I like the atmosphere and kid friendliness of this place. The food that I have gotten has been good. There has, however, been several times when there has been a guy working the register that I have ordered food that I either didnt receive or was added to someone else in my groups plate. Twice I have ordered fries on my own and had them be added to the burger of someone in my group... when I clearly ordered that by itself for me. I dont mind sharing a plate if its a family member, but its a little odd to just assume people are ok sharing a plate if they order separately. My kids enjoy the games. I will say that although its kid friendly, if it gets close to closing, no one, staff or customers, seem to be happy with children being in there. I will mention that it closes pretty early, so we arent talking about kids being in there at 11 or 12 at night. All in all, I would suggest this place to friends and will return. I just know I have to specify my own plate of food if I only order sides. Kid-friendliness: A cute little game room and board games available

Great Food - Great Atmosphere - Great Service - Reasonable Prices! We enjoyed a fantastic lunch at JCs. The burgers tasted great and were served fresh off the grill - hot. Onion Rings were also very good and sweet. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. We received amazing service from Avery! She was friendly and checked on us throughout our meal. Thanks Avery & JCs for a wonderful dining experience. Well be back!

Ordered via Uber Eats and did not have part of my order. Didnt call me to substitute the item and didnt tell the Uber Eats delivery person it was missing so they could call me either. Next time call or cancel the order please. Dont shove off a missing item on the customer (even if it can be partially refunded).

The nooner hamburger with fries are tasty, the only downside is the grilled chicken sandwich we ordered, it seems like the chicken just got out of the freezer and it was not fully reheated. Whoever is the assigned cook, did not properly heated or cooked the frozen chicken. We have to reheat it a couple of times until we decided to toss it in the trash.

Came in and got greeted right away, the guy at the counter was super helpful, kind, and attentive The food was just as good, we ordered Large sweet potato fries, mozzarella sticks (careful they are SUPER CHEESY GOODNESS), the nooner burger, and the works burger the burgers were well made; not greasy nor sloppy. A bit pricey but good food for what they have. Service is always fast and courteous. The only thing is that the tables have a sticky residue a lot of the times. More than likely it is due to the type of wood and the cleaning product. If you fix that then the atmosphere would be even better.

The food was terrible. Bun was cold and dry. Burger was completely flavourless. We asked for a mushroom burger and they never specified the patty is beef and when we told them they said they can replace it for us and all they did was remove the patty and handed it back. We went for lunch and I got the Oreo shake and the Juarez burger. My husband got the killer burger. My Oreo shake was sour and my husband noticed the shake machine blinking. My burger was disgusting, it tasted really weird. My husband s burger was too dry and there was a lot of cheese, so much to a point where that s all he could taste. It was 45$ for 2 burgers, 1 side of fries, the shake and a drink.! Save your money and go someplace else.

Was pretty disappointed. Ordered for takeout, asked for ranch, was not given ranch. Always a bummer. Whats even more of a bummer, is taking the food home and its pretty much all below average. Even if I had it fresh in the restaurant, I just cant see how the prices are worth it. $5 for a slider thats smaller than a McDonalds burger is steep, but hey, youre paying for the quality, right? Right? For the price, there are better options. You can get a better burger at most fast food places.

Great experience at JCs Burger Bar! We got the nooner burger, spicy curly fries and sweet potato fries and they were all amazing and served with great service at good prices! We sat outside and it was beautiful. The curly fries werent very spicy so dont expect heat but as far curly fries go they were crispy and well seasoned. Great experience, I will be back!

This is one of the best burger restaurants in DFW. Ive been here twice and both times were great. The owner/manager introduced the menu very patiently, there are a lot of options on the menu including veggie options. The burger tasted really good and was very juicy, the fries were very crispy. 08/30/23: Thank you to JCs Burger bar and staff are allowing us to have another good Growth Group for the Coppell Chamber of Commerce. They got all the Japanese my burger was excellent and festival everybody had a great time at the event. Get Outlook for Android 072023: We always love coming here. Everyone is so friendly. The food is awesome. My wife had the Shrimp tacos and I had the killer Burger. The food was served fast and the food was delicious. We even had the Coppell Chamber of Commerce with lots of people here... Smiling and having a great time. So my wife and I came to our favorite local burger place. We were greeted with smiles and hugs from some good fun friends. My wife enjoyed a Patty Melt and I had a Nooner. Ordered a JCs Killer Burger. What I received was a burger with a slice of not melted american cheese (not sure if it was american, I didnt actually taste it) and sauce. The burger was cooked rare with a cold red center (I like medium rare burgers, but this was ridiculous), it was missing pepper jack and bacon and the bottom bun was a soggy red mess from the undercooked burger. The only saving grace was the large curly fries that were crispy, but can be found better at Jack n the Box or even Arbys. Burger tossed in trash, fries were OK. My co-workers burger was OK according to her, but not nearly worth what it cost. I dont give out bad reviews, in fact I believe this is only my second bad review on Google ever, but this was a major disappointment. So bad in fact that I wouldnt even call and give them a chance to make it right. I definitely will not be ordering anything from this place ever again.

