A great place Im from Jacksonville texas down there we had a place called Pitt grill and I worked there when I was young my mom and her mom but it closed down many years ago but I would never though I would find a place like it and now we moved down towards longveiw area and waffle house is like it and it memorable place comes back now I will come back as muck as I can I give them as many stars as I can

No matter where I travel, I love eating at a Waffle House. The only problem is finding a seat if you come at the wrong time. At breakfast time, they are usually packed, but since they serve breakfast all day, I always come later.

It was my first time there and I absolutely LOVED it!!! All the staff were very friendly and hardworking and the food was delicious!!! You can watch your food bein cooked too and nothing at all was wrong with it, and the music selection they had on their jukebox was fantastic!!! I will DEFINITELY go back!!!

Best breakfast at the good ole waffle house yet! I had a sausage smothered and covered bowl and it was yummy to my tummy! The guys had the traditional breakfast. Coffee was fresh and hot. Everything came within 10 minutes even though the restaurant was very busy and our waiter was friendly.

At night the dining area is always closed, The staff will refuse to allow you to sit inside. I have been told orders must be taken to go. This store also refuses to take call in order over the phone. Poor management.

The nicest waffle house that I ve ever been to. The food looks way different (in a good way) when compared to many of the other ones I ve been to in Texas. The restrooms were nice and the place was clean. The food was a decent price and tasty. I enjoyed eating here. The staff was friendly and the food was prepared quickly.

Yesterday (6/16/23), I made a to-go order in person. I ordered a Texas Egg, Ham & Cheese Plate, an All-Star Special, and two Sweet Teas. According to the online menu, the total I calculated, including tax was $24.63... however I was charged $36.60. This is definitely not right!

for two hash brown bowls one with extra bacon and egg and the other regular came out to be $37 and some change ??? thats outrageous when three days ago I went in and ordered the same thing but with gravy on both bowls and it was only like 28. the visit three days ago they put no cheese on the bowls. plus today we waited 38 mins for our food and there was only one table that ordered before us . this isnt my first bad experience or even second...its the fourth at this waffle house and I will no longer go there. not like the lack of my business matters but its just a terrible waffle house.

Walk in no greeting waiting 10 min until someone notice we were on a table waiters were questioning if it was there turn finally our waitress took our order give us dirty forks until I asked to change them she notice they were not clean took our order she forgot to give it to the cook while everyone just standing around not doing anything finally the cooks asked her because he notice us just sitting there and he great !!! 5 star to the cook but customer service a awful cook helper has her hair down he notice that she put her hair on our plate he change it because I knew I notice it I m surprised is still open

Priscilla was amazing and very helpful. The other staff members need to remember that theyre at work and not in a playground. While they were not working they should have been cleaning tables, sweeping the floors and making sure the restaurant was in order. Instead they were in the back office and you could hear them just lollygagging. Husband ordered the Texas melt and loaded hash browns. He enjoyed every bit of it and then leave a crumb on his plate. The loaded hash browns came topped with cream gravy, chili, jalapenos, onions, ham and a few other ingredients that I cant remember. Daughter had the bacon cheeseburger with a side of hash browns. Loved the fact that the toppings are served separately so you can add them all to your burger or just add what you enjoy. Parking: Has its own parking lot so its easy to find a place to park. Also if we have a bigger size vehicle its easy to park in their parking lot as well.
