The food is delicious, but the waiter we had was not very professional. It took forever to get our food and drink, being it was water and lemon , we had to flag him down and still had to wait ? When did we get our ticket ? Finally, we gave him 50.00 he said ok, thank you, and started walking away, and we said umm we would like to see our change first! He said ok oh Im sorry? We werent going to tip him at all, but we decided to tip him and not go back again !! We live an hour and a half from there, great food bad service!

Over all we enjoyed our visit. The good was good, the service timely, and they handled a good allergy with sincerity and respect. A couple of chairs were unlevel, but everything was clean. The server seemed new, but he was nice and respectful. His name is Rafe, and we were glad to have him take care of us.

For the second time in a row we sat down and waited forever for a server to even acknowledge we were there. The first time we waited thinking they were just busy. Not this time. We walked out. Had someone tell us as we were leaving have a good day . That just made it worse. Won t be back. Such a shame.

Great food. Great service. Its one of the better Olive Gardens that Ive visited. Sade was our waitress, and she did a fantastic job! Drink glasses were always filled. Breadsticks never ran out. This was late on a Sunday night, too!

Worst service do better. When you have 41 empty tables, there shouldn t be a fifteen minute wait. When you have someone standing in front of you, don t ignore them and answer the phone. The front end staff with the personality of a brick, need some training. Whoever is hiring could choose better candidates. All in all, one star because I can t leave zero.

Food was excellent, and so was our waiter. Hostesses were another matter. I came inside using a cane and they let people jump in front of us that were able bodied. Also I explained that I just had disc replacement surgery and she sat ne in front of where servers return trays. I will be back but I hope the manager reads these comments. Young ladies shouldnt let customers run over elderly and disabled patrons. Also they should listen to customers when they request accommodations. Dietary restrictions: Im allergic to tomatoes and staff made sure I was safe from contamination.

bread sticks I got was hard and it cracked my tooth be time I got in car to leave I ate another bread sticks that I had to go they wasnt hard but thats when my crack tooth fell out I will admit my teeth arent perfect but if it wasnt for that one hard bread sticks I got at the table it probably would of lasted a bit longer was so sad and crying in the car because of how I look now and I love this place so much but I hate that happened

I m so upset! Took my mother to eat for Mother s Day and only had a party of 3 got told the wait would be 50 minutes (no big deal) and went to the car just to wait an 1hr 20 minutes with no response from them so I check the app to see if our table was ready and turns out they gave are table away! Upset I walk in to see why my table was given away only for the front hostess (cadence to be exact) being so RUDE saying oh well nothing I can do about that it ll be another hour! When I tell you rude I mean it. I ve never had problems with Olive Garden till today. Happy Mother s Day to us!

Today I was embarrassed for Olive Garden. The food was nothing to brag about. I ordered shrimp scampi and it came to the table. A bowl of Angel hair pasta with five small shrimp on top. A few little pieces of asparagus and one cube of diced tomato. Like they scraped the bottom of the pan for one more order or something. Very sad. The salad and bread was good and my daughter s Margherita chicken was good. The waiter was nice.

The food here was the worst Ive ever eaten at any Olive Garden. Myself and a group of church members went we had reservations. We had to constantly send our food back because it was old dried up burnt up and they barely came with refills. It was hard for them to do anything we asked. And we still all tipped really well.

I have to admit, despite the negative daily reactions I see about Olive Garden, Ive never really been disappointed there. Its always consistent and their service is excellent. If I had a complaint, it would be that, years ago, they removed their absolutely BEST dish from the menu and never brought it back. Really enjoyed ourselves. Food is great. I dont like that the servers never suggest a wine anymore. Those were the good old days. Servers just arent as engaged anymore. Brought sweet tea instead of unsweet, and insisted on packing my to-go meal for me (which I dont like--I feel I should be allowed to keep whatever portions of my meal that I want, and not just have someone else take my fork and dump my food into a box) We will be back though. Vegetarian options: Not a specific vegetarian section of the menu, but there are 2 non meat sauces and lots of veggies Parking: Average sized parking lot but its always packed Kid-friendliness: Its a nice restaurant. Its been always good but not this time. Sorry. The waiter took just almost 18 minutes to give us the ticket. Also he never refilled our water so another waitress had to do it because we asked, thats why. The little machine on the table kept blinking and not even one waiter stopped by, so what is it for anyway? I wanted to pay cash anyways. Im thinking the waiter was new but certainly he needs training. After all, he even got a good tip because I know they supposedly are working hard. Also, he mixed our food but because they took so long to come to our table in the first place so we decided to not bother and went ahead and ate the meal, even tho it was the wrong dish contrary to what we ordered in the first place. Got the table instantly, and they werent busy at all. Sat for 30 minutes waiting on a drink, then the waitress finally showed up and asked if we got our drink order in yet. Waited another 20 minutes for her to return to get our food order. The busboy is the one that brought us our drinks and took our drink order, along with getting us refills after sitting for 15 minutes with an empty drink. He was amazing and we thanked him. The waitress on the other hand was rude, disrespectful, and I think got lost after she left our table. The restrooms were filthy, and Ive mentioned it quite a few times, everytime we go in, but they still stay filthy. Will never return to this restaurant in Longview again. Quite ashame when the busboy is more polite and serves you more than your own waitress.

Was a OG fan for many years. This particular location has made us decide not to eat at any location again. Service was sloooooooow. 4 people, we got 5 breadsticks total for our entire meal? Seriously? What do you think people come here for? Not the service! Its the end of December, the restaurant was freezing, about 65° you know were in Texas right? So disappointed & unsatisfied. You lost 4 customers for life.
