This place regularly smells of sweat and broken dreams. The food is mediocre, but the price is decent. There is a sweet server named Lindsey and her personality just makes it worth coming. She has great customer service skills and is super polite. We can relax knowing that when we have Lindsey serving us, our food will be good! Dietary restrictions: You have to specifically ask for certain items, but as it is with everywhere, there is always the risk of cross contamination. Parking: If you come during slow hours you are almost guaranteed a spot. If you come during peak hours ... just hope and pray. Kid-friendliness: This is a great place to take kids. This is a family friendly establishment.

The pork sausages that came with our meals tasted a bit funky. The scrambled eggs with cheese were just eggs with cheese on top instead of mixed in the eggs. Not awful but didnt expect that. The pancakes were the best part of the meal. Light and fluffy. Sadly, I think IHOP does a better job with the same type of meal.

Went after a very very long time to have the skillet bfast I used to love at Dennys. Sorry to say, felt very disappointed. Maybe the management has changed. It wasnt very busy so what I am gng to point out should not have happened... The order wasnt taken for a long time..I had to wait for a good ten mins... The was dirty and I had to request someone to come clean it.. The skillet used to have cherry tomatoes,baby potatoes,vegs and greens... Its no longer the same... Maybe other stuff is good but I came back extremely disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised at this Dennys in Sugarland. Renovated, new look with more booths.. havent been to a Dennys in over 10 years. We shared their Lumberjack breakfast, it was very satisfying. Our waitress, Luisa was friendly and provided us excellent service.. Well be back.

Food was delicious and the $5.99 grand slam special was a great value! But the server, Emmanuel, totally disappeared twice. After bringing my order, I didnt see him for 10 or 15 minutes until he refilled my coffee. Then he never came back. I finally had to go to the main cash register to get a bill and pay. It wasnt just me either. I noticed others nearby who kept looking around and had to get up and walk to the server station to get something they wanted.

Terrible customer service. We waited 40 mins for our food and it was cold by the time we got it. Not only that, but the order was wrong as well. The cook opened the refrigerator in the back, and it made the entire restaurant smell horrible. This place is disgusting and unsanitary.

I always enjoy my experience at this location. The workers are all earnest in helping as many people as they can as quickly as they are able. I understand where I am going when I come here, and what to expect. I know that I will wait a little longer due to the clientele not really being the typical linch crowd. The people who come here want to linger, converse, etc. I enjoy that too on my work break. I know that everyone means well and tries their best. The kitchen is usually right on point, delivering quality every time. I highly recommend the chicken tenders, mixed veggies, and seasoned fries!
