Needed help moving since I am a single mom so I called them several weeks ago to schedule. I move this Saturday, it is Wednesday and I just got a call saying that he is cancelling. Not an attempt to reschedule, not an attempt to rectify, just a oh well sorry.

The crew that helped us were great and very accommodating! They moved a lot of furniture upstairs for us including an oversized item and were wonderful with it. They moved quickly and purposefully being cognizant of cost to the customer, which I m sure is appreciated by all their customers. Would definitely use this company in the future and recommend them to friends!

I moved on April 1 2021 from a 3rd floor to a 1st floor apartment in Temple TX. John at Rocket Movers called me immediately after I submitted a move request. He was polite, professional and involved with the move from start to finish. The two gentlemen that arrived to conduct the move were on time, friendly, fast and careful with my items. They went above and beyond in helping me get my move accomplished. with no damage. The only semi-negative was the price.... it seemed a bit high for such a short, easy move. Nonetheless - I would rather pay a little more and have a good quality team, than pay less and have my items disrespected. Good Job Rocket Movers!

We used them to move us and my mother in law 3 times and the crews were great! We did have some damage to a bed and to a marble tabletop but the owner never responded to my email to him after our phone conversation. He did make sure that he reiterated that the damages were by the pound and not replacement cost.

Today was the SECOND time we ve used Rocket Movers to move our 3 bedroom full house. It took the 2 guys about 5 hours to move EVERYTHING. Jon called the day before to confirm and the driver called when they were 20 minutes out, and they were right on time. They were very careful with our things, friendly, exceptionally helpful, and downright outstanding. The only time these guys stopped moving was when they were driving to the new place, then they started again. I love that they ask about everything and set it all up and place the furniture exactly where you ask them to. Trust me, if you need to move, these are the guys you want. They will not disappoint. I highly recommend Rocket Movers and have already spread the word to my family and friends.

Rachel and Carson did a great job moving me out of my apartment. They had great attitudes and everything was handled carefully including difficult pieces. They got everything moved out of one apartment in Temple, made a stop at a storage unit in Georgetown, and delivered the rest to my final destination with no problems and in great time.

Quite happy with movers they quickly packed my apartment and moved me tightly into a storage unit. Well packed. Minor issues with not disassembling tv stand and washer due to liability but that is normal. 4.5 hours total. They were on time and cheerful. Notified me when they left austin and gave me an eta that was within 15 minutes.

Couldnt be more pleased! Did a local move, and have some new furniture I wanted to be babied. Rocket sent two young men, Ill them T ang G....who were exceptionally attentive to my requirements and made every effort to get my things moved not only undamaged, but also in the most expeditious way. My husband and I had a great experience with Rocket Movers. They were on time, called the week of to verify times and inventory of our home, and called to give us a heads up when they were on our way. I was impressed that the 3 young men thoroughly wrapped/blanketed each piece of our wood furniture. They worked diligently and quickly to help keep costs down. Unloading in our brand new home, they were extra careful not to knick any walls or corners and even helped set up the beds. And before they left they let us walk through the house one more time to see if there was any final adjustments or moving of furniture we wanted them to do. My husband and I were impressed from start to finish and will definitely recommend Rocket Movers to others. Worth every penny!

Scheduling my appointment was extremely easy and they kept in great contact with me before my move to make sure that they could be there for me in every way. On the day of my move, I received a call from the manager telling me that they were on the way, then I received a call from the driver to let me know they were 15 minutes away. Dylan and Tyler were the 2 guys helping and I was amazed. They were extremely fast and tremendously careful with all of my furniture. I did not have ANY damage to my things and I was so grateful for their help. Each of them were very polite and all around nice guys. I would not ever doubt using this company again and HIGHLY recommend them if you are needing any help with moving or unloading a truck.

My family had a great experience with Rocket Movers. They unloaded our 26 truck quickly without damaging any furniture. They came prepared with tools and carts to move furniture and appliances. I had been planning a move with aother company for 3 months and on the day before, I recieved a call of them backing out. I called Rocket at 830 pm on a Friday and to my surprise, someone answerd. The quickly took my information and agreed to help the next day. They where not only prompt, but early to help me. They called and they had my stuff loaded and were off before I knew it. At my new place, they quickly unloaded, even helped rearrange, and helped move my old couch that I had given away to a neighbor. The office staff were very friendly, the movers where exceptional, and my move was painless. I had to spend more than I initially wanted, but it was worth every penny and I would reccommend them to anyone.
