FROM A 30 YEAR OFFER TO DISMISSED !!! Honestly & truly the only defense to have is Nickols & White, PLLC I was detained in tarrant county over 13 months for a crime i did not commit with an attorney that was telling me to just take the offer! The offer was 30 years. My son hired Mr. Eric Nickols and immediatly my bond was lowered and i bonded out. A short time later Mr. Nickols got my case Dismissed !! Im writing this review one week out of court after my son was found Not guilty after being accused of a serious 3G Offense! My son was facing 5-99 years. Mr. White and Mr. Solomon spent countless hours and several months preparing for his trial. There are not enough words to explain the dedication, commitment, sacrifice, and countless hours that Mr. Harry White and Monroe Solomon gave to my sons case! They did not leave one stone unturned! They actually became the detectives in the case and provided more evidence than the actual detectives that investigated the case. I felt like we were in CSI and the first 48. Their perseverance is remarkable and relentless! When we felt all our hope was lost, they believed in my son and fought for his freedom as if he was their own son. Ive also never in my life seen such knowledgeable, honest, and caring attorneys. Make no mistakes, they will give it to you straight, no chaser, and do not hold back any punches in their quest and fight for their clients. Eric Nickols is possibly the best criminal attorney in Texas and without a doubt the best in Tarrant County. Within six (6) months of taking my case, he managed to obtain a prosecutorial dismissal. Not every case can end in dismissal, but I believe that Mr. Nickols will defend his clients without reservation with his whole heart, mind, and strength. You will not be disappointed. He is literally the best.

I know that God put Mr. White in our paths for a reason. I was surprised to see Mr. White around 8 PM visiting an inmate while I was waiting to see my son as well, I didn t have a lawyer but as soon as I saw Mr. White I knew he was the one. As soon as I walked up to him and explained my son s situation, he was very empathetic with my pain. The very next day I went to his office and he started all the paperwork giving me strength and support. He helped my son as fast as I can count up to 5. If anyone ever needs a Lawyer, do not doubt to hire Mr. White. He is the one you need. Mr. White should be the first name that pops up when searching for an excellent lawyer. Besides an excellent Lawyer, Mr. White is a great human being with a huge heart.

Mr. Nickols has imressed me already! My daughter is in tarrant county and he was appointed to be her attorney. I contacted him regarding getting a bond set for her and left a message expecting not to get a call back for days, but he returned my call within 20 mins. He was just aopointed that morning and he had already reviewed her case, was actually on his way to see her and went by to attempt to get a bond set that day knowing it was not likely the judge would be in that late on a Friday. He still tried! I have been nervous about my daughters outcome but I feel so much better after speaking to Mr. Nickols and especially reading all the positive reviews. Im confident she will get a the best representation possible. Thank you!

OMG,Attorney Erik Nickols did the most amazing job that I have ever heard of in Tarrant County! 99.9% of the lawyers in Tarrant County just go with the flow and when it s time for them to stand up for you against the courts they throw you under the bus,take your money and you leave with another Charge on your record! But not Erik Nickols not only did he get 2 detrimental charges dismissed in record speed but he also gave me information and will work with me to get another charge exsponged that I was forced to take in the past! I don t know about too many other law firms but I do know Erik Nickols is fair and will stand up for you against the courts if you re in a critical situation with supporting evidence! Hiring mr Nickols was the best decision i ever made. I admit i was skeptical at first as my life was on the line. However Mr. Nickols was honest about the mountain that had to move. The truth is the odds were stacked against me in every way and yet mr. Nickols made me at ease thru the whole process . 2 years the D.A. tried to bury me and Mr. Nickols never gave up . Despite everything against me he got all charges dropped and literally saved my life . I cant say enough great things about this law firm ! I am now a firm believer in MIRACLES . Harry White was a blessing! He was my court appointed attorney in Tarrant County, and due to my legal situation, I was able to get him to help me with my Collin County case. He is genuine and I felt like he had my back. He wanted me to get out of my situation with no felonies, and he did exactly that. I was looking at two felony convictions, but he was able to get my Collin county deferred adjudication probation extended a year as well as my new felony charge dropped down to a misdemeanor. If I ever encounter any other legal situation, which hopefully I don t, but if I do I will be going straight to him! Thank you so much Harry White!

Where do I start.....I cannot lie I truly had reservations in the beginning of my legal process, I got Mr. Nickols as a attorney after the attorney I hired before him failed me miserably. In reality I did have a uphill battle because my past encounters with the judicial system. I do not know how Mr. Nickols did it, he pulled a miracle out in the final outcome, and I am extremely grateful and indebted to his practice.

Harry helped me with my divorce. We have a 12 year old daughter and my now ex was dragging things out, in my belief, just because he could. I found myself getting frustrated and I just wanted it over. At first I filed pro se, but then I realized I needed help. I did a search for a lawyer nearby my job so it would be convenient for me, but I got a lot more than convenience. I ended up with the best lawyer. Harry is extremely knowledgeable and his kindness and professionalism matches his intellect. He met with me and got the specifics and immediately came up with a plan. He kept in contact me with throughout the entire process. I never had to hunt him down, and most times he contacted me first. Whenever I reached out to him he was always kind and informative.
