Went to through the drive through yesterday. Was the third car in line. We just sat there. First car waiting to order. I had my window down listening. Thought maybe they just had a really long order. After about 8-10 minutes someone finally took there order. Second car pulls up to the speaker. Nothing... No one says anything or tries to take the order. After a total of 15 minutes I finally pulled out of line and left. Assuming something was going on. Stuff happens. I return today. They answer right away but tell me if I want original dark meat or would take 22 minutes. I ask if they can mix original and crispy. They say sure. I get home. Only 14 pieces of chicken total. Chicken was old and looked rough. One of the pieces was a little nug with a bone in it. I search the bag and they had not given me a receipt. I call up there and explain what happened. Manager tells me she filled the buckets herself and knows for a fact there were 16 pieces. I didnt argue. Realized it was pointless. So here I am leaving a review. This was around 545 pm 9/28/24

The lady in the drive through delivery of expressing what was not included was delivered in a rude tone called the manager and she said she was listening but defended the worker per customer service. Majority of the time the experience is great but after today I wont be going back to that. More training on customer service would be my recommendation.

Seriously if I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful, stood at the counter for a while as everyone on the back just kept saying you go get them. Finally someone comes to the counter and takes a personal phone call and says what you want? Just left after that ridiculous.

There is literally no customer service. If you come here you will stand and wait for a significant amount of time and no one will acknowledge you. They are also frequently out of food and are extremely slow. Rude and closes the lobby early. Update: 16 July 24 - no change

Customer Svc is going downhill everywhere these days, but this store will look you dead in the eyes as you stand at the counter waiting for service and not say a word to you. Theyll just turn back to what theyre (very slowly) doing and make you stand there til you flag someone down. Theyre ALWAYS way short staffed, and those that do work here look and act miserable. If youre a Dasher be prepared to wait...for a LONG time.

6/29/24 3:00 to 4:00pm African American woman super rude. Was in the drive thru and said JUST A MINUTE! Then said we don t have no green beans what do you want we ordered Mac n cheese and corn and got Mashed potatoes and corn no butter for the biscuits. Just a bunch of mustard packs. Then the next morning I had the poops. Too bad this is the only one in the area. Hope management makes some changes.

Waited an hour for the food. The chicken was horrible tasted like yesterdays left overs. It was dry and rubbery. Stood there at the counter for 20 minutes before I just ordered on line. Still had to wait an hour. Got there at 745pm left with the food at 9:01pm. KFC do better that was ridiculous.

I have never been treated so disgusting before. Female with long dark hair around 7pm 6/9/24 was the rudest person I have ever come across in the service industry. They never told us they were backed up or shot staffed just completely ignored us. We watched several cars drive off. So we pulled forward to what s was going on. The restaurant was dead, no one in it and the two workers were moving super slow and telling people to drive off. The owner seriously reds to rethink the staff at this location!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I can t tell you the names of the employees I dealt with because no one had name tags on. I placed an order through the mobile app. I was notified that my order was received then I was notified again that my order was ready for pickup at 9:20. I arrived at the restaurant 6 minutes after I received the notification it was ready. The doors were locked so I went through the drive thru. When I got to the speaker (after waiting behind another car). I was greeted by an automated recording telling me to order when I was ready. I proceeded to say my name and that I had a mobile order. A gentleman came across the speaker with a very annoyed tone and told me to hold on. I waited for a while for the same gentleman with the same tone to come on and ask me what I wanted. I proceeded to tell him for the second time my name and that I was there for a mobile order. He seemed very annoyed and told me to pull around. I waited in that drive thru for 20 minutes. When I got to the window it took him forever to open the window and when he did he proceeded to ask me what I ordered. I started to tell him and was interrupted immediately by him telling me that we don t have that we don t have that . He then closed the window and a lady came to the window with a sticker that had my order on it. She proceeded to tell me that they don t have my order. Untimely I was told I needed to contact customer care for a refund. The employees I dealt with need customer service training they were very rude and acted as if I was the one inconveniencing them. Why they completed the order without calling me to let me know they couldn t make it I don t know. Why they made me wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes knowing they didn t have my order I don t know. 10/10 do not recommend this restaurant.

First off we were told to wait to order and no one was even there in line or in the store, but I not once but twice, Drive thru person was more interested in her phone than taking our order and we were not even finished ordering and she gave us a total and we told her we were not done yet, but and she goes ugh OK very rudely, After hearing her do this we just left. I will not come here ever again. I would not recommend this location at all as long as the crew they had on shift working there still. They need to. Fire the girl with the dreadlocks on drive thru..

If i could put 0 stars i would . The man was very rude and disrespectful. The bathrooms were very dirty and disgusting! I just hope i dont get a disease from it! The chicken pot pie had very little filling it had mabey two tablespoons full. They changed me $3for water and they charged extra for my meal because i wanted water instead of a drink because i am unable to drink anything besides water because i have had surgerys.

My sister went to pick up food for me because I am at the hospital. First, the cashier Tonia was VERY rude to my brother in law and sister. Hey Tonia, if you do not like the public why are you working in it. You are rude unfriendly and at the very least should have to go to a customer service training or I works fire you. You do realize your customer actually pay you right?? I believe you also did them wrong. They wanted your 2 piece special with fries, and you told them they couldnt do the order that way they had to order mashed potatoes and gravy or would charge them 3.00 for a very small fry and cold. If the manager or general manager cares about anything about keeping this store which is one of a few anymore, he should call these reviews back but he probably doesnt care with. By the way Tonia are you just prejudice to white people or all people?. May God help you and be with you.

