Everything fine but the meat department. They fool you with nice and good looking meat on the top, but under that you will find fat, bones, and weird cuts all over. Plus they do not honor the cuts advertised. They are not customer service oriented. That s why Costco is way superior

I found one of my old favorites my chia chips, I love those and was thrilled they started stocking them again. But I was very disappointed that my keto bread I buy a lot of was nowhere to be seen. I am also saddened that I have to spend $50 as a plus member to get free shipping and curbside. I also wanted to comment on the rotisserie chicken new container... I love it. Thank you, Sams, for keeping the chicken below $5. I can always count on a healthy dinner for my family buying the chicken. Its always delicious too.

Wonderful, friendly customer service. Thank you so much. Tried to order online but it said to call the store first. Would be helpful if they ever answered their phones, in ANY department. 2 days trying now.

By using the scan and go feature in the app, Im able to get in and get out fairly easily and quickly, even when theyre busy. Theres only been a few times that Ive had to show my membership card when I entered the store, but most of the time, they dont bother stopping me.

Absolutely the worst experience with Sams in 30 years of shopping. Took in 3 battery cores to buy 3 new batteries for new boat. Walked up 2nd in line, got no welcome. Stood there for 27 min because the young black man couldnt multi task. No more Sams auto center ever. Terrible

If there could be zero stars it would have been chosen. We decided to go 100% with Sams on our credit cards and abort the existing credit line we had. The initial process was good and life was going in the right direction enjoying the discounts etc offered by the establishment. Six months or so it all changed. We paid our bills in full with two separate checks at the location with stubs provided and the process went south by them allocating funds paid to one account thus applying credit to one and the other becoming past due. We confronted the store personnel concerning the matter and they quickly had a 180 degree response, we cant help you and we would need to contact the credit card company direct. We were able to correct the issue with our due diligence, NOT theirs nevermind the mistake they made. If there was another option for bulk purchases based on the rural lifestyle we live I would go elsewhere yesterday.

Today I called to order a pizza. I was told there is a NEW Longview, TX local club policy that says you cant take off any toppings on a pizza. This is probably so they can just get one out of the freezer instead of having to make one. Do they make pizzas at Sams anymore? What if I am allergic to a topping? I cant order a pizza without that topping? This is a ridiculous policy. Lost sale and lost customer. I guess they have enough of both.

It was like pulling teeth to get any help! I was looking for the 4gal refillable water jugs and everyone would just point me in the wrong direction or say they didnt carry them. I finally found a young Asian girl who walked me to the actual aisle they were on. On same aisle as the kitchen appliances. Other than that issue I found this super great Lasagna for 13.98 and it was super delicious!

While there is no Costco within an hour of where we are, this Sams serves us very well. After being a Costco shopper for well over 20 years, I have enough data on certain store-brand products to make some good comparisons. For one, the Makers Mark (Sams) toilet paper is far superior to the Kirkland (Costco) toilet paper. Costco, in general, though does carry significantly more variety of products. What can I say, I love them both!

Sams is great, but if I had any issue, it would be management. I engaged with an associate to ask about what it s like to work there and they seemed pretty iffy about the managers. From what I understood was that a few managers like to MAKE them work in other departments even if they re busy doing their own thing and talk bad about them to other associates and managers. The main issue seems to be Chelsea who is considered the worst manager there because she s rude and gives attitude to everyone for no reason. It s kind of a shame for all those people are just trying to get by and work under those conditions.

The pickup service is so slow. Every time I have an order, I have to wait nearly 20 minutes to get an associate to help. Still vehicles parked in pickup spots with Noone inside. Need to ensure these spots are available for your customers! Also, left turners make it difficult to exit the lot. May want to consider preventing left turns out of lot.

