Yesterday one of the crew members made an honest mistake with my food, but after submitting a complaint to Taco Bell, the manager, Vivian called me directly and did an amazing job customer service wise and just on a personal level. She was kind and adamant about rectifying the situation. So I came in today and the cashier and supervisor were able to redo my order from yesterday and did so promptly. There s some great workers here and they re trying their best. Thanks to the staff and the manager Vivian.

Hello. On 04/27/2024, I accidentally placed an order to this location for an order that cost $53.30. Now, I reached out to this location by phone and let them know that I accidentally sent the order to the incorrect location and asked them about how to cancel the order. The manager on shift told the employee on the phone I was speaking with that they could not process the refund since the order was placed on the Taco Bell app and that I would have to do it through customer service on the app. I understood and thanked them for the advice. I then had to place the same order at the correct location so I could make sure that the order I needed could be processed and picked up. So, I essentially paid for the order twice, one at each location. But only received one physical order. Now, fast forward to today and I STILL haven t heard back from customer service and still paid for an order I never got. Now, I understand that I made an error. However, no one has reached out to discuss what happened with me, and to see if anything can be done. I wasn t able to get expecting a miracle, or even a refund. I was hoping for a credit at least for the amount for the order I never got. But if that wasn t possible due to my error, I would have understood. But no one emailed. No one called. I am being completely ignored. Now, 2 plus weeks have gone by and I have not received an email other than an automated response that says, Thank you for taking the time to share about your recent experience. So, all of this ends up with Taco Bell essentially stealing $53.30 from me for food I never received or consumed. So, until someone from Taco Bell has the courtesy to reach out to me discuss me like a human being, and not be treated like a walking dollar sign, I will continue to put Taco Bell on blast. Ordered a Large ice water and even offered to purchase the cup itself. Lady at the window stated a MEDIUM water is a large and proceeded to justify they do not do Large water cups. Vegetarian Have loved Taco Bell for years. Only have had one issue years ago when the Veggie Menu first came out. This Taco Bell has given us a Beef Crunchwrap Supreme when we have specifically preordered Black Bean Crunchwrap from the Veggie Cravings Menu. This is definitely one of the better Taco Bells in existence. Its located in the parking lot of the Walmart I usually shop at making it super convenient location wise. Not only that, but Ive been thru the drive thru many times and Ive always experienced great service, mistake-free orders, minimal drive thru waits, and delicious food in comparison to the many other Taco Bells that Ive visited in my life. Theyve yet to let me down, so Im sure you wont be disappointed in choosing this specific Taco Bell Parking: Definitely plenty of parking here

Donna is incredibly unprofessional. She walks up to tables and will bother them talking about how her car doesnt have AC and that she has arthritis. Nobody wants to hear that. She begs people to do the survey over and over. I had to tell her to stop bothering me and she still wont leave me alone. I gave three stars for the food. The reason for the low rating is first off, the place was nasty, tables unclean, sauce and trash on empty tables, backpacks on handicap table with no one there. My dad spilled a drink, I did my best to clean it up and I notified the staff at the counter about the spill, and he said thanks, I told him that someone should mop this up before anyone has a accident, he said he would take care of it. Even though a employee was sitting right beside us, watching a video on her phone, she did not even move an inch when she saw a 80year old man, having trouble and spilling his drink, she just sit there. The employee behind the counter came out in about 10 minutes, while on his way to eat his lunch I guess, he dropped off a sign that said wet floor, that is it! Nothing else. He even put it in the wrong place, I had to move it to the proper place. We left 15 minutes later and no one had even cleaned any tables or mop up the floor. I must say that customer care is not present there.

Just a great place! Taco bell always has good food. It really is 1 in a million chance to get a bad meal from here. I always went here after school and grabbed some food with my friends. We would hang out there for hours after school just vibing and talking about music and playing card games and the staff never kicked us out. Maybe cause we kept ordering food haha. Love you guys! If you are a women going thru menopause and having hot flashes, then you may enjoy dining in as long as you like to eat cold food. The dining room temp was less than 60 and my food was cold in a matter of minutes. I didnt even have to chew my food since as soon as I put it in my mouth my teeth were chattering so much. The people are always friendly and the food is always hot, affordable and fresh. I love to just come here sometime to have a cold drink and get away, because they are always so nice and friendly here. You can feel the Love in the air. Thanks to everyone that works at this Taco Bell in North Garland, your smile makes every visit a special one fir me.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would this place is so disgusting I was given stale taco shells and I though no problem I ll just go back and get my order remade but they were just as stale as the first ones and the manager tried to tell me that they weren t but they were and the after taste is still in my mouth don t go to this place they have messed up my order multiple times and the second time I went to complain about my order someone came in right after me to complain as well don t waist your money here plenty of other better Taco Bell s out there

Went thru the drive thru and Auntionette H was very rude, don t know if she was just having a bad day by her rudeness but she really needs to work on her customer service. At the end of my order at the drive thru. I asked if she could add a Baja blast freeze, she responded with I already sent the order, you have to back through the line again if you want that . Which I see no point in if I was already at the ordering kiosk for the drive thru and no one was behind me. I went forward to pay and asked again you can t just add the drink and she responded with no I really cant very rude. I know she could have just added it with no problem since there was nothing wrong with their POS and it was a simple order but I guess due to her having a bad day she decided to give very bad service with her attitude.

I keep forgetting this is the location with the horrible staff. Shame on me for not checking my order before leaving, but if I said it s right on the screen and you re making the food and checking it off the list on your screen, you think it would be right. I still think they are overpaid at $12/hr. They re not worth over $7/hr.

It s not fast food when it takes 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Was expecting a five minute run for Taco Bell as in a rush but ended up being much longer. Got a bean burrito and beefy 5 layer only. Would ve left the line but there was no way to get out of it. It makes sense if someone ordered a big meal so it d take longer, but have them pull over or something. Change to one star, gave me some ripped up burrito. Disgusting place
