Ive been a patron of pecan street for almost 20 years. It has been consistently great burgers,fries, and sandwiches until recently. Their revised fries are thick and often soggy unlike the previous thinner version. Im not a fan of the revised leaf lettuce on burgers.Theyve removed peppers from the Italian sub and hence removed flavor. Why change a good thing??? I unfortunately dont find myself visiting as often due to changes. Its just not as good as it used to be.

We were visiting from Houston and staying in Pflugerville. We decided to go to this place because we liked the food items on their menu. The service was okay. The food was okay. I had the chicken Swiss and mushroom burger. The chicken was not seasoned at all. We did eat the food because we were quite hungry. There was a stack of styrofoam cups sitting on the counter that fell on the floor. One of the workers just picked them up and placed them right back on the counter. The cups should have been thrown away since they were now dirty. The table that we sat at was old and chipped. There were flies and gnats flying around our table and food. The trash was overflowing and there were flies and gnats around the trash. The workers did not wear gloves when handling food. We asked for some pickles. The worker that was sweeping the floor went into the kitchen to bring the pickles out to us. She didn t wash her hands or put on any gloves. We will NOT go back to this place or recommend this place to anyone visiting Pflugerville.

This morning my wife went to Pecan Street & ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches on of which was made completely incorrectly. Once my wife arrived with the food I realized it was incorrectly made - contacted the establishment and explained the issue to the person who answered the phone, which was met with a very lax ok . I asked her to please speak with her manager so I could come in to get a comped burger seeing that by this time breakfast was no longer being served. I go back order a burger in specific, paid for my side and drink which could have been comped because I had to drive back and couldn t have my original order due to their mess up, ONLY to get home and my burger is WRONG AGAIN! Poor customer service, food has not been made correctly and not once has there been any solution offered outside of I can just come and get it remade. Highly disappointed!

My girlfriend and I have been ordering food from here for the last 2 years via delivery services. Today my girlfriend went inside to pick up her order. 3 people were standing behind the counter, no one greeted her. She said. Good morning, how are you?! She received zero response. Service with an attitude. They fouled up our order and when asked to correct it, gave an attitude. They put one of the servings on the wrong plate, and when I complained, instead of complying with the state health code, and bringing out a new order she simply offered a second plate. I had to purchase the item I wanted a second time. I m not going to return. The gentleman who was bussing the tables Was very thorough, polite and attentive. The problem was with the wait staff.

The burger tastes good. Everything else was disappointing. The sandwich looked like it was just thrown together. Small piece of cheese, hardly anything else (small piece of cheese, lite condiments, next to no lettuce, one tomato slice). I also had to crisp up the fries and tots because they tasted undercooked and soggy. I wanted to like this place but wasn t pleased with anything I ordered aside from the burger.

The presence of black, tar-like grease was widespread, and the equipment appeared unclean. The kitchen emitted a pungent odor of old grease, suggesting a lack of recent cleaning in the grease trap. Shelves and walls were visibly coated with food residue, and the floors exhibited a slippery greasiness, leading to several near-slips. Witnessing customers dine in such an environment was physically unsettling, and I have decided never to bring myself or my family to this establishment again.

Foods very mediocre. Customer service is worse. Ordered breakfast food for pick up. waited 30 minutes in drive thru to get it. Got home and a sandwich was missing. We call the restaurant, and they tell us they can only refund the order, and cant make the sandwich they forgot because they werent serving breakfast past 10:30. IT WAS 10:33. 3 MINUTES PAST. On an order they messed up. The manager was useless to help, and refused to make the sandwich, as if the grill was some device strictly confined to the orbit of the sun. Dont be fooled by this place. They benefit from being one of the few places that make breakfast around here, but its not that good. When I got off the phone, I couldnt even enjoy my hash browns because they were burnt to a crisp. Wont be giving them any future business.

