This park is pretty basic, but it gets the job done. Acting as both a flood control area and a greenbelt, theres plenty of greenery. Its connected to the city trail system, so if youre looking for a place to walk, its a good starting point. If you head in the direction of Creek View Park, youll connect to the official Lick Creek Greenway Trail. Its got a decent covered playground for the kids and a couple of boardwalk bridges, one of which is relatively long and winds across some of the streams, through the woods for a little serenity.

This isnt a park, its a freaking open field And where is the parking??? It seems to be only for the people who live in this neighborhood. They do have a nice basketball court, but if you want a nice place to take a long walk or have a picnic under large trees, this aint it. At least it was quite. Playground: Basketball court only. Toilets: They dont have any. Dog-friendliness: Youre perfectly welcome to walk your dog here. I saw several people do this while I was here. Picnic area: They dont have any.

Lovely park with a winding trail and multiple points of interest. Tucked back is the playground. Up front is retention pond/field. Trail winds back through a shaded wooded area with a small creek. Trail also leads across the street to Creek View Park.

This was a great little park! It has space to run around, shade, and a nice play scape. The icing on the cake was the running trail that actually had many little wooded trails for the kids to explore (Perfect for my 7 and 4 year old who love leading me on hikes). Make sure to bring extra clothes if you decide on exploring those if the ground is still damp from rain.

Great local park with playground, swings, and covered picnic table. Well kept. Never crowded but always a few people in the early evening. Field big enough to through a ball.

The playground is nicely shaded and small enough to easily keep your eyes on your little ones playing. The playground also has a soft ground covering that you often see in indoor playgrounds.
