Lindsey was the absolute best realtor I ve had. She was very patient given certain circumstances. She was responsive and had answers to every question. She helped get us plugged into an electrician even after the close of our house. Lindsey had no problem driving to different towns in the area to show me properties until I found the one. Lindsey Farnham is THE best! I m a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing, but she helped me every step of the way. Even after the sale was done, she was still helping me find a moving company, contact my home warranty company when my dishwasher sprung a leak, etc. She s honest and upfront, and she works very hard for her clients. Nobody will regret working with her!

We started the process of selling our home in Gilmer and purchasing another in Longview with another real estate agent. We were let down by that agent, causing us to lose out on the opportunity to make an offer on at least two different homes. My daughter recommended that we contact Jay Knol. She had used Jay to buy their home in Longview and was extremely happy with him. Long story short, I called Jay. He got right to work on it. He listed our home in Gilmer and began searching for what he thought we would like in Longview. In no time our home in Gilmer and the one in Longview were in escrow. Jay had everything coordinated to allow both closings to occur perfectly and stress-free. He made himself available to take care of concerns, or just to answer our questions, at ALL times. He amazed me with his dedication to get the job done. He never once hesitated to show us a listing we wanted to see. Should we ever decide to move again, we would definitely call Jay. If youre looking for a GREAT amazing realtor, I would definitely recommend Crystal. She is absolutely the best!!! She always gets back to you quickly. If there is an answer, she doesnt know she will find out and call you or text you back. She was right there by our side the entire time and went above and beyond what a realtor normally does. The process of purchasing a home had always seemed like a foreign language to me. While I knew I needed to find a realtor, I was unsure what to do past that step. After doing a quick Google search, I was very uncertain of what realtor to go with, but I did recall seeing a few signs with the name Blue Sky Group Realty around town, so I decided to give the listed phone number a call. Mrs. Lindsey Farnham (the owner of Blue Sky Group Realty) answered on the third ring. First impressions set the precedence, and what a fantastic first impression she made. Mrs. Farnham was polite, displayed solid communication skills, and prooved to know the local area very well. After explaining how little I knew about buying a house, she took the initiative to explain the entire process to me from beginning to end, stopping every so often to address questions and concerns that I had along the way. During this phone call, I received all of the information that she had been covering via email. I was almost positive that I wouldnt understand even after listening to her explain it to me, thankfully, that was not the case. I not only felt that she answer all of my questions; I realized that she provided me with information about the process that I was unaware existed. A little less than an hour after ending my conversation with Lindsey, I received a phone call asking when I would be available to view a few houses. Each listing was within my budget, had everything that I was looking for, and provided a unique quality, making my decision very difficult. After a few days of thinking, I felt that I needed to see two of the houses again before I could make a final decision, so I sent Mrs. Farnham a text, and she responded almost immediately. She put forth every effort to pick a date and time that worked best with my busy schedule. I fully expected her to be at the houses, but nothing more. After all, she had given me all information that I needed for each home during the initial showings. However, she exceeded my expectations once again. After noticing how stressed I was, she began offering words of encouragement. I felt that she genuinely understood how torn between the two homes I was, because this decision was too large to take lightly. She then began asking me questions about each house, and before I knew it, I was looking at two lists. Each list laid out the pros and cons of both houses. Still, the thing that stood out to me more than anything was while she was helping me, her opinion was utterly unbiased. Not to mention, she continually reminded me that the choice was 100% mine to make. Mrs. Farnham went above and beyond to ensure that I had a clear understanding of what each house offered both short turn and long term exhibiting problem-solving and analytical skills that I hope to possess myself one day. I was very quick to notice how empathetic she was; furthermore, her attention to detail is impeccable. Her charming personality and passion for helping others prove that this is more than just a job to her. As a result of Mrs. Lindsey Farmhams hard work and dedication to her clients, I didnt just buy a house. I bought a place that I love and am proud to call home. Honestly I could have not asked for a better realtor!!! Linsey Farnham was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the selling process came with ALOT of difficult circumstances from me as the seller. She had to be the middle man to sooth things over and making sure everything was top notch for any one looking to buy our home and to get it sold quickly. Anything I needed about the house or selling process she was just a text or call away to get me answers or things done. Ill be looking to buy a house next year and she will definitely be getting a call for me!
