The worst experience I ever had , was looking for a product photography and snappr popped in Google, they confirmed they will send a professional photographer and their endless support to get the best results, the photographer didn t do the right work and the the photos didn t meet the minimum requirements to be edited in photoshop due high blurring this is after more than week of waiting and they said in in the phone it will take only 3 days to deliver the photos, look somewhere else and stay away from snappr their customer service is sub zero after you make the payment.

Lori was out photographer for my special needs son HS graduation shoot. She was AMAZING! Booking the appt was quick and easy. I made the appt short notice but was able to get a photographer when I needed one. The pics were sent to me in less than 48 hours. I am still trying to pick out my favorites. So hard to choose. I will be a repeat customer.

Photographer was very friendly and made an effort to take pictures where we wanted, but I feel she wasnt completely prepared. All of my daughters photos have glare in her glasses and now I have to pay someone else to photoshop them because she doesnt. I little disappointed.

The experience we had with our photographer, Carolina, for our wedding was amazing. She was spunky and involved, had fun with us during the photo taking; she wasnt stale or uninclusive in terms of talking to us and communicating with us about what she needed from us or what we wanted for photos. However, Snappr is supposedly all inclusive, so after not receiving the original files from the wedding we asked if we could have them. She told us she would ask Snappr if we could have the original files and we never heard back from either. I had even received an email from the Snappr CEO, Matt Schiller, and had communicated with him why I had not left a review yet, and had no reply. That was in July. The photos we received were nice, but we are also the kind of people that want the originals, and expect all inclusive to mean all inclusive.

Carolina did an amazing job. She showed up at the location we chose a few minutes early and was able to get all the shots my large group wanted. The photos were ready in a few days and looked amazing. I would recommend her for anyone looking to have an outside session. I had a question (nothing neg) after I saw the photos and sent Carolina a text and within minutes she called me and was able to answer what I needed. I will use her again. Thank you Carolina for being a major part in making my 60th birthday celebration a Hugh Success!!!

Christie was super accommodating of many last minute requests and complicated logistics (we booked her less than 12 hours before a surprise sunrise engagement shoot and she was both flexible and enthusiastic, which made everything much less stressful than it might have been).

Even though it rained, Eva was very accommodating and made it work. She was very helpful with the setup as well and just easy going and fun to work with. Our baby was not his usual happy self but she was patient and did the best she could considering.

I was in a pinch needing a photographer for an event to do professional headshots for 40 people and didnt know what i was going to do. Snappr was the solution. I quickly put in what area we would be in, what kind of pictures i needed, and answer a few more questions and found our photographer Felicia. The pricing was also cheaper than other prices i had quoted. The experience was a great one. Will definitely use them again in the future.