The biscuit was too hard to eat, box potatoes and gravy, box mac and cheese. The chicken tenders was over cooked, hard, could only eat the center out of them and that wasnt much. Went thru the drive thru and seen maybe 3 people working. Lobby was locked because of short staff and there was a very rude man banging on the door yelling at the woman inside. She stayed calm and polite. She told him he needed to go thru the drive thru. He went thru the drive thru and continues to scream and yell at her and goes back to the door and bangs and yells at her some more. Just a nasty man! You could tell in her voice she was exhausted and overwhelmed and the other two workers in there was just standing there doing absolutely nothing! She was cooking and serving and answering the drive thru calls. This poor girl was doing it all. Her name was Alexis. This girl has a strong soul for taking all that and continuing to work and be polite to all who came thru the drive thru.

Ordered a 12pc original meal earlier and got home only to find half the pieces had no breading or skin left on them and the rest had limp skin as if old maybe. Gravy was really thick and salty as well as no juice whatsoever in the slaw. Never have I ran into such lousy fried chicken and plain incompetence especially at such outrageous prices just to pay already incompetent entry level workers more money. Ordered two family meals online. Picked up two bags. Realized about 8 miles down the road it had stickers 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3 on the bags. Tried calling, no answer. Drove back to restaurant. I was told I needed to bring the bags in. Got them out of my car and the gentleman I assume was the manager tells me he stickers dont mean everything and everything was in my sacks. Granted, I should have looked, but the bags were sealed and traveling nearly 30 miles with the food i didntwant to rip the bags open.. I had two different locations that the food needed to be dropped off and they combined the chicken tenders into one bucket. I had to go home so I could separate the chicken. Then realized that the order was incorrect. Wrong sides and no sauces were included even though with the family meals should have received several. Highly disappointed after spending nearly $80 for this order. Wont be back. Bad attitudes at the counter. Take the time to make sure its right.

Terrible customer service skills on all employees part, even the manager. Sat at the register for at least 10 before anyone acknowledged me. Multiple workers ignoring the fact I was standing at the counter. While 2 employees were in dining room eating. Finally one of the ones eating we re supposed to be the one taking the order. Food tasted great, but failed to give me exactly what I ordered on my chicken selection. Staff were customer friendly and dining room very clean and well kept. Parking: Parking within the same area near facility. Kid-friendliness: There were food items on the menu for kids, especially between the ages of 3 to 12 years of age. Wheelchair accessibility: Appears to be wheelchair assessable and spacious enough inside to accommodate customers who utilize wheelchairs.

Just moved here and I love my Kentucky fried chicken. I ordered a bucket here and it was so dry, overcooked, and dark dark brown. I called to tell the manager and he thought it was funny. Last night at about 6:30 pm me and my family tried to dine in at this location. I ordered 5 famous bowl combo for 7.99 each and 6 extra biscuits. The lady told me that she doesnt know what Im talking about the combo for 7.99. Im reading the sign next to the register to her that clearly reads famous bown with fries and a drink for 7.99. She told me she doesnt know anything about that sign and will not be honoring the promotion because she has never heard of it. Apparently she doesnt know how to conduct business in a professional mannerism so I asked to speak with the manager. Mind u when he shows up to listen she has already rang in my order the way she felt needed to be rang up. He starts asking me my order then told me my total is 69.99 for 5 meals that are 7.99 a piece. I said how can that be when that doesnt add up. He threw his hands up like he doesnt know. Im not slow by no means but the employees here at this location are clearly not on an adult level. I wonder how they can run a business not knowing how to read and write. I let them keep their food and we left. Never in my life has someone told me they dont know what Im talking about when its their picture of the food I was talking about. 69.99 for 5 meals lol ok kfc I see you

I went to the Judson road location at 9:05 and I wanted original chicken. The girl at the drive-thru window said that they only had crispy and wasn t dropping anymore. Remind you the store close at 10:00 that s not how you conduct business. They still had 55 minutes and they could ve dropped more chicken. It s sad that I have to do this but these restaurants need to get peoples who want to work and stop being lazy.

I really dont like sending in reviews, but I have to say that since yall have moved in new place, the quality of your chicken is terrible, I got the chicken tenders and my husband got chicken that was supposed to be extra crispy, my tenders tasted like fake and rubbery chicken. I was not impressed at all.

After mistakenly getting my order wrong they politely corrected my order!!! Thanks to the manager for making it right!! And btw that macaroni bowl was on point!!! Kudos to the cook!! Thats the best chicken Ive had with KFC in a long time!! It wasnt over cooked it was just right!! And its ok about the mistake noone is perfect thats how we all learn! To the new guy it will get better! Its ok! It wasnt your fault it was a simple computer error!

8pm came for chicken at a chicken establishment. Was told they are out of chicken and only have strips. We drove 30 mins to get chicken and couldnt get any. Were told at window that they didnt have enough strips for our order so we had to cut it short. Had to pull to front and Waited 20 mins for our food to be incorrect. We ordered 2 Nashville baskets and didnt receive either. Strips were nugget size. Why is this place open for busines if they dont provide adequate service? Complete joke. I will never go to this location again. Make sure to read reviews before you competly waste your time and money.

Over all, horrible experience. I ordered and paid online for a Mac n cheese bowl. Once Arrived at pick up time, I still had to wait 22 min. People that went through the drive through picked up their order in 2 min. The drive thru lady was rude to me, huffing and ordered me to pull up and wait. My Mac n cheese was cold. Over rally terrible experience. And KFC App is TRASH! Im uninstalled quick!

If I could give this place no stars at all I would. The customer service is probably the worst I ve seen so far. When they re taking my order they huff & puff LOUDLY and are really rude at the window. Once I get my food my tenders are hard & cold. The chili/sauce you get with the Nashville tenders is all over my bag, napkins etc. And when I ask for my food fresh they say it is and I get it and it s Hard and cold like it s been out for 10mins +
