Taking a moment to recognize the hard work Jacob is putting in over at Tripointe Homes. As a first time homebuyer, Jacob completely educated me personally on the entire process and gave me complete comfort in understanding the process. Furthermore, when I found that I was unable to buy a Tripoint Home, Jacob went the extra mile in helping find a realtor that was a better fit for my circumstances. He was also able to provide additional insights on the schools in the area and answer more weird questions I had about the area with a level of professionalism I dont see very often. I dont want to work with anyone else in the future when making home decisions. If I were Tripointe, I would do everything in my power to ensure he is compensated well and ensure that he is recognized within the organization. I would also recommend that other sales representatives shadow Jacob in a form of training so that his methodology multiplies. My performance review for Jacob and my experience at Tripointe Homes: 5/5 would recommend - Exceeds Expectations

Great experience so far. Jacob and his team took care of us, answered our too many questions with patience and provided all the details that helped us with quick decision making. Tri Pointe Homes at Union Park offers contemporary home designs which are very close to our preferences. Union Park is a safe, secure and well maintained masterplanned community with a lot of amenities. Right off 380, the location is super convenient. Within a 15-minute drive, we find almost all the stores we visit on a regular basis. With the on-going 380 expansion project, traffic, school zoning etc are going to get better. The team has been great so far, providing regular updates and keeping customers well informed.