Great place for a burger, me and my fiancé decided to try a new burger place, although the food was great i would give 5 stars but they forgot to put cheese on my fiancé s burger, (its a 1.25 add on). I am vegetarian and love that they have Beyond meat options. I really liked my burger last time, but felt the tacos were a little bland. A spicy sauce on it would jazz it up. It was suppose to have feta, but mine did not. The queso fries were ok. My daughter loves their chicken tenders. My fiance loves their Nooner. The drinks are well mixed and balanced. The atmosphere is fun and family friendly. The staff are welcoming and like old friends. They support their community and local non profits. A great hangout for family and friends. We had side salads and burgers. My burger was dry and really needed more flavor. My friend said the same of his. I also very specifically requested Chipotle ranch dressing for my salad, and we both received regular ranch. Felt like the whole meal was a little overpriced and underwhelming. Also, the wood table surface was very sticky, but it wasnt dirty it was layers and layers of cleaning products built up. Wetted a towel with water to wipe it down and the towel was instantly grey. They would do well to scrub the tables with steel wool weekly to remove the build up and possibly choose a different sanitizer. Would give it a try again, because I believe circumstances can always change, but overall, it was Meh.

The burgers are pretty good I also added a few toppings and they all were on there exactly how I asked for them. It is a little bit on the expensive side but you also get a lot of fries and you get a big old burger. I do believe that the curly fries could ve been cooked a little longer and they aren t spicy at all but everything else was perfect.

My second time visiting. First time was a good experience. Second time, took me 30+ minutes to get a burger and fries. The people in front of me ordered, ate and left before I got my food. I then asked about it and the one girl running food says sorry and shrugs her shoulders. Then goes back and realizes my food has been sitting there just waiting. I should have gone somewhere else and prob wont be back. WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Neighborhood, order at the counter burger joint. Family friendly type of place. They have a bar and a patio. In the back they have a small kids area with a pop-a-shot and a few video games. A number of TV are on the walls. Burger was a good size. I d guess 1/3 lb. Some would say well seasoned. Just a little salty for my taste. Small sized fries were hot and plentiful. Burger was cooked just right the last time I went. I have been several times before and they tended to be more medium well or well done. Free soft serve for paying customers. It s not that great tasting, but it s free!

Genuinely don t understand how this place managed to get 4 stars. We ordered delivery from them the first time and it was someone else s order. Second time they got our order but a milkshake was missing. Out of all of our burgers only one was good. The food is very plain and bland. Queso tasted nasty and the fries genuinely tasted like regular curly fries you buy out the freezer section at a store. I do like simple food like this but at least make it taste good and give good service. Also if it weren t for the bacon that the put on all the food it would not be good at all.

First time here and I loved it! The atmosphere is nice, lively enough to enjoy the good music, but quiet enough to have a conversation with friends. The staff are friendly and chill, happy to be here . The menu was straightforward and my food came quicker than I expected from a sit down restaurant . I ordered a Boss Chicken Sandwhich with fries and a M&M shake. It was quick and delicious, so props to the cooks in the kitchen . Ill definitely be coming back here !

The burgers are good tasting but the cooks dont know the difference between rare, medium rare, medium, etc. They know well done burgers. This place is hit or miss but mostly miss. We went back after maybe 8 months. I like my burger medium rare but ordered rare because they overcook it 4 out of 5 times. My burger came out well done. They did re-cook it rare but I prefer to have not to send my burgers back 4 out of 5 times. I doubt well go back.

Chili wa good. Grilled chicken salad was nice. The dressing was spicy, a nice touch. Dan enjoyed his curly fries and grilled chicken sandwich. Oh, free ice cream to finish off.

