Love this salon. Needed a new haircut. Jenna did a fabulous job. Best cut Ive had in years. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She brought the style to llife. Im impressed. Adding onto the review below that s now 5 years old. Roberto has been styling my hair for 10 years now, wow! Now I m 80% grey and had been growing my hair out to shoulder length. Due to professionalism and healthy marriage I decided to restyle it shorter on the sides and kept quite a bit of length on top. I brought Roberto about 10-15 pictures and even a YouTube segment on what I want. He patiently observed my desires, added valuable input and then nailed what I wanted! Danielle is a terrible stylist. Unfortunately for me I trusted her to cut a pixi in my chin length hair and now I have a disaster that will take 4-6 months to grow out. I showed her a picture and explained clearly what I wanted. All was fine until she spun me around away from the mirror to do the texturizing . My hair is several inches shorter than I asked for (VERY significant when hair is short like a pixi) and the left side of my head is very uneven. The back of my head is a mess too. No wonder she didn t hand me a mirror to see it. I was in such shock at check out that I just paid and left. I drove home thinking I could style it and make it better but the more I work with my hair, the more holes I find and see how uneven it is throughout. I don t normally leave bad reviews, but others need to be warned. I haven t gone back for her to fix it since I figure this was her best effort to start with plus I don t have enough hair to cut more off. Nice enough person but she needs MUCH more training. She was supposed to be an experienced stylist.

One of the worst haircuts I have had in a long long time. So disappointed would have been better going to Super Cuts and saved my money. Had a perfect cut when I went in just needed it trimmed until I could get to my regular hairdresser. Took several pictures to see what I wanted but got nothing close. Will never go back. If a female hairdresser doesn t take care of her own appearance and is sloppy and obese no makeup no hairstyle herself I should have run not walked out before ever getting in her chair. I am not going to post her name but what a joke to say she is a stylist!!!!

I can t tell you how good my hair felt when Roberto got done with me. I could have easily gone a whole week without washing it again! I know that sounds ridiculous, but it was that good. With dry shampoo, you can easily get by an extra couple of days. My hair has literally never felt like that before! He trimmed it and blew it dry. Can t wait for my color!! They have amazing products, and whatever he used on my hair, it obviously needed!

I got a curly hair trim a few days ago and I m really disappointed with the result. My stylist, who specializes in curly hair, did not trim the curls correctly and it ended up poorly shaped. They brushed the curls and cut straight across, which is not optimal for curly hair. The end result ended up leaving my curls significantly less defined and uneven I ll now have to get it fixed. I was surprised as I thought this stylist knew how to properly cut curls, given that the website states that. I think this place is great if you have straight/wavy hair, but I d warn against getting a curly hair cut here.

Im glad I didnt settle for Supercuts. Im not originally from here and was hoping Id find a hair salon that was similar to one that I grew up with and luckily with a little more searching, this was it. From the stylish haircuts in the photos, it gave the same impression as the salon back home. And after getting it cut by Jenna, thats when it solidified and I knew that Ill definitely be coming back again for my next haircut. Also, I believe her name is Phyllis (The receptionist) is just the sweetest. Overall; this is a must go to salon. They definitely know style. My haircut: $30

Okay, odd story here. We were actually getting Greek food next door and ran across this studio by total accident. While waiting for our pickup order and since we were planning on a DIY dye job later in the day, my wife wanted to see if she could do a walk-in to take about an inch or so the tips. Jordan greeted us with a nice chat about what we needed and then proceeded to snip the bit off as requested. I ran our food order home so it would stay fresh and by time I got back, my wife was all wrapped up. When I got back my wife told me that technically the studio closed a full 25-30 minutes prior to us walking in and that Jordan wouldnt accept payment for the trim. My wife literally had to force Jordan to take a tip and at no point did she mention that the shop was closed or made us feel rushed in any way and merely asked for repeat business in lieu of payment. Okay Jordan, you won, you are amazing and earned the repeat business of my wife and youve even won me over from my normal barber to give your studio a shot with me. That kind of effort is not seen much these days. Jordan, if you are reading this, as an update to the hair-dye-pocolypse, know that I was able to get my wifes hair to that nice dark purple she had hoped for! Thank you so much!

