Excellent service since I walked in staff greeted me, salad bar looked amazing pizzas were hot and delicious,very clean atmosphere, management and employees very attentive to the customers definitely coming back.

1st you get the unpleasant smell of sewer and greasy clean plates and if you can get past that then you are met with a disarray of a salad bar. Then compounded by a series of poorly topped pizza luke warm pizza. School pizza seems to have an edge over this establishment. The fountain drinks were okay. The floors and tables were dirty. I wish i could get my money back. Good luck.

Cicis was a family tradition when my children were growing up. Now I visited with my niece. They were short staffed, so I waited too long for the seasonal cinnamon rolls. I was patient and never rude the 3 times I asked if the rolls were ready, but the staff was defensive. I missed SMILEY, the manager back in the time when we visited with our children.

honest opinion, my fiancé and i didn t know what to eat so we decided to come here since we ve never tried it.. got here and it took 20 minutes for someone to come to the front counter.. no one was around. then we got some pizza and it was disgusting like possibly a fresh one was good, but other than that so disgusting and rude staff.. and the brownies were raw literally just tasted like dough with sugar staff are lazy have people waiting and having to constantly ask for straws, forks, etc.. it s ridiculous. save your money don t come here.. we d rather go to asian buffet or peter piper pizza never again.. only good thing was the small arcade .

literally worst food ever, a waste of money. Nothing was ready not to mention they never make pasta on time. Have to wait 50+ minutes to even get a bowl of the pasta. brownies and cinnamon rolls used to be good but now everything taste old and stale. Severely disappointed, was a waste of $40, not even with the coupon was it worth it. Salad bar also had no croutons, no carrots and made for a sad excuse for a salad. Please save your money. Wish I could rate lower.

Went with my fam approached the cashier had an attitude seem like she didn t wanna work she rolled her eyes on us! She expected a tip. Management and the employees in this location is a joke. Whoever hired these employees should be evaluated and demoted for bad judge of character. Everyone working here has an attitude and excuse for everything. Floors super dirty and they try to tell us its been busy but even if it was which it wasnt theyre just not coordinated and not aware or dont care how bad the place looks. Bad experience with the family here and it aint the first time. But it will be our last visiting this location.

I love Cici s Pizza, it is my favorite pizza buffet restaurant. I always have fun trying to break my slice record; This time I got to 20, but I know next time Ill beat it. In addition to the delicious pizzas, I like that they offer desserts and salads, which makes the experience even more complete. It is the perfect place to enjoy a varied and tasty meal. I cant wait to go back and eat even more!

It was the worst experience. They had no pizza at the buffet area. I cant say if the buffet was good because I didnt get to try it, but likely one of the ladies was kind enough to return our money and we left. Arriving to the place, we saw a small amount of crowd. It took 5 minutes for people to charge us. I could see in the kitchen people laughing and joking around. A child ran to the back area, I assumed was a child of one of the workers. I asked to order a specialty pizza and they took my order which was never came out. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked for my order. A worker said that it had come out but they didn t know the name of the order so they were going to try to make another one. I was with 2 other people and we all kept looking out for my pizza. I ended up telling them to not make it again mainly due to the fact that I was about to leave and saw no point in making it again. The workers in the back could be heard arguing with each other about making a pizza, where s my pizza, and if nobody knew how to cut a pizza. The salad had empty or very little for a serving. The Alfredo sauce appeared grey and old. No one came to pick up our plates from our table. While waiting for my pizza. A worker was on her phone in the back talking to customers I could only assume were friends of her. She kept looking back and shouting orders to the person behind the counter so it didn t appear as if she was on break.

Food was cold, so I ordered to make a fresh pizza. It was not tasty. Soup was very salty. At least when they making the soup needs to taste it before serving. There is no price list in the billing area. I don t know why they are charged me $6.99 for each kids buffet. Everywhere $5.99 including the drinks for kids buffet. Also I noticed that in the drink section Lemonade was not available, then I took sprite from the machine and taste it. It was not a sprite. Just a plain soda. I told this matter to one of the employee and he told me Sprite flavors are out of stock. Two mains drinks are not available (Lemonade and Sprite) I don t like any other sodas. Then I don t know why they are charged me for sodas. If it s out of stock as a customer should be needs to tell us before charging me or need to serve bottled sodas. This place is horrible. When I was eating one of the Hispanic lady came to this restaurant and selling her own masala fruits to the Cicis customers. She asked me to buy her fruits pack. That Hispanic lady is not an employee for Cicis but by the way of talking I understand she knows all this Cicis employees well. I don t think Cicis chain service is allowing these type of selling inside the restaurant.

If I could just have no stars for this restaurant I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Staff was no help, they were on their phones in the kitchen, they were not consistently cleaning tables, floors were absolutely disgusting with food and it was also sticky, chairs were also sticky and tables were sticky. Staff did not help set up the tables for a big party. Restroom trash cans were over flowing with toilet paper and the floor was wet with no wet floor sign. It is an excellent place to eat and enjoy its buffet since it has a very affordable price of $8.50 for Adults and $5.99 for Children. The Menu has Wings and Pizza, but the buffet only includes Pizza, salads, soup and some Desserts. As well as unlimited drinks, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Very spacious and ideal for an afternoon with the family. Large Parking by the Commercial Plaza. Conclusion: It is no longer like previous years since they have many areas of opportunity, including the attention of the person, as well as the variety of pizzas available at the moment. Something to consider are the Video Games since they need maintenance. A Bittersweet visit. Great everytime we go! Food is great and the older gentleman who picks up dishes makes sure we eat our food hot instead of cold! Great customer service! The older gentleman is the manager! They have a great manager.

Many varities not available. The pizzas that were out were cold and hard. They did put new ones out but we were full up from the others by then. The one person who had most contact with people, the cashier, barely spoke English. It should be first language of your prominent employees.

The service was great. The manager made me my favorite pizza when coming in, as he did for every customer. Everything was really made and they kept up with demand. All you can eat for about $10 with a drink is a great deal.
