i had an exceptional experience at society coffee thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by ayah and hamooda. i came all the way from germany to try this coffee and it was absolutely worth the trip. from the moment i walked in they greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. they were incredibly helpful, taking the time to inform me about the menu options and answer all my questions. i loved ayah s recommendation, the iced matcha latte with white mocha syrup was amazing!!!! they both not only provided excellent service but also engaged in a lovely conversation, making my visit even more enjoyable. overall the combination of great coffee and amazing service from ayah and hamooda made my visit to society coffee a memorable one. i highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly and inviting place to enjoy a good cup of coffee. i ll definitely be coming back!

The coffee in this coffee shop has to have the best coffee i ve had so far on my trip to america. Being from the uk I ve found some great coffee shops however when i leave to go back home i m definitely going to miss this and will absolutely be making the trip again just to get my caffeine fix. my server ayah went above and beyond for me and made sure my lactose intolerance wasn t an issue with all the types of milk they have to offer. absolutely loved my experience here on my trip, the customer service was 10/10. after visiting multiple times it s difficult which drink to recommend as they have a ridiculous amount of flavours on offer. each one as good as the other.

I was really excited about Society Coffee after hearing great things about their Ethiopian pour over. I got around to making the trip today. Unfortunately, Society does not offer pour over anymore (or light roast!). Asking for the baristas recommendation, he said I must like a darker roast if Im looking for pour over coffee. I was a little surprised by that comment, but no worries. We settle on a medium roast drip thats freshly brewed. This medium-dark roast has a subtle aroma, with almond and caramel noted on the first sip. The sweetness is present, but leans towards a nutty, almond body. This roast is smooth and inviting. I noticed grinds on the rim, but the coffee wasnt over extracted. 3/5 Stars: I am disappointed to learn that Society Coffee no longer offers pour-over brews, especially since its advertised. The cafes ambiance isnt very inviting. The tables and chairs I saw were dirty and stained. Despite this, the barista is friendly, and the coffee I ended up with is decent. If youre looking for a quick, to-go coffee, Society is a better option than the Starbucks down the road.

There is no older guy that works there, maybe somebody older than the other guys but hes the best one in there, we always come to see him because everyone in the neighborhood loves him even my kids. The best coffee you ll ever get in a gas station. They have a few places to sit and enjoy, even WiFi, but at the end of the day, it s still a gas station. I visited Society Coffee during a work trip to American Airlines in Euless and searched for the best coffee in the area. I was blown away by how good my iced mocha was! I ve had speciality coffee all over the world, so I know good coffee. This is the second outstanding coffee house I ve found in a gas station. Perhaps it s a new thing? Anyway, don t let the location fool you. Society knows how to roast beans to perfection, they have a professional Italian espresso machine, flaky croissants, a plethora of European syrups and flavored teas. The customer service is outstanding as well. So glad I stumbled across this amazing little place!. I ll definitely be back next time I m in Dallas.

The coffee may be good, but the service leaves much to be desired. This took place a few minutes ago (8/14/23, around 3:45 pm). This place is a gas station and convenience store, and I went to get lotto tickets on the way home. Having done this at multiple locations, Ive always said what type of tickets Id like to get and if I wanted any of the extra things (Megaplier, Extra, etc). No one else Ive spoken with has had a problem with this, but today, one guy did, and made it a point to be a bit rude about telling me that I should say I want all of the extras before stating what tickets I wanted to get. While I am glad that he paused his phone conversation to help a customer, he couldve been better about literally everything else. Thats the last time this place gets my money.

My family has ordered Society Coffee via delivery (Uber) for the past couple of years and we have loved it. However, the past several times we ve been disappointed in the quality and flavor of the beverages. We have usually ordered frappes, but they haven t been as tasty and the quality of texture has been inconsistent. I understand the drinks can sit for a bit while waiting for a delivery person to pick them up, but we have received them as they are meant to be (frozen) in the past, so I know this isn t the issue. Today we opted for iced lattes this time in hopes for a better outcome. For our beverages we requested extra flavor/sweetener and overall the taste was so bitter from the espresso that we had to add our own milk to our beverages from our home. Normally I am not one to complain in a review, and I m not sure if there has been a change in management or recipes, but it s been consistently subpar from what it used to be. It s sad/disappointing :(

I didnt realize there were two locations. When I looked it up it only show pictures of a cute coffee shop, not a gas station with a coffee shop in the corner. The coffee was great! But we bought a breakfast burrito that was in the warmers but it was cold, so I went to put it in the microwave and the microwave was super dirty. So I tried to eat it cold. But the chorizo breakfast burrito had no flavor. The cream cheese Danish was great but I think it was from Costco. I wish we had gone to the original location instead. The barrista was kind and made our drinks fast. Might only come for coffee next time. Ok! Dont let the store front (gas station) fool you. I visited this Wednesday and the coffee is good. They had several dairy choices if you didnt want whole milk. I was in & out of Society Coffee quick enough while the line to Starbucks (opposite corner) drivethru was still there. Society Coffee barista was kind and down to earth. There was no need to scream out my name. Im also gluten intolerant. However, I didnt have gluten effects from the cheese danish. My hot and fresh cappuccino reminded me of my Italian Cappuccino, a favorite of mine in Kansas City. Thank you for the sweet reminder and a warm Texas welcome.