I would never go there again . I have black hair and went for hair color. I showed Daniel a picture with dark brown and caramel color. She said yes i can do it. Once she washed my hair it was still black, I said I don t see any color. She said it s just the light inside you will see it. I said but still i should see some, She said after a wash it will be better. Any ways i never saw any color. They are highly unprofessional. She knew it s black and instead of accepting it and offering another service or something, she insisted that it s my fault that I m not able to see the color. They charged me full. I had very HIGH hopes for this place and was hoping this could be my regular salon. I set up an account online and it said there were no appointment for the day. ABSOLUTELY fine with me. Then a woman called me from the salon and was very nice and courteous. She told me there was some scheduling problems online due to covid. Whatever. i told her the only day off I had was Tuesdays. She asked if I could come in today to see Jordan @ 2:30. I was more than happy to come and was excited to FINALLY get my hair under control. When I arrived at 2: 15 the same lady told me I was a day early. Umm No. you told me today at 2:30 here I am. Then she proceeded to elude that there was no availability at that moment. Ok I understand. then I asked her how about next Tuesday. She went to look it up and seem to have had trouble navigating their computer system.. took forever on the computer. I simply told her to have a wonderful day and to forget about it. the salon appeared clean and very neat. I wish I could have experienced a cut and color to really get an effect. This was my first impression.. Wasted 30 min of my time .

Few weeks back my 15 year wanted to color her hair red (a bright red ) only on the ends. We made appointment for consultation and they booked us with Daniyalla. My daughter had few pics to show her what she wanted her color to be. 2 weeks after this consultation on feb 8th. We went in for the treatment (which my daughter couldn t wait for). Appointment time 1:45 pm and danyialla told me that she should be done by 4:30 to 5 pm. I left my teenager at the salon and came home cuz I live very close. I went to see how far along they have gotten around 4:45pm after 3 plus hrs, stylist was blow drying her hair, when I first looked at her hair I knew this is not what we were looking for. Her hair were dark and dull, with the red tint as henna had been applied to her dark brown hair. Stylist decided to apply the color on her dark hair without bleach to get the rite color. Which gave her weird dull red color. Not bright at all. My 15 year old told me that when Daniela Washed my hair, it didn t look like anything. When I asked why, she said, they will be brighter once I Dry them. You will see the color more. Anyways she didn t say anything as it was her first time ever getting her hair colored. When the stylist was done blow drying, she tried convincing us, that this would look brighter in light. We knew that this is not what we wanted at all. Then she said that she did not wanted to bleach her virgin hair. That is why the color did not come out as bright. We never told her that we do not want to bleach if that she have to do in order to deliver the desired color. That was her own decision. When we did not agree with the results, she took us to the reception and told the older lady about what happened. The lady at the reception apologized and offered discount,( which we never asked for) we want to to get the color right. She charged me $110 including her discount, and gave us color correction appointment for feb 22nd. I have an appointment card with saying (correction color with no charge). I thanked receptionist and apologized for any inconvenience and told her to thank our stylist too as she left the scene before we left from there. I remember asking receptionist to thank Daniela for her time and hard work anyway. Even though it was not what we discussed. Now the worst part which actually made me write this lengthy review is the call I received from the owner ( an older man s voice) didn t get his name correctly. He asked me what was the problem as he heard from his staff that we were unhappy with the service we received at their salon. I told him my side of story very humbly with respect (No exaggeration) He said after hearing that client (my daughter) was satisfied with results but I changed my mind after the procedure. He said they don t match color by showing them pics of what you want. (I was thinking then how we suppose to tell you what are we looking for?) He said we were harassing the staff and were very rude with them. (A complete lie). He also said, we are not going to do any correction color and Daniela won t work on your daughter. He then said I am canceling ur appointment for the 22nd of feb. I got so shocked and angry the way, this man spoke to me, he was the one who was not only lying, was very rude and unprofessional. That is when I told him that I am definitely leaving a review. They broke my daughter s heart as it was her first ever hair color, which she will remember forever. you guys messed up and then you have the nerve to call and disrespect me. It is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever received. You should be ashamed of ur selves. More than not doing the job correctly, it was that rude and disrespectful call that I have received, disturbed me the most.

