Please listen to me!!! If you have a cps case and they just give you a court appointed lawyer PLEASE don t use Mrs. Duff. Change immediately, she doesn t really listen to you or investigate your case more likely she s going to tell you to do whatever cps says even if they are wrong. I never got to speak with her, she was always on vacation, didn t even really know how she looked until a court date. I actually beat my case myself after firing her just wished I would ve known she wasn t on my side from the beginning. If you re dealing with cps this is not your lawyer take it from me. She doesn t show up for you like a paid lawyer would, so if you don t have the money to actually afford her, your best bet is to find another court appointed lawyer ASAP