Terribly service. They handed my dasher and empty bag and coffee. Ordered 4 burritos for work, only to open the bag to nothing but salsa. When I reach out to the company to ask why this is the case, they blamed the dasher, that they handed the order too, saying its the dasher fault cause they still have my burritos waiting in the oven. How is the dasher suppose to know that? When you nonchalantly handed them the bag without any information on who the order was for, so anyone could have recieved this order with no confirmation between the store to the dasher. Then rudely tells me over the phone they know what their doing and its the dasher fault for walking away. Do not hand anyone a incomplete order. Then subsistuting it with items that were no where near the same price or category or reaching out to the customer on what they would want to refund. Ive tried ignoring every little mistake the company does with each order cause its not life threatening but this is too much. Im not ordering from this place anymore if you cant have a decent conversation without throwing your ego out there when Im explaining why my order is wrong and I recieved an empty bag that I spent $40 for! Remember, your food is still in the oven now but your dasher left. But YOU GAVE THEM THE EMPTY BAG WITHOUT COMMUNICATION AND DIDNT TRY TO CALL ANYONE

For some reason I had super high expectations coming in here. Unfortunately when I walked in and asked about a pour over coffee I was told they dont do those anymore. I ordered my black coffee which was made quickly. Odd thing here was the beans were ground fresh but then brewed using a flat bottom industrial brewer. Ultimately the brew was good. Gas station feel was a bit weird but not a big deal. This could be a cool spot if they brought the pour over back and barista engaged about coffee a bit more. Ordered from here and arrived at 6:30, 30 minutes after opening, to pick up my order. They were closed. It wouldnt have been so bad if their hours were right on google, and I hadnt paid for it already. Tried calling to double check but got voicemail. To be honest, I was on my way to see my family and wanted to surprise them with coffee and food. Not a fun way to start the day.

Well I have had coffees in fact good coffee. This was ok. Specially when u requested a bakery item , they gave me frozen and requested me to heat it up myself. If I had to do all that , wont I just do that at home . Why pay $15 for a coffee and a Croissant

Im a fan of niche places like this that are hidden in plain sight, they offer reasonable prices and in there selection is competitive enough that I prefer getting coffee here over a Starbucks anytime Im close.

This used to be one of my favorite coffee shops (maybe ever?). However, it s just not as good as it used to be. They used to have rotating flavors and specials, sometimes even with homemade syrups made by the employees! Now it s just your basic coffee shop. That said, they use good roasteries and still make a great cappuccino. It doesn t get much more tasty for the cost and convenience.

Probably one of the best coffees I have had The gas station and store both are clean and organized. The store has a barista too who makes absolutely wonderful coffee. Would come again definitely. P.S: I am writing this as I am sipping my latte with white chocolate and Irish cream (Barista s recommendation ) and enjoying my morning.

Went here for my morning coffee run (I still am here actually, enjoying my coffee) The coffee is leagues better than what you would get at Starbucks. The barista/cashier is very nice and explained the choices well. And he is very efficient at running both the gas station and the coffee shop. Enjoyed my cappuccino. Will definitely visit again.

Without looking too closely, its a surprise to see its inside a gas station, but what a pleasant surprise. Its sectioned off into a quaint half of the convenience store to give a more authentic coffee shop feel and you quickly forget you are at a gas station. Coffee is wonderful and the service is quick and polite. Highly recommend for a hole in the wall spot.

Looks can be deceiving. Its a gas station, but enter into the best coffee shop around. Im not lieing here all the equipment is brand new and baristas have been trained well. They know how to pour that espresso also its possible they add more coffee than most places. Been drinking coffee for twenty years and this place shines bright to me. Please go give it a chance you will not be disappointed!

This place is the perfect stop to grab a simple coffee or pastry, I say get both! The people who work here are such amazing people and everything they have to offer is immaculate! I ve been going to this coffee shop for a little over a year now and wow. Super high quality coffee and they always have the most outstanding service. They also have a lot of non dairy options which I m super fond of but specifically their oatmilk is out of this world. I m sad to say I don t recall the baristas names but usually one of the same 2 people are there and they are always so kind and up for small talk. Really makes for a positive morning coffee run and sets me up for a great day every time. Thank you society coffee keep up the great work :)

Coffee taste: First time the coffee were great and taste good (would be four stars). But when we went there for second time, the coffee was disgusting. It was burnt and very acidic. It is too inconsistent for me, so I would not return. Interior: It is a small coffee bar inside of a gas station. The idea is cool, but there is not much of space to sit and talk. It is more of grab-n-go place.
