Great place. Fun options. Occasionally inconsistent drinks but basically always really good. I wish the rewards system was a little easier to use for someone like me to will order ahead and pick up quick on my way somewhere. I have probably 6 free drinks but have to stop there and order in person to use it. Im happy to have a reward but wish it fit the normal way I use the pick up order options. Love this place though, they always have fun flavor combo ideas and fresh coffee. Boba too has always been good, none of that cheap flavoring stuff Ive had elsewhere. Milk free options too! Desserts have always been lovely but we usually go for drinks that please even the pickiest family members in one spot. Dietary restrictions: They are AWESOME about allergen caution and have alternatives for some major allergens. Ive never had a reaction here and staff have always been able to explain what is safe vs what to avoid for my lengthy list of scary level allergens. Thank you

Evergreen please improve on your matcha! This is way too sweet for matcha and the color is terrible. Some people are actually looking for legit matcha. Sadly I could not finish this drink. If sweet matcha is your thing, you will like this.

The Tea I had was delicious and the variety of options are great. The desert was delicious and all worthy of 5 stars but the team was absolutely phenomenal! My friends baby got sick and not only did the staff not care and were so sweet about it. They got a spare shirt for the mom, offered water for the baby, helped us clean it up, and were just so sweet! I can not thank the staff enough for being so caring.

The drinks are great, my boss and I get coffee here often, but the staff always seem either in a bad mood, or too busy talking with each other. Coffee shop itself is nice, and the coffee is good, but the staff can be really rude at times, I thought the first time someone was just having a day but Ive been in there a few times and even tipped, but today they were quite rude when I ordered. I just feel like like if the staff had a better attitude that the vibe would be better in there.

This place is my go-to for fun drinks, especially frappes and matcha. They make all their tapioca boba fresh and it shows. Every time Ive come in here has been good. The people who work here are simultaneously super friendly while still giving the casual coffee shop vibe. They dont over ice their drinks, the espresso here is never burnt, and theres no aggressively bright lights. Dietary restrictions: They have multiple milk options

Love this quaint coffee shop. Fresh and delicious . Service was good. Tea was fresh. Food was out fast it was very good. Fantastic experience! one of my favorite places but I think until today! My wife and I arrived and the sign said open. In fact, there was a customer inside. When my wife was getting out of the car, the girl literally ran to the front, turned off the sign and basically closed the door in our faces, but its okay. Bro, what the heck happened to your boba tea?! I just ordered the Tiger MilkTea, and within a few months, it went from having a balanced flavor and decently chewy boba the last time I visited to todays chalky and straw-clogging boba! Im glad yall got a drink sealer, but the boba clumped so bad that I had to completely mangle the drink just to finish it! Management needs to undo whatever string of decisions just ruined the MilkTea!

Ordered 2 teas via doordash for pickup and 30 minutes later they were not ready. When I got to the location I could see why, there were only 2 ladies working and they were swamped. One of their faces was beet red. Not fair to only have 2 people working on a Saturday. The drinks were very tasty and the employees were nice. They deserve more support from management or the owners. I would happily go again, just not during peak times. Please give your employees a raise, for staying composed and professional while very busy. They deserve it.

My favorite coffee stop in Longview! The horchata latte and the taro Frappuccino are my favorite! Their fruity pebble macaroons are also the bomb! The atmosphere is very nice. I enjoy the aesthetic touches on the decor. They have so many drink options and I ve tried almost all of them - I ve never left disappointed. The only thing I would change would be the location.
