Asked to have my broccoli put on the grill as I always do every single time I eat there. Cook refused to do it because he said it makes no difference. I sent it back to kitchen and it was literally gone from my table maybe 2 minutes and sent back. It was still not grilled. I hate raw broccoli. There were only about 15 customers in the whole restaurant so it was not busy. Just pure laziness. Never be back.

Great food and atmosphere. I think we just got a green server. Will go back. Went back Saturday night, was recommended to try the bow tie pasta, it was luke warm, maybe, I claims to have chicken in it, there is no way I got even 1/4 of a breast of chicken and zero bacon, very disappointing. They dont give you a salad with an $18+ entree? It better be outstanding based on that and it was NOT. Maybe this is a just a bar with good pizza. Its a fun place to eat. There is a variety of entrees to choose from on the menu. The staff is great! T here are sporting events to watch, and the restrooms are clean. When you need appetizers, try the mushrooms. We think they are the best in town, so come hungry because you will be satisfied when you leave.

The staff is of top caliber. I couldnt have asked for a more polite, friendly or attentive waitress. The food however left something to be desired. My Caesar Salad was disappointing, with a paucity of dressing, no croutons and limp lettuce. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one-off and try the establishment one more time however. (The onion rings were quite tasty though)

Im visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this place for the first time and decided to check it out with my family. After we placed our food order I took a sip of my water and felt something in my mouth it was a small fly!!!!! When the waitress came back to the table I informed her and she took the plate that I put the fly on and stated she would get me another water. The waitress seemed not to care at all and offered no apology ( sometimes a sincerely apology and acknowledgment is all that s needed) After a minute of her bringing my new water we told her to just cancel the order and we were going to leave she said ok . I write this review in hopes that management teaches staff to at least fake an apology.

I try not to leave a poor review unless I have had multiple bad experiences. Unfortunately, I have tried Teddy Jacks multiple times now and I have had nothing but poor experiences. The food was fine. More expensive than it was worth but, nothing to really brag about. My issue seems to be the consistent incompetence of the staff. In the two hours that our party sat at the table, we saw our waitress twice. After our food was served, my wife asked for more Caesar dressing as her Caesar salad came to her dry. The manager at the time was the one who brought her the dressing, and it wasnt until she had poured it over her salad that she realized he brought her honey mustard. Now, I can understand making mistakes; this is why I give multiple visits before leaving a bad review. However, this was not a busy day. There were maybe four other tables being waited on. Meanwhile, the wait staff walked around the restaurant messing around with each other, making inappropriate jokes around customers, and overall lacking in their duties. Like I said before, this was not my only poor experience at Teddy Jacks, but it will definitely be my last.

We are not locals, but have been here twice before and enjoyed it. Today, however, was sub par. No one greeted us/got a drink order for a good 5 minutes. The server was terrible, and I hate to say that. Of our 5 meals, three were not correct. 2/3 weren t a big deal as we could just take the pickles off and take the tomatoes off, but the third order was not what was ordered and our son wouldn t touch it. She literally wouldn t even look at the table as she passed by to do a spot check on drinks or ask how the meal was. She literally never came back to the table once the food was dropped off. Terrible. She did the absolute bare minimum and that s being generous. Yikes. I had to say something to get her back to the table for our check. Also, the table behind us had the same server and they too had a messed up order. Needless to say, we won t be back.

One of the worst experiences I ve ever had in my life at a restaurant. Showed up at 11:20 for lunch and didn t get our food until 12:40pm. Tables just as big or bigger than ours got their food prior to us and we ended up having to take our food to go. The manager came and did not care about the situation or try to fix anything. Would not recommend this place.

As an out-of-towner visiting for the first time, this restaurant came highly recommended by our host and seemed to be a favorite among locals. It felt as though our server was keen on turning over our table quickly, a sentiment understandable considering they seemed to be a college student. Alexander and Mell short for Melissa are the best wait staff. They are attentive, positive, and hard working. It is rare you find people with this kind of positive energy. The management is great as well but these two will make your visit. The food has improved greatly under new management. Very loud restaurant for starters. Server was amazing and engaging. I had the Teddy Jack Burger totally ice cold the meat had absolutely no heat whatsoever. Tasted great but I wanted a hot burger who serves a cold burger, Oh Teddy Jack does! I absolutely should have said something but as an ex-server I have witnessed many horrible things servers have done to diners. I didn t ever retaliate in such a way regardless I never complain about a meal. A cold burger is unacceptable however the fries were most excellent! Kitchen staff please watch what you re doing!
