I cant brag enough about this place. I dont live in longview but I dont mind the drive because the food and service is superb. I always get the take out buffet and a large wonton soup which they get it nice and fresh from in the back, not off the buffet. Not that I would complain but I like the service I get. Makes me feel special. The staff is so kind. This is the first one we tried in town and there was no need to go anywhere else. Were hooked for life.

We were traveling through Longview and decided to stop here for lunch. The food is very delicious and the atmosphere is inviting. The server was attentive and the staff is friendly. I wish I lived closer to dine here more often, but if happen to come back this way, I will definitely stop by again. Kid-friendliness: High chair accommodations and many food selections for even the pickiest eaters. They also have an interactive koi pond projection that kids can enjoy at the entrance.

A very rare 5/5 in my opinion. I have no complaints at all. Not only were the staff courteous, but the people dining here were very polite and nice. Food is excellent and doesnt have the buffet taste, all was hot and tasted wonderful. A nice spread of different dishes and an excellent dessert bar. You can tell that those who oversee this restaurant care about quality. The music complimented the atmosphere and the interior was decorated nicely. I will be coming back. Id also like to add a few things. They do bring you your ticket around your second to third plate but its for your convenience. They continue serving you after they drop it off, I had two plates after my ticket was given to me. My waitress continued refilling my cup from a pitcher, it never got less than a quarter full. They kept a close eye on my table if I needed anything.

Theyve lost a customer. The staff will take your drink before you can stop them, and leave you thirsty while you wait for the return of a dirty glass. They will bring you your ticket before you get your second plate. And once they have brought you your ticket, they will stop serving you unless you shout or chase them down. Management Knows of this behavior, and intentionally trains them for it, but says they dont, and encourages them to act as they see fit. Ive been so many times, and they are the only ones in town who at any point served my favorite dish on thier buffet, but have since stopped even that. Im not likely to return, and I dont recommend anyone does until they start respecting thier customers time and money more.

My friend and I went here around 11 or 11:30 a. m. one day. I got some fried shrimp and the green beans. I started tasting while Im the line. The shrimp barely had any heat to them and the green beans were cold completely. I attempted incorrectly to get the woman by the door to taste but she wouldnt. I asked to have the owner come to me so I could let him know the food was cold. When he came to the table I told him I love eating there but I had a complaint. I told him the food was cold. He said for me to come with him. He took my plate and dumped it. I thought he would make sure the food was hot and I would continue to eat. I was wrong. He said he didnt want any problems and I needed to leave. They had already taken my friends food and dumped it too. I told him I still wanted to eat there and he said no and kicked me out. I told him that was bad customer service. We left and I will never go there again. I reported him to the city for serving cold food. I dont recommend anyone to go to their restaurant. Cold food and bad service.

Ive been with them since chens garden next to arbys. I hope they take this and make some changes. First off bring back the Mongolian Chicken from chens garden. This current recipes is entirely too sweet. My sister loves sweet food and even she said it was too sweet. My rice was forgotten but I most likely wont be back any time soon. I tend to try every now and then and the last two times the Mongolian chicken has been like this. Chicken on a stick was meh had a lot of little hard pieces in it. The pork fried rice was decent. Egg drop was good but the crunchies were stale AF. Sucks theres no GOOD Chinese food in Longview, because it allows these places to be so mid. I generally only eat Chinese out of town for this reason.

Its been over 20 years since Ive been back... the owner was very RUDE to customers/children so we never came back. But overtime we...my wife and I decided to give it another try and I was pleasantly surprised on how the place had changed. Its more of a friendly atmosphere and the food was very fresh. The price you pay for buffet wasnt worth it to me. The food wasnt hot nor did it taste good, the best thing I ate was fruit. The fried crab puffs were the size of a nickel, the fried rice was too hard, the beef and jalapeño had no spice to it plus it was chewy, the snap beans were a disappointment too so I wont be going back.

This is my number 1favorite place to eat. The staff and owners have become friends over the years, and the food is so delicious! It is always clean. There is always enough food. We have always been treated very well. I would love to eat here almost every day! Kid-friendliness: When we started going here, our kids were 6 months, 7, and 9. They were always super helpful with the kids, talked to them. We were there a lot for after church lunch and they knew the kids names. Now the baby is 18, the old workers and the owner still know us and come talk to us.
