Edit: This was not a delivery issue. I personally called the order in&picked up myself. Bottom line $140 was too much money to waste on this trash. First&Last time ordering. For $140 we received: 10pcs(ordered)of fish(the grease is either old or the fish was burned, and hard&we only received7pcs), 2 lo mein(basically sautéed angel hair pasta), 1 fried rice(no complaints.), 2 Boudin and cheese eggrolls(questionable taste&we received 2 different sets of eggrolls. So we couldnt tell which was which, considering we only order Boudin&Cheese), 12pcs of chicken tenders(again either the grease is old or.......maybe they were...yea no cant come up with an excuse for that.), Hamburger w/fries(so were in town after escaping the hurricane&we received: no mayo, no mustard, no ketchup.), Chips and Queso w/Shrimp(had to throw it away. The queso wasnt thick rather watery&the chips....I assume were supposed to be those fried sliced potatoes?? Which were soggy&black.) ....we collectively agreed to not eat any of the fries(no ketchup&we assumed they were fried in the same grease.)

The place seems exhausted. Our waitress was the only one on the floor and she was running between delivering food, cashier, waiting tables, running drinks and playing hostess. The food was questionable. The oysters had something that oozed out of them, the hushpuppies were not cooked - completely doughy on the inside and the biggest issue was that there was a broken fork in my mash potatoes.

Food was fresh but was not at all good. I had the fried catfish. It was way too fishy, I could not stand to eat it. Also had stuffed crab cakes and they tasted horrible. The only thing good about that meal was the French fries. And if want want any condiments, sauces or dips, you better ask. I didn t have anything to even eat it with to disguise the taste. # Please do better

I ordered a ribeye well, it s still pink in the middle, a loaded baked potato minus the bacon, once you open the potato there s not enough of anything to dress it with because everything is sitting on top, highly dissatisfied especially for the amount of money I spent.

First time and most definitely the last time. Ordered the boiled garlic shrimp. What little flavor it had was awful and the shrimp was so overcooked it was tough to chew and was gritty. Ordered mushrooms and got 3 small ones. The meal was supposed to come with potatoes and onions.... it didnt. The cocktail sauce was abysmal. Please dont waste your money.

The owner is a rude fire cracker. I ordered fried oysters. They came out black and hard as a rock. I showed my waitress and she apologized and brought it back to the kitchen. After a few minutes the owner came out with a bad attitude. She seemed to be very offended that I sent them back. She put the oysters I sent back on the table and said that they re cooked to temperature and that I don t know what I m talking about. The waitress then apologized again and said that that women is the reason that she s gonna quit. TERRIBLE FOOD TERRIBLE SERVICE! Do not waste your money here.

Awesome gumbo . Was kinda lukewarm like you heated it in the microwave when you came home drunk. Brought me out a fresh one and was glad I stopped in. Ordered the family platter and a fried rice to go. The hush puppies are award winning and the fish, words will not describe, awesome to say the least. Havent started nto the rice yet. Omg I found these people on Facebook and was in the area so I gave them a try and I am not disappointed! Had the fish filet and it was so fresh and yummy, nothing at all like the fish you get from other places! Thanks you guys rock! I ordered 2lbs of crab legs that appeared (to my husband & I) to be under cooked. I ate 1 leg from each pound to see if it was the same throughout and it was. Even my eggs were under cooked. My waiter was great and notified either the cook or management. A lady came out and informed me that the food was fine and depending on what the crab legs consume the texture can sometimes change. Being that I grew up eating crab legs and have never had an encounter with the texture being extremely wet and not fully intact, I just said ok, paid, and went elsewhere. Im 8 months pregnant and this was the meal my husband wanted to get me since I wont be able to go out for a while after having our baby. Im very familiar with how crab legs are supposed to look like and the texture of them. It is my favorite food. I was not willing to take the risk of eating under cook food at 8 months pregnant and I used my best judgement from experience. On the upside of things, the ladies were nice about it.

Had the grill shrimps and vegetable tonight (12-8). The shrimps were very tough and didnt taste like grill shrimp. The grill vegetables didnt taste grill. Wanted to try something besides wingstop, will not do again. Only one car in the parking lot at peak dinner time should ve been a warning. Cashier was unfriendly & had an attitude. Wings were cold. Ordered lemon pepper wings, not even a the slightest hint of lemon flavoring & almost no seasoning. Fries were soggy. For the price this was very disappointing, will not be giving another shot & would not recommend to anyone.

FOOD GREAT! Servers horrible! My 3 kids and I waited patiently for 30 mins before we ever got a menu or were talked to. One of the ladies looked at us multiple times and helped customers that came in after us. Then when she realized I was getting upset she told the other girl to come help us. Once she finally came to the table she asked for our drinks and rushed us to order and didn t even apologize for the wait. After us ordering we waited 15 more minutes for our drinks and then when she finally brought them she didn t apologize for the wait. All I can say is HORRIBLE SERVICE! But whoever the cook is their food is great. Talked with manager Ashley and she was amazing. Glad she handled the situation and took my concerns seriously.