I doubt this review sees the light of day with this company as I see that they havent replied to anyones complaints on here, but Im bored so here goes... I called this location regarding an application and the guy at member services told me that they didnt have an HR Dept as if I am stupid. I laughed in his face and told him good day. Ive worked in Customer Service for many years, and when someone calls you, and they ask for a certain department, you DO NOT tell them that the department doesnt exist as if they are stupid. You can ask probing questions to make sure they need to talk to the department in question, and then transfer them, but you NEVER lie about it. If HR doesnt want to speak to the public, then they need to have a voicemail. Its never a CSRs job to help them avoid applicants. *Update* I will not follow up with anyone from Sams Club due to the fact that this isnt the first time that this has happened. I dont want to work for a company who has employees who treat other potential employees this way. As a matter of fact a majority of employees who work for your Walmart and Sams Club stores are rude and seem unhappy. I dont know why, but you all definitely need to focus on that before posting new jobs on Indeed.

I blame same club for this. I think this happened because your employees do multiple jobs of wok at once for to little pay. The bad attitudes are everywhere now a days and employee without a terrible attitude is a disappearing commidity. Couldnt get a motorized cart for father in law cuz im not cripple. He gets to the door and they get him a cart in a couple minutes. He sent me to get it so he wouldnt have to stand there. Cashier Jerri was super rude. Said membership had expired, and wouldnt help us check out sent us to member services. Crystal came to help her check us out and jerri still wouldnt help. Bad attitude and poor customer service. Oscar at membership services was sweet, helpful, and patient with my elderly parents. Give Oscar a min 2$ raise you cant afford to lose him.

Like any other Sams Club, this one in Longview has quite a wide selection of food and other goods in bulk, as well as friendly staff and a deli that puts out dozens of good meals each day. That being said, the 2 people in suits trying to flag me down and sell me phone service on my most recent visit was a bit of a turn off, and Im still not sure why the store doesnt carry potatoes of any kind (raw or frozen, no fries or tots...nothing). All in all, the price is worth the membership, but just go next door if you want your frozen fries.

I just recently got a Sam s club membership. I used curbside pickup today and when I received product my refrigerated foods went even cold and frozen items were barely cold. So much so that when I got home my ice cream bars had melted. Also they girl that brought out product had it all on flat bed cart without any boxes. I asked her about that and she said they were out. I went inside and found a ton of boxes everywhere. Talk about lazy. I m regretting getting a membership here. Costco is so much better!

the lady behind the counter was taking food off the pizza trays and eating it without changing her gloves at the time of entering this we have been waiting 30 minutes for our pizza and there are 7 more in front of us and there were no pizzas in the oven so we are probably looking at an hour wait for one pizza. I know the deli can be busy and you would think yall would staff an extra worker during peak hours or be able to pull a manager to help in the deli. I am very dissatisfied with this visit.

I will NEVER go back to Sams Club in Longview to get tires! They stripped my lug nuts and studs on one of my tires. Then tells me theyll make it right if I go get it fixed and bring back the receipt. This store is freaking awsome travel from Bossier City to get what i needed and they held it. Professional friendly people. Sams shreveport want even verify whats in inventory which be wrong.

Sams Scan and Go feature on their app is an absolute game-changer. We never wait in a line to check out on even the busiest of days. There are special discounts for those using that feature as well. We shop at Sams frequently and this has made our visits even easier. Also, their app provides free shipping to anyone with a Sams Plus membership. It is great!

Today happen to me to wait 4 cars in front of me in the gas station and someone just driving cut the line and put gas. That is not the first time that people doesnt respect the line on the gas station and your employees doesnt even say anything. That should be someone over there in charge with little bit of attitude to avoid confrontation among customers. At the moment you guys create a hostale environment at the gas station it will affect your guys business as well. I came to the employee to day and the employee stated that she could not get involved. So what is she there for if she cant even politely ask the customers to respect the line? I am very disappointed that Sams club cant provide a safety and fair environment at gas station. Someone should accionate law inforcement in case of any incident. Just ignore the fact could escalate to serious discussion, fights, and death.
