall charging this absolutely sucked. No shade no tea. Evern the girls at the front register was like nah you don t wanna try that. Take this seriously you could be great. Stop frying hush puppies and fish in the same grease. Just HELL NO!

The food is outrageous! They don t sell catfish anywhere inside but they are passing SWAI fish as catfish AND charging catfish prices! It is also ILLEGAL to list catfish ON THE MENU and give swai!!! Made me extremely sick, I guess it was bad. When I called back, they blocked my number. They also have horrible attitudes.

We ordered 3 dinners and admittedly it was within an hour before closing. The red beans and rice were excellent. I had the shrimp basket. They were okay. The hush puppies were rather small. The pecan pie was too small. A childs piece really. My husband had the fish basket and he said his fish was too hard...like it had been reheated. His Mac n cheese was runny. This is the second time in a row their food was sub-par; not sure were going back.

Im Diabetic but wanted to enjoy your food today ( BAD DECISION). I asked for no rice but instead a salad ( I would have paid an up charge) but that was NOT an option. The older man at the register told me I had to have rice. Sadly, I always order the grilled fish combo with no rice but today was different. I will NEVER go again. BEWARE!!!! THEY ADVERTISE MISLEADING PRICES ONLINE TO GET CUSTOMERS TO COME. I decided to check this place out again after 4 years. Heres my input: I placed an order with the manager via phone based on the online prices on their website. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, one of the workers said, Our online prices dont match. I told him that I had already placed an order, then he said the price was $42. I was surprised by the $10 price increase of my order. When I inquired about the price difference, I was told the reason of Our online prices dont match the prices that we have to ring up for. I can see that, especially when I made it to the counter and was given a different price to pay. I asked for the manager who was no help as he stood there without providing any input, even when I asked to speak to a manager & the only thing he could say was I only know how to use the register. Thats it. I requested to speak with the GM but had no success. I was told that they dont price match their OWN online prices on their OWN website so instead of paying $32 for a 20 piece family fish strip meal with 2 large sides as advertised online, they wanted me to pay $42 for the fish strips meal. This is highway robbery, especially when the customer is not getting the fulfillment of whole fillets for the price we are paying. When my order was placed over the phone, it was not made aware that the online prices were incorrect. If it was, I would have asked for the actual price & saved my family a trip. After getting more detail, it seems that their website has been outdated for an extremely long time, and they have many customers that come with the same experiences I had today with misleading prices. So, let me get this straight, they know the website prices are outdated as its been brought to their attention by numerous customers, but for the prices theyre charging, theyre not doing better by making the public aware of price changes by updating their prices on the website! The reason i was given for this is the website is not our restaurant. Sure... The name on the website and company logo says it all. No one wants to be surprised by price variances when they make it to pick up food for their family. The manager gave me an option: Either youre gonna take it or leave it. So I left it. This restaurant has got to do better!!!!! I refuse to indulge in upsell prices based on false advertising. My rating will remain the same until change comes. This update was 4 years ago. SMH.. paid over $20 for catfish strips passed off as catfish fillets. I felt very insulted that this place bamboozled people out of money just to stay in business. Returned! I wanted my $$$ back. They can literally keep that mess. Im good.

Closed for business...appears to have reopened the station, looking at the recent reviews, however several reviews reflect they received Swahili (imported cheaper Asian catfish) instead, so based on that, my ratings remain the same. The food previous to their closing was excellent. Dont think I will try again. I have to past up other catfish choices to get there. Not worth the gamble for me. Its a shame

Two stars are for customer service. Isabella was very nice and helpful. I dislike that their phone does not work. I got the crazy six and macaroni turkey leg. The Crazy Six plate was Two shrimps - 5.5/10 very good batter but not fried long enough. Two chickens - 3/10, there was zero seasoning but fried perfectly. Two catfish - 0/10... it was not catfish AT ALL. Their catfish is actually Swai, and it was not fried enough. The texture was squishy underneath the batter. It also had zero flavor. I couldnt even finish it, I spit it out after one bite. This plate is also supposed to come with fries. I did not get my fries and because their number doesnt work, I couldnt even call about it. I normally check my food but I was in a rush. The macaroni turkey leg. The macaroni - 3/10 it was nothing special. The turkey leg - 7/10 flavorful and cooked right. I wouldve liked more of a smoked flavor. My experience here was nice. The food needs better quality and they need to get their phone fixed. I think that the good reviews comes from locals who have a small pallets. The food has zero flavor, it s misleading, and a waste of money in my opinion.