The food is always good here. I usually get a burger and have had the wings and they are good as well. However, lately we ve come in at 8pm or a little before and been told either that dine in is closed or feel super rushed as we eat. I understand if you come in 5-10 minutes before closing but coming in an hour before closing and then rushed isn t worth it for the price. Called Buffalo Bell today and got some news that I really didnt want to hear and to let you know that you guys are being lied to. I called and asked them did they sell real Catfish or Sway and she said yes our whole Catfish is the real Catfish. So I said so are your fillets real Catfish and she said NO its sway.... Im so upset cause these people are lying saying its real Catfish and its not. Its really sad to continue to take peoples hard earn money for something they thought was real Catfish but its SWAY a Chinese catfish.. Will not be going back..

Rough night at BBs. Started with trying to place an order to go at 8:00 pm. Placed on hold for ten minutes. Drove there and the phone was still off the hook. Ordered Salmon for my wife...Nope they were out.Orderd shrimp instead with vegetables. Order myself Hamburger with onion rings. Sat in the sitting area waiting on my order. Food sat in the window for 8 minutes before they brought it out. Would understand if they were that busy but counter help to busy looking at register and drinking her drink. Hard to tell driving by but Buffalo Bell is worth a stop. Beer is cold and on tap and service was friendly. I had grilled mahi mahi that was served as well as any high-end seafood restaurant but about a quarter of the price. Well make this a regular stop when we go through Longview.

After being highly recommended by friends that have eaten here many times they brought us in tonight! I m a huge burger fan and noticed that they calm there patty s are hand formed, awesome, I order the Buffalo burger that has cheese bacon and all the veggies and ordered fries as my side and iced tea! All the food came out nice and hot BUT the burger I could of made boots from it, and you could tell it was a out of the box patty NOT hand made, the bacon was BURNT way past crispy, BURNT!!! The bun was nice and toasted and the fries were hot. The tea was cut back on the sugar sweet not Texas sweet tea. I tasted my friends shrimp fried rice and it was amazing. We left and I was rather disappointed with my meal. Our server has a lot to learn as well about serving tables there was no ketchup or any condiments other than soy sauce for my friends rice brought to the table, we all had to ask for refills on drinks! Maybe just an off night? I ll give it another try and hope I can give an amazing review. Tonight nahhh was not impressed even a little with any of it!

Normally good food. Tonight, however was a flop. Fish extremely dark as if grease were old. Fried pickles had fried shrimp in it and if I liked shrimp it would be great but I dont. Baked potato mushy as if microwaved. Onion rings soggy and inedible and placed on both orders while I asked for it on one of the orders not both. Hush puppies flavorful but I had to squeeze the grease out of them with a paper napkin. This, again, goes back to the cooking grease. $35.00 for basically nothing.

We are new to town and come here all the time! It is one of my favorite places. They have very flavorful food. Service is poor with very little customer appreciation. 1st situation: they gave my order to the car in front of me then waiter and manager was actually rude to me about having to redo my order. Set there 30 mins and never once got a single apology. 2nd situation: after repeatedly trying to call in a to go order on a Friday and getting no answer I drove over there and set in the drive thru window for 15 minutes. Waitresses were looking at me from time but never once opened the window. Went inside to rudely to be told we dont take calls or work drive thru window when were busy. So yeah, VERY RUDE WORKERS AND VERY RUDE OWNER...NO CUSTOMER APPRECIATION..while the food is descent, its not good enough to put up with their very low level of customer respect and appreciation..WILL NEVER PUT ANOTHER DOLLAR OF MINE INTO THEIR POCKETS...

Got wings OMG people. You must try their wings heavenly is all I can say. We had the tangy BBQ and the lemon pepper. You can also sleep in their restrooms people thats how clean they are lol

Food is always good...if the waitress remembers to put your whole order in. Service is typically poor. Long waits for refills every time, ordering things that never come and youre never charged for...sucks if youre ordering a second meal for lunch the next day. But...I have never ordered anything and it not be delicious...if it was brought to the table.

This was our 1st time eating at this establishment.. and well, we got wings and they were so good!! My daughter came in and said mama.. those lemon pepper wings were so good make ya wanna slap your mama... Can I do it? Lol... she is real funny... But seriously we LOVE this place already and we will be back frequently!! Great customer service as well!!!!

Give this place a try for sure it was pretty good. The burger I got was just a simple cheeseburger but it was good. This place is a little pricey. I walked out spending $18 and some change for a burger, large drink and an order of fried Mac and Cheese. This was just for one person ordering which could be a little steep for some people. The place was really nice inside multiple screens and they do serve beer; so this could be a potential place to watch sports if you dont like crowded bars and want pretty good food.

The food was decent. I got the 12 piece wings with the option of two flavors. It took about 30 minutes to get my food and my drink was left unfilled for 20 minutes at a time. Though given they were slightly busy but that isnt an excuse. This is a good place to go to when youre with a big group of people, but make sure youre not too thirsty or hungry, youll surely be dissatisfied.
