I highly recommend James and his team. They are super on top of everything, and very professional. James is very skilled at law, and representing people well. After speaking to him, I was not worried one bit that the right person was on the case. He got most of my stuff dismissed, and reduced to almost nothing. Omg!! James was amazing! I was stressed all day didn t know what to do looked up the law offices in McKinney Tx and James Rogers was the first law firm that came up. I called on a whim not knowing what to expect, this was my first time having to call a lawyer. Let s be honest sometimes you get the run around and never get your questions answered. James answered the phone turned out it was his personal phone. He asked how can help you? I could tell right there and then he was there to help me. I gave him my case nervously telling my story. He answered all my questions and he knew what he was talking about. He immediately started giving me legal advice for FREE!! I seriously felt like I was talking to a friend. He continued to give me legal advice the rest of the day. Anytime I text him he responded right away. I am not the type of person that has dealt with many lawyers in my lifetime, but if you have the opportunity to work with James and his team. You will not regret it, I am 1000% satisfied with the outcome of my situation. Natalya and Debbie made the undertaking that much easier for me. A family member of mine found themselves in a legal bind. James and his staff were professional, courteous, very available, incredibly accommodating and extremely attentive to their case. Honestly, I cannot believe I am even writing this review. I say that because never in a million reasons would I ever think that I would need an Attorney/Lawyer. I am they type of person that knows the laws and obeys them. However, life threw me a curve ball and here I am. If you are looking for an Attorney that cares, listens and acts please contact James Rogers Jr. When this all started for me I was contacted by about 30 law offices. I called several offices to get an appointment to explain my case and find out what my options were. All but a hand full that I called did not want to take my appointment for one reason or another. Ill be honest, several law offices were rude. When you have never had legal troubles and you really need someone to listen and comfort you its troubling to realize that so many Attorney/Lawyers are just in it for the money. I contacted Mr. Rogers office and they immediately set an appointment with me. The staff was very friendly and understanding. I sat with Mr. Rogers talking about my situation for about an hour. He never once looked at his watch or made me feel he had other things to tend to. Once I finished telling him about my case he was very thorough in discussing the options I had. He spoke in such a calming manner that I knew I could trust him to get the job done! I stress that he spoke to me in a calming manner because he mentioned to me that he would have to reach out to the other party involved in my case. I knew that he would be able to talk to that person without seeming rude or pushy. All the other offices I had contacted before him would have made my situation worse just by the tone and inflection in their voice. He will also fight for you! When it finally came down to my court appearance he was fighting to make sure I could get the best deal. We went back and forth on my case trying to get the best deal possible. I highly recommend James Rogers! He is extremely easy to approach, very knowledgeable, doesnt cast judgment and is kind. He gave me his personal cell number and insisted on me using if I had any questions or needs. So as you can tell...HE CARES. I am grateful to have him on my side.

My daughter found herself in a situation with the the law in Texas and as her father I was all the way in Florida. Needless to say it was a very stressful situation and all I could do was look online for an attorney. When I found attorney Rogers something told me to call and boy am I glad that we did. Attorney James Rogers is exceptional person of his profession. After I have been accused with theft in $1,500 - $30,000 the beginning of 2019, so I was facing up to I have interviewed several lawyers in DFW. James Rogers is not only one of the most price reasonable criminal attorneys in DFW, he is also keeping very high standards as far as attorney in law. James and his partner Tony did a tremendous work to change state jail felony, to Class A misdemeanor. I did take him some time; however, I am not complaining, this was the best outcome ever we could expect. James Rogers is a great communicator, always follows up and stays on top of his game. I had gotten into a bit of trouble and was not aware of having a warrant out for my arrest until another attorney besides James Rogers notified me. I ended up hiring her and for three months she did not do a single thing in my case and even advised me to not turn myself in for the warrant unless she was with me. I called Mr Rogers for a second opinion and received more answers from him in that initial conversation than I did within the three months of having hired the other attorney. He advised me to go to a Bailbondsman and then turn myself in and I was out within an hour and a half. Mr. Rogers has been extremely dedicated and understanding in my situation and even answered a call from me while out of town. (I didn t know, but how many people answer business calls out of town?) He is willing to go above and beyond to do what is best for you in the long run and it is very comforting knowing I have someone on my side that has my back. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone that is in need of legal representation and I would not not hesitate.

From the initial consultation he was honest, which was and still is refreshing. He laid out a plan of action and kept me abreast of the matter at each phase, never promising anything but merely stating his goal.
