The medical experience is first rate. No long wait to see the doctor. The physician assistant is professional and kind. Dr. Low really listens and understands what you are saying. She spends time with you and doesn t rush you. She comes up with expert treatment options. She prescribes medication promptly. I really like My Chart . It makes my total health care right there for me to read, and understand and participate in, easily. **I have been seeing Dr. Low for over a year. I feel even stronger about the wonderful quality of care I receive from her and her staff. It is a blessing to have such a compassionate and excellent doctor!

Saw Dr Sarah Low for the first time and I felt like this kind doctor was truly interested in all of my concerns about my aging issues. I feel that I can get an answer from her in a timely manner if something happens between my appointments. She is caring and professional. She did prescribe a new medication to help with my chronic pain. She also prescribed the muscle relaxer that my previous doctor refused to prescribe for me! Thank goodness for kind caring doctors!

Dr low is attentive to my husband as his doctor, but not good or concerned when it came to my health. Terrible bedside manner. If you re a black woman DONT GO TO DR LOW. She was a terrible care provider for me. I went to ER for what may have been a stroke and it took 8 months to connect to an appointment. I could have died

I dont know how this doctor has the reviews she has. She has a caring tone but literally does the bare minimum..no matter how sick or hurt you are. It doesnt matter what meds work for you, she will prescribe what she wants..even if it doesnt work or makes you sick. Unless you need an allergy shot or a physical...go somewhere else. Her staff is so sweet but thats not enough to keep her as a PCP.

I cannot begin to describe how comfortable Dr. Low and her staff made me feel. Nor how genuine and helpful they were. It was a breath of fresh air in a culture of patient churning doctors. I now understand why it took so long to get a first appointment. It s because she gives her patients her full attention. They make sure they are ready for you and that you are cared for.

I highly recommend Dr. Low. Her staff, nurse & herself are absolutely amazing. From the minute you walk in they are kind smile & take time with you. Dr. Low is what I call old school because she takes time to listen & answer any questions you have & explains everything in great detail. If you are looking for a PCP who really cares then I would highly recommend Dr. Low & her staff.

Dr Low has the most incompetent staff I ve ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Every time I have heard they need to call in or message through the portal it has been a complete nightmare to deal with. I do not recommend her or this practice to anyone in this community.

I was seen right away. The front desk person was friendly. Devin, the medical assistant, was friendly and through. She really listened to me and took my information, in a professional manner. Dr. Low did not keep me waiting. She too listened to my concerns and health issues. She took her time and understood what I was saying. She made me feel at ease and was nonjudgemental. She ordered the necessary tests and made the referrals. Leaving, I felt confident that we had a plan of action. I highly recommend her.

Went in for 3 specific problems - came away with no solutions and a bill for $678 She ordered multiple unnecessary tests - did not address my issues and has no comment about it . The office manager and the patient liaison did nothing to help . Horrible Dr in my opinion - Would absolutely NOT recommend.
