This is a great bar located right in the middle of a spacious center with plenty of indoor or outdoor (covered) seating. Really good variety of drinks to choose from with rotating specials and a happy hour. Live music, trivia, and other events rotate weekly. Food can be okay or good depending on the order, with a decent selection. Typically a mix of young adults or families since theres a big park-like center. Having young kids running around a bar while adults drink isnt my particular cup of tea but theres enough space for it to not be uncomfortable.

This is the most RACIST place I have ever been to! I went with my family and because we were Hispanic the bartender treated us badly, he told us that we were planning to leave without paying the bill and he started yelling for no reason and they wanted to call the police just because we were Hispanic. I asked her for an explanation and he just yelled at me to leave the place because I was not welcome in that business and even less so with children.

Nice place to go. Food was Ok..it s bar food. Beers are great! Incredible options! Staff is awesome! On top of everything! Floors are really dirty under the tables. I enjoyed this location as its situated on a nice walk where you can find other restaurants. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Service was friendly, and the server made the right recommendations. Drove into town last night so we stopped by here to get a drink. Loved the margarita flight! Our service was top tier. We sat on the patio and our waitress was super friendly and always made sure to fill our drinks up! They had really good music playing. We liked Grub burger at this location and we noted this new business. We tried it and were quite pleased. It had only been open a few days but our bartender (also the bar manager) Justin, was very friendly and attentive. We had the basic burger and the Italian sub and both were delicious. We had a screwdriver and a Brass Tap lager, both of which pleased, then a very tasty Pinot Grigio. They are planning to have trivia, karaoke and live music, among other entertainments. We fully recommend trying this place as a neighborhood pub, with excellent food, drinks and service.

Went here to meet friends for the Michigan game. This is a Michigan college football bar. The place was packed. All of the guests were kind and patient. However, the staff was completely overwhelmed and showed no sense of urgency. The biggest failure was the bartenders themselves. Just observing how unmotivated and lack of urgency is what caused the problem. They messed up my girlfriends drink request and just basically told us to deal with it. The servers had too many tables and often disappeared. They were very proud of their drink prices as well. It was our first time visiting, and quite honestly, we wont be going back anytime soon.

Visiting relatives, I came across this place. I decided to stop after the lunch rush and have a burger. The burger was really good. I had the sweet and spicy burger and it was cooked beautifully and the fries that came with are seasoned fries and theyre delicious. It is a nice place with both indoor and outdoor spaces. It is well appointed and has a beautiful bar. Great live music last night. Met some buddies here for lunch recently and was pleasantly surprised. Plenty of adult drinks, the food was pretty good (I think I had a brisket grilled cheese) and the atmosphere was good. General Manager left the employees without the support they need. Poor management caused understaffing on a night with a Dallas Stars playoff game. Well over 60 patrons and only two front of house staff members. Service was poor to bad, but it wasn t the servers fault. Management left them out to dry. Multiple tables left because the service was so slow. Took over 20 minutes to get our check. No issue with the staff, they were working incredibly hard they were just set up to fail.

Ive been holding off on rating this place since they opened. I live close by and really want this place to survive. Ive visited here over a couple dozen times with mixed reviews. Service was rocky in the beginning but they have come so far since then and only getting better. The location and patio are perfect. You cant go wrong with the beer selection. As far as food goes, the wings need some help. Nachos, brussel sprouts, and brisket grilled cheese are fantastic, stick to those. I know food is expensive right now, but we paid $8.50 for loaded fries that were about the size of a Small from a fast food place, and the toppings were scant and unimpressive. Also for $13, the burger was so sad. Very small, thin patty and bun, one sad piece of lettuce and tomato slice, and flavor was mediocre. Came here recently to watch the US v England game. The bar was standing room only with at least 30+ seats reserved to watch the match, the staff were all wearing team USA shirts, so they seemed to know theyd be busy. The bar was woefully understaffed: 2 waitresses, 1 bartender, and 1 food runner. We were able to get about a drink every hour as it would take us 10 minutes to flag someone down, another 20-30 minutes to receive our drink, and thats if the order even got placed. Food was piled up in the kitchen window getting cold as we questioned whether we should start grabbing food and calling out orders. Lots of unopened boxes of bar supplies stacked inside makes me think that things could be better run. Staff was pleasant enough and it seemed like they were put into an unwinnable situation.

