This place is so underrated, not many people know about this gem hidden in Longview. These burritos are AMAZING and for much cheaper than chipotle. The burritos are also massive! I usually only eat once a day but I can put down some food, but a burrito from here fills me up. Ched is great behind the counter and never undercuts me on portions and always has a smile and asks me how I m doing. 100% recommend

HIDDEN GEM Look, my wife and I found out about this place on a Sunday and by Monday evening we had 3 bowls each. Do you guys remember when chipotle used to load you up and it was cheap? That s this place now, but with more options. Don t get me wrong, I like chipotle, but the size and price is so much better here. On Sundays they do 2 large bowls for $15.99 and Monday evenings as well. Plus they literally put your bowl in the oven and toast it if you want. Also, there were two gentleman working in there Sunday 6/30 and let me tell you they were so nice and helpful. Some of the better and friendlier service from them that I ve had in a long time. Definitely 5 star food and service!

The food here is great! However I have an issue with the employees at this location. I had ordered my food 20 MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME, just to get here and they hadn t even started to make my order. They had 9 orders on the screen and 2 people working, except they weren t working, they were just standing around talking and smiling at one another. If I order ahead, I expect my food to be done when I get there to pick it up. I shouldn t have had to wait for them to get my order made 20 minutes after placing it. Definitely should look into training the crew better or getting new employees.

The girl helping us was extremely rude. She was very discontent with helping us. The food was old and over cooked. As soon as her type of people came in she perked up was very warming and inviting toward them. She also turned into the best customer service advocate. Wow!!! This place was amazing. I stumbled upon it by accident and was glad to have. The food was definitely beyond my expectations. I got a power bowl made my way with white rice, black beans, spicy steak, queso, onions and cilantro. It really hit the spot.. Its similar in nature to Chipotle if you need a comparison. TRY IT!!! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The food is decent, the employees could not care less. Including their main boss, Mike. I placed an order online, when I went to pick it up, they were closed! But they sure as hell took my money. I called the next day and the manager on duty told me she doesnt know how to refund my card but I could come up there and get cash. I go up there and she said nevermind, your card will be refunded automatically, but I have no idea when. Excuse me?? So she gives me the number for Mike who also has no clue how his own business works. He told me hopefully Ill have my money back by Tuesday. I placed my order on Saturday. This place is trash. Ill never be back. Now I know why they never have any customers and usually only one employee working.

First time eating from there and very disappointed! I ordered off of favor and was told the lady didn t want to make my food cause it was 8:40pm. Excellent service. The woman that was working was super nice and helped explain the branding to me. Its basically very similar to Chipotle. You build your own bowl or taco add on drink or beverage. If I could give zero stars I would. I came here before and the food was awful, got a bowl it was loaded in onions, no meat and the sauces were spilling in the bag. That was months ago I decided to try It again, got another bowl and the SAME THING. the bowel is disgusting! Its loaded in gross soggy onion, barely any meat, cheese and Jalapenos which I did not ask for. It looks like they just threw everything into a bowl and handed it out. Strongly advise against eating here as I will never make that mistake again.

Bring your appetite. Much like another chain burrito & bowl restaurant portions are large and from my point of view that is where similarities end! This is our families new favorite quick bite or take out dinner (even the picky children loved the burritos) much tastier and more options of toppings and salsa, garnishes without any gimmicky sayings. Only giving 2 stars because my husband loved it and he said his food was great, but I ordered nachos. Simple nachos with just beans and queso. They scoop the toppings out of the trays as you ask for them, but somehow my food was cold when we sat down and the chips were stale. Im really glad my husband thought they were good, but I wont be back. The customer service was slacking too, no one greeted us, smiled, or put any effort into making customers feel comfortable.
