I want to thank Mr. Jim Gossett associate attorney as well as Mrs. Christina Jeter at the Monsour Law Firm. These two individuals were the epitome of great customer service. I was treated with a great deal of respect as their client. My case was a small car wreck case with minimal injuries sustained but both parties worked around the clock to make sure I received adequate compensation. The lines of communication was extremely important to me and every time I reached out they were both available and always provided me with a prompt and efficient response/solution. I will say this was a very, long drawn out case and happened prime-Covid. I know it can be hard to have patience through these cases but I was under the impression that every time there was an update, I was aware of it. This accident happened before I was 18 years of age, it ended quite sometime after and I ended up taking my Dad s place to handle the last parts of it. There were some parts that they had no control over as far as responses from the other attorney/insurance. There was excellent staff, always kind and helpful, and my meetings were scheduled to my connivence. I m hopeful that if I were to choose here again that my case would be a bit faster, but have no doubt that they would treat my case with the utmost importance.

I was involved in an auto accident that I was not at fault for involving a FedEx truck that pulled in the passing lane in front of me while I was attempting to pass. unfortunately proving this is very difficult as I did not have a dash camera in my vehicle, along with other factors. I met with this firm the same day of the accident, they not only looked at my case very closely, but also provided me with some other services at their own expense. Regrettably, they were not able to take the case on further due to the burden of proof factor, which I certainly do not fault them for. If I could give you any advice, it would definitely be to contact this firm, but most importantly, invest in a dash cam, as that can literally make or break your case when law enforcement presents the facts without even really (or in my case, literally) asking for your version of the events.

I have been with monsour for about two years. My case is minimal and it still hasnt been finalized. I know covid has upset the normal processes but even sick people still have to live and pay bills. I regret letting them represent me.. customer service is terrible. I started out out with Bryan representing me then some how someone name Christiania ended up handling my case. I wasn t informed and that really confused me. Then Christiania receptionist kept saying she was in a conference meeting EVERY time I called and would return my call weeks later. She treated myself & my case as if I wasnt important. She spoke to me rudely and rushed me off the phone several times. Updates were off, she made decisions for me instead of letting me chose what action I wanted to take with the insurance company. I total my car and decided to let this company represent me since I wasn t in fault by the police report. I was the driver, my mother on the passenger side. The company ended up getting me less than my mother and only negotiated with the company one time and they made the decision for me when I wanted to keep negotiating Christiania told me that she had already settled and a check was sent to me. No one informed me on the decision the company did without asking me! Overall my mother the passenger ended up getting back way more than me, luckily it was enough to cover her medical bills. She used MORRIS BART he helped her a lot I just wish I did the same. This was my first experience with this situation and if you don t know what s going on they won t explain it very will, they leave you in the dark to guess what s going on. Good luck! I don t recommend this company!

You know I know every lawyer cant help everyone but they helped me when the insurance company would not pay - they stuck out my lawsuit and got every cent from the insurance ..those of you posting negative comments when they could not help is not fair

They were very professional. They took on my car wreck when no one else would. Helped me get through the mess of papers by telling me just to bring anything that had to do with the wreck including bills or anything from anywhere. This was a huge relief in my end because I was busy trying to make sure I was there for my daughter who was now paralyzed because of the car wreck that was not her fault. She wasnt even driving the vehicle. But this law firm helped me through immensely! Thank you so very much for everything you have done for us and continue doing to make sure we are taken care of! We owe you our gratitude! I would recommended if anyone needs a lawyer then Monsour Law Firm is the one to use....thank you M. Justice