Honestly super disappointed with my experience. The first time my boyfriend and I came here we loved it this second time is a whole other story. We were at the bar for an hour total and majority of our time was spent waiting for service. When we sat down we waited for 15 minutes before going in and asking to get a drink. We were told someone would come out to help us. Another 15 minutes to get our food & drinks followed by 20 minutes of us waiting to get the check. I had to get up and ask for the check in order for us to leave. There were plenty of people working but it seemed like no one was intent on actually helping guests. I am in the customer service industry and have been for 10+ years. It s just unfortunate. I hope we are able to return and have a great experience but major changes will need to take place before that happens.

First timer..went to watch Saints game. Wanted to try something new. (I usually go to Quarter Bar n Grill in Addison for games) Brussels sprouts appetizer, took home and my teen daughter fixed em as they were pretty bland and too crunchy. Atmosphere was bland. Not much of a mix in people. Lots of TVs, a plus but sound was weak, projector screen is outdated IMO, BUT bartender Brad (from Louisiana ) made the stay worth while. This restraunt was okay as restaurants go. The entrees where fine, and they have vegetarian options. The outdoor seating is nice but not shaded at dusk. In the past month, 90% of the staff have turned over, the service has gone considerably down, and it is no longer family friendly. Tonight was music bingo night. Walked in and waited 15 minutes for any type of service. Multiple staff walked by us and despite making eye contact, they kept walking past every table. The music was so loud we couldn t even ask for help. This event comes a few nights after trying to have dinner there and watching the new manager give a few kids some grief for taking up a table when the place was empty. I hope the owner takes the appropriate action to bring back the service and atmosphere that existed even just a few weeks ago. Will try again in a few weeks after the new staff learn the menu and are trained to actually respond to and empty table with people trying to flag them down.

Rethink the new staffing. Chelsea is amazing. Where is John? Where are red heads with matching tattoos? Don t flush your culture for a small savings - these team members made the place memorable, warm Not a fan of the new GM (Chris?) chasing off homeless people outside who just need to sit in shade in 105 heat and not die. Chasing of kids who want to charge their boards. Don t ruin your culture to save a penny here and there.

This used to be the MOST fun place to come, relax, unwind, enjoy friends and people having a great time enjoying the food, beer, wine and MOST OF ALL... the FANTASTIC WAITSTAFF. John, Mickey, Corey, everyone. I dont know what choices Brass Tap Corporate has made to get rid of the VERY REASON we have come here since they opened. Its BECAUSE of the people who developed it. Truly a typical, tragic mistake of Corporate to think they can judge. There is NO ONE here anymore. They judged incorrectly. Because they think we dont matter, or that we dont connect with the very people who welcomed us with open arms, welcomed us back and treated us like kings and queens when we returned. Created a menu that satisfied, so we werent too tipsy to go home. We made FRIENDS here. But someone decided this was inadequate or didnt make enough revenue. So now they got rid of the VERY REASONS WE CAME. John made sure we heard the music we liked, listened to us when we had an issue or talked to us when we just wanted to know what he was up to. Company, good food GREAT wait staff and they MADE SURE we were always happy. That exists NO MORE. Its Friday night and its utterly dead. The music sucks. And our favorite wait staff is here no more. WONT come back. BAD decisions. Dont know who made it, but BAD decision. RIP to our favorite neighborhood bar that John once hoped it would be.

Great place to hang out. Drinks and food are good and satisfactory. Boom boom shrimp is definitely the best in food menu. Service was great and friendly. There is outdoor seating as well. They were doing a bingo evening. not sure if its there all days. Overall a good experience and will try again.

Server was great. Nice ambience. Theres a park right (within eyeview) of outdoor seating for kiddos to play. The 3 stars because the margarita was the worst margarita Ive ever had in my life (gf ordered it, everyone tasted it and agreed). And it took exceptionally long for my drink to make it to the table (only had 4 drinks ordered and thats it). My mate said the fish and chips was weird. Unsure why we had to ask for tarter sauce.. 3 stars for my drink being late, odd tasting fish and chips, and the dishwater margarita.