Its a place I really want to like, but, Id rather go pick up Micky D to go than eat any of their burgers. Ive had everything on their menu, but everything is so dry. Can you please add some butter to cooking process?? I had Marias tacos but it was literally chopped up burger patty in a taco. Positive: Spicy Curley fries negative: all their burgers

I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious my burger was. I ordered mushroom Swiss burger with sweet potatoes fries and I think I told everyone I work with how good it was...I work with a lot of people haha! Anyway, point is, it was delicious and Ill definitely be back!

A burger joint which feels like a family run business. I was greeted and felt welcome. You need to order at the cashier and then your order is taken to the table. I had the Juarez Burger and it was good, it was spicy and the avocados helped smooth the hot. Indoor and outdoor seating available. They dont have combos and thus every item is ordered separately. Overall a very good experience

Over priced, under staffed, good burger, bad sides. Let me start by saying the one woman working the register, cleaning tables and delivering orders was doing well, there should have been 3 people though. Burger $12 tastes good, fries you order separately $4 are horrible. Skip the soda because calories, and your meal is already $16 for a burger. This is where chaos begins, apparently my request for a glass for water was a crazy idea. They have 1oz styrofoam cups by the fountain. I dont want that, I just want a glass, you have a full bar, you must own glasses right? She brings me plastic cups, which I find very wasteful, like 1990s oblivious that a landfill exists kind of wasteful. Long story short, I never got my glass, under-staffed like I mentioned before. It wasnt a terrible experience, but I wont be going back.

Very disappointed these last two meals. We used to enjoy their food a couple of times a month, but now things seem to be going downhill. Once again the SP fries and onion rings werent seasoned at all. They had absolutely no flavor. One of our sandwiches was made incorrectly again- with guacamole I asked to be removed. Im allergic. My fault in that I should have checked it, but they should have gotten it right. So disappointed to be spending a lot of money for subpar food.

JC s has delivered consist quality each visit for us. They don t mind if you switch out cheeses and everything is fresh and presentable. Props to Kendall for being a real team player and having poised professionalism when we called 15 before closing to place a to-go order. Her attitude was upbeat and positive and she delighted to take the order

Worst Turkey burger ever, don t waste your money on this place. After waiting 25 minutes on carry out order on a Monday night in an pretty much empty restaurant my husband ordered a grilled chicken burger and I ordered a turkey burger. Turkey burger had brownish old guacamole ( as per pic) and you couldn t tell that was turkey since it wasn t lean ground turkey and it was overcooked. I was tempted to go back to return it but didn t want to waste any more money so not coming back!

We really enjoy the food here, but we have NEVER been able to actually receive our food when we ve submitted an online order. Ever. Tonight was our 3rd try, which we did because it was a school fundraiser, but when my husband showed up to pick up our order (20 min after submitting) they said 10 more minutes . 20 min later, they said they had no idea when the food would be ready because there were 5 orders ahead of ours. The staff attitude was not really concerned with how long people were waiting, which was the more frustrating part. We cancelled our order. We want to support this small business (again, tasty!) but come on guys, help us help you, ok??

Ive been seven times both alone and with family. On every occasion the service has been impeccable with reasonable wait times during busy hours. The burgers are fantastic, or at least the five Ive tried have been. The beer is cold, the tots and onion rings are good and Im not really an onion ring eater. The surprise star of the show though, has been the chocolate milkshake, wow, simply wow. The staff are always friendly and attentive. For those that have had a bad experience Id say give it a second chance, everyone has a bad day. I live 45 minutes away and when were near the kids always want to eat here which is fine with me. Great place!

The burger was okay, however not worth the $15.00 I spent. They need a lunch special that includes fries and a drink. Everything is al-cart except for the kids menu. Thats why its so expensive. Example: a really great burger that comes with fries (or homade onion rings) and a drink at Irving diner is only about $10 bucks. Just my opinion.

Burger was great. The order of sweet potato fries needed some salt. But I was wondering, is this the normal size for a small order of fries at this location? Ive had the same thing at another location and it wasnt this small. For $3.50 I think there should have been more.

BUYERS BE AWARE!!!! Super friendly manager/ owner only for Dwight customers. Manager never apologized nor acknowledge the error. In addition, not only was my visit horrible, the food was incredible nasty. Onion rings were extremely greasy and salty couldn t eat any of it. Guacamole on the side brown and ranch sauce I never ordered nor received. See photos below. All in all just a waste of money. Buyers be ware of these small chains

This place has gotten so bad. The cashier randomly adds the tip to your receipt for takeout. And the price on your receipt is not the same as the menu provided. They can charge what ever they want to. Wont go back again, finally give up on this place.