There was a Catfish Station location in the 290/1960 area that I tried. For some reason they closed this one down. I was out and found this Louetta location and decided to give them a try. The food was just as delicious as the previous location. They give you such huge pieces of fish! Its very tasty and very filling! The prices are pretty reasonable too. I also love their pink lemonade! Would absolutely recommend.

The workers at this location DO NOT value loyal customers. Short Hispanic female with a chatty mouth and an attitude stapled my TO GO order up WITHOUT eating utensils of condiments. When I asked her for them she claim they were in the bag. I checked before leaving and nothing. I mentioned this fact to her while she was carrying on a personal conversation instead of helping me and she caught the tude just like Black female from New Orleans and threatened to call the police. I ordered the fish and shrimp po boy through Uber Eats. I only received fish and not shrimp on my sandwich. I asked for the sauce to be on the side it was still on the sandwich. I also asked for extra tomatoes and did not get that. I added sides to my order but was not given them either. I was told I did not pay for the sides. The way they have you to order off their menu on Uber Eats will mess you up every time. If you don t automatically click combo at the bottom before u choose your sides, you will not receive them. The menu on Uber Eats need to be fixed or you will have plenty of people complaining.

I would have given the rating a 0 but that choice wasnt available. A few years back this place used to be finger licking good. We went today and ordered food and I must say everything was a total waste of money. There was no flavor at all. I guess its new owners or management but it was absolutely horrible. I ordered a side of Mac n cheese and I got rigatoni noodles in thick cold cheese sauce. I would have respected the fact if the person taking my order would have said, no we dont have Mac n cheese, we have a pasta that we can place in a cold cheese sauce. We spent $35.00 for 2 5 piece catfish meals that comes with 1 side and a side of Mac supposedly. We were huge fans before but they definitely lost committed customers. Dont waste your money or time here.

The service was pretty terrible. I was the only person in line and it took the lady at the front forever to take my order. She didn t even ask if I was ready to order. Another gentleman had to come from the back to take my order instead smh. Outside of this incident, the food here is typically piping hot and fresh when we bring it home. Will update on taste from tonight with food pics once we arrive home.

The food looks better than the photo of fried catfishes shown. I ordered the family bundle of fried shrimps, catfishes, and 2 sides of Mac and cheese. The catfishes were very delicious and crispy! The shrimp was too spicy for my children and the Mac and cheese didn t have any salt or flavor to it. Overall: Very Good for our first time.

Delicious lunch! Love the fact they use fresh mixed lettuce & not the iceberg stuff! Catfish & shrimp were super tender & amazing along with the service. Kinda wished the cocktail sauce had more horseradish in it though other then that clean restrooms so . Great job guys!

the worst case of customer experience I have EVER had to deal with. My boyfriend didn t like his food because his chicken was underseasoned and slimy. I nicely asked the manager for a refund and he instantly got defensive with me instead of helping me and said he couldn t give me a refund because we simply didn t like the food. never coming here again. If you want good cajun food go to anywhere else that isnt here.

In the beginning, Catfish Stations service was great. However, now their services is HORRIBLE!!! They clearly have incompetent people working for them who clearly can not count and just throw your food together any kinda way. I had the catfish and shrimp snack plate. Catfish was well seasoned and shrimp were large and tasty. Very good variety on menu from grilled to fried. My only gripe was they have gumbo but not seafood gumbo only chicken and sausage.

Mushy tasteless fried fish, uncooked hush puppies, tasteless smear of Caesar dressing. The potato salad has no flavor, the Cole slaw might as well be from KFC. Shrimp were rubbery and tasteless and the grilled fish had no flavor. This pace has to be one of the worst catfish places in Klein. Gross.

I got the fried catfish basket. Which is 5 pieces of fish with hush puppies and one side of your choice. It only took about 5 minutes and our food was brought out to our table and was scorching hot (which is good ). The staff was super friendly and attentive. The catfish was very tasty and was cooked perfectly and the slightly spicy tartar sauce was the perfect compliment. My side dish was red beans and rice and it was delicious. I would go back just for that. They get two thumbs up from me. I cant wait to go back and try the dirty rice and other dishes.

One of the better seafood chain restaurants. I first tried their food about 5 years ago and then the location nearest to me closed down, I was sad. Then, earlier this year I found a bunch of these places all over so I went right back and was all smiles again! Seriously people, their seafood is right on! Grilled seafood combo is so good and its so much that I stay full for 3 days! No, thats an exaggeration but it is really satisfying and filling, I myself think its too much for one person but hey, one size fits all, leftovers for another day!
