I came to eat pretty late (around 8:30) and it was packed! The line wrapped around the building. We decided to eat inside and it was just as packed, but they got us our food very quickly considering. The tables were clean and the staff was nice. Food was almost great, just a little too many vegetables on my burger. Parking: A lot of spots, there are more spots for parking than people will fit. Plus there is more parking right next to it because of the mall.

I ve always been a big In-N-Out fan. I know some people do not like their fries, but I feel like they re an acquired taste. The service is always great even though it s always busy. We went at 1:00 AM and it was still busy! They very, very rarely get our order wrong. They technically have gluten free food because you can get a lettuce wrap. Their animal fries are also gluten free, but they have onions in case you do not like onions that s a heads up. They never fail to satisfy!

The drive thru line takes forever, after wr got past the payment window we sat at the window where they hand you the food for at least 10 minutes. Sad thing is I could see my food but the girls at the window were chatting, making drinks, and not paying attention. The fries tasted off like stale, but air fried. Weird. Wont be returning to this location.

I ve been going to this In-N-Out for several years, but about six months ago I went here and had the most burnt toasted bun on a burger ever. So I decided to wait a few months because of such a bad experience. I just went back to try for the first time, extremely crunchy, burnt, bun. What in the actual heck is going on? I m not even a picky person, but these buns are crunchy. They re so hard.

First time going here and I did not know they put your food in a box through the drive thru. Nothing was covered or fully wrapped up. I could see all my food. So of course it got cold by the time I got home. Very disappointing. They put a huge chunk of onion on the burger. Gross. Also they forgot my sweet tea and gave me a Dr pepper instead. They say you get what you pay for. So although it is affordable, its definitely not good.

Ordered 2 #1s. When are only a few options should be easy. Was very busy, so loud. We opted for To Go. Right outside we tried the fries..were stale and tasted like peanuts...ok. A total experience that repeats no matter the location. Good food with freshness you can taste, grilled onions is my favorite request, and the fries are made with the same potato used on regular potato chips. They have a few items not listed on the menu, like Animal Fries, 3x3, 4x4, grilled cheese, protein style and others. Ask on your next visit.

Visited this restaurant on 6/5/24 and had the pleasure of meeting Briana Mo. She was so pleasant got my order correct and her along with the entire staff were super friendly. They greeted me and thanked me. The food was okay the bread was extra crunchy and it fell apart when I took two bites. So I didn t enjoy burger. But I would definitely go back for the wonderful customer service.

This place is both my wifes and I, favorite hamburger place. We make it almost a tradition each time we are in Fort Worth to drive by and get 2 Double-doubles and 2 4x4s with whole grilled onions and if we decide to splurge, we add a half straberry and half vanilla shake. Food is great and fresh off the grill, service is quick, nice and attentive, and the price isnt bad compared to other places, especially if you keep in mi d the quality and quality they give you. Just wish you guys would have an In-N-Out in Weatherford, wish we didnt have to drive about 20 mins just for our favorite burgers. Other than that, we have nothing but good things to say about this place.

I wasn t going to post this because the general manager is a very nice person, but I have been not feeling well since having eaten a few bites of this raw burger quite a few days ago The funny thing is I order my burgers WELL DONE!! To my surprise after three bites and realizing something was wrong this is what I saw And I just want to make sure it doesn t happen to anyone else because eating raw ground beef is extremely dangerous and causes severe food poisoning and worse .. Needless to say, I am extremely upset about this whole situation

Good food at a good price, the wait is a little long but at no fault to In n Out. There s just a lot of people who enjoy eating here. In n Out can usually get you through in about 10 minutes if the drive thru is completely backed up (which is not so bad compared to other spots) , and maybe 1 minute if there s no line