We have been to this establishment quite a few times and it had quickly become one of my favorite places to have a club sandwich from up until my visit this evening. I ordered my food and went back out onto the patio where my mother and SERVICE animal were sitting. He was beside me until our food was brought out by a girl with pink hair. He proceeded to walk up to her and sniff her which I guided him back to me, as she was walking away she was talking to him and he wagged his tail at her and then came back to me. My mother was missing her gravy with her chicken strips so I proceeded to walk inside to ask someone for it. As I walked around the corner to the front counter I hear this young lady with the pink hair saying very hateful things about me and my SERVICE animal. Very loudly to where other people in the restaurant could hear. Very unprofessional and to tell someone their animal should not be wearing that vest because he is not a REAL service animal is ridiculous. I believe it is actually illegal to question the status of an animal wearing a service vest. I understand people take advantage of the system and my animal is registered with papers, a vest and identification cards I carry on myself as well as on his vest. He did not jump on her or even try to like she was claiming, I did choke up on his leash to get him to respond to his commands. We are still in training with him to correct certain behaviors. He is a therapy dog, not an emotional support animal but an actual therapy dog to help people in crisis, deal with trauma, as well as special needs individuals. Not to mention his disabled owner. This behavior was very disrespectful and very upsetting. I will no longer bring my business to an establishment that allows its employees to treat customers in this manner. I sincerely hope this does not occur again and the issue will be addressed.

Honestly so overpriced for what I got. Chefs salad was around $13 and didnt even put Caesar dressing on it, even though it was on the ticket. Honestly guys. Today I was in the drive thru with nobody behind me or in front of me and also there was barely anybody indoors. It took almost 20 minutes for them to give me my order. I m okay with a wait. But the fact that nobody let me know hey we are taking a little bit longer than usual but your food will be out shortly or something in those lines made me think they have poor customer service. I told the guy with big dark eyebrows how it took forever and he slammed the window in my face. This happened around 1pm on 2/6/2023. My wife and I stopped in here for a Saturday morning breakfast. Parking is adequate. You place your order at the counter in the front of the business. Then you seat yourself and they bring you your food when it is ready. Prices are very reasonable, the most expensive breakfast is still less than $10. My wife particularly enjoyed her chicken fried steak breakfast with a very tender steak. It comes with 2 eggs and hashbrowns, plus she had biscuit and gravy instead of toast. She sang its praises as fork-tender. I had french toast, good but not exceptional. Service was attentive, my coffee was topped off consistently. Facility is clean and offers a drive thru and patio dining. Hours are split...breakfast/lunch followed with a 2 hour closed interval then dinner service. For a nice local venue with very attractive pricing and quality food, this is a good bet for you.

I come here a lot, and usually do the burgers. Pretty good and glad that the hours have changed. I will say that today, I ordered a chicken tortilla soup and couldn t eat it, it was just too spicy and I wanted to swap it for a different soup but they wouldn t let me come in and swap it because I had thrown it out but had the receipt still. Anyways, they need to be more accommodating toward things like that, but at least I know that it was $10 spent to discovering an item not to get. Ive eaten here several times exclusively lunch such as a burger or chicken strips. The food is great and the staff has always been friendly and nice to me. The area is nice and safe and its near an HEB and right next to the library too, so you can run errands and grab a bite to eat from here. There is plenty of sitting area too, so you can eat your meal in peace. I didnt use the drive thru option, but Im sure its great too. I definitely recommend eating here.

Went there today for first time. Was not acknowledged. Was ignored then we have problems seeing menu but wasnt offered a paper menu. They were not busy and didnt seem like they wanted to help us. Sorry for bothering and interrupting your conversation.

Great spot for an old time, good old hamburger. Classic menu of burgers, with a few hot dogs and sandwiches. The line may look long at times but it moves quickly. So much better than normal fast food.

Quickly becoming our favorite Saturday breakfast stop. Good basic breakfast items especially the biscuits, gravy and sausage. Plus you can talk in a normal voice unlike Cracker Barrel! Breakfast for 2 around $20 (getting harder to find!)

Ordered before 11:30, but my order wasnt ready at noon. They were out of onion rings, so I had to settle for regular fries. The 3 cookies for which I WAS CHARGED were not included in the order. The only reason that Im rating 2 stars instead of the appropriate 1 star for such a debacle is that the flaming philly cheesesteak was very good. Do better.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Pecan St. Station never disappoints! We always have trouble choosing what we want because we ve loved everything so far! The breakfast tacos are very filling and their burgers always hit the spot! Extremely quick they even have a drive-thru but it tastes far from fast food.