I feel bad writing this review because Shayna was great. I love the way my hair looked, she did a great job. My complain is the prices and the response I got from the owner. I went today and got charged 275 for the same thing I had done last time minis a haircut. Las time I was charged 225. When I asked the owner why she explained the different charges. I got a treatment and I was told 25 for the treatment. Well the owner told me that I was being charged 50 for it and that she was sorry I was misinformed. Really?? Then I told her that I was still getting charged way more than last time and this time I didn t get a haircut. She looked for my receipt last time and confirmed that I was paying more this time. Did she do anything about it? Nope!! She kept apologizing and telling me what I had done today. I know what I had done! What I don t understand is why i am paying more if it was the same thing minus a haircut!!!! And why she didn t charge me the amount I was told at the beginning. I am telling you I will no longer go there! You just lost a client!

I have been looking for a new stylist for a while. I moved too far away from my long time stylist so I was on the hunt! Danielle did my daughters hair so I thought I would give it a go. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone I met in there was pleasant and kind and I enjoyed the decor of the salon. I was very relaxed! Honestly this salon is walking distance to my house so its very convenient, but some reviews made me worry and I didnt try it until four years later. I guess some people might be impossible because I found nothing not to like! I will be back! Its a Paul Mitchell driven salon, but I like those products and it works for me. Ive had my hair highlighted for 14+ years now. My hair is thick and curly. When I make an appointment to get my roots highlighted, the first thing I tell them is that they will need between 3-4 hours to get it all done. I do this in hopes that the stylist doesnt rush. It was my first and last time seeing Diddie. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted and she had to ask for advice from some guy (another stylist maybe). I m not a stylist so I don t know all the techniques and processes needed to get my hair done the way I want it. She ended up rushing and it honestly looked like she didn t have a lot of experience cutting hair. Didn t even get my hair straightened because she ran out of time. I spent 4 hours in there and payed $200+ and my roots are orange even though I told her and showed her what I wanted. Phyllis (owner) is a sweetheart though.

I had a greattt experience ! The salon owner is such a sweet lady and my hair stylist, Jordan did an amazing job with my layered hair cut. I have always had very bad experience with my layers but she knew what she was doing and gave me a perfect haircut ! If you are looking for gorgeous, blended layers and an awesome blow dry , Jordan is your person !

Had a fantastic experience with Jordan!! Girl knows how to do blonde right! She did an amazing ombre/balayage on me. The color blends so nicely and naturally and looks great. The salon was clean, they offered me refreshments, and they werent blasting loud music like so many other places Ive been. Great experience; Ill be back for sure!!

My hair cut is done by Didi, she is very nice to talk to, takes care of clients very well. The owners are very very sweet too. My hair is thick, curly, frizzy... My cut is angled bob cut, came out good for my curly hair too.

I had a great experience here. I got platinum highlights done by Diddie and they came out beautiful, also she was very sweet and attentive. I had my 4 year old daughter with me, the staff was very sweet to her and I and the owner especially went out of her way to make my daughter comfortable. I would highly recommend this salon. UPDATE: I have been coming here for a while now and have been very happy. Recently I went full head platinum blonde, think Gwen Stefani or Khalessi from Game of Theones!! Diddie and Roberto did the treatment and it came out beautiful. They were so patient and attentive and cared very much about the integrity of my hair, we did a lot to it and I have minimal damage. We did it in 2 appointments which I defiantly didn t mind because a process like this takes time. They were so professional the entire time and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. Also the owners are the sweetest people you will ever meet ... I would recommend this salon over and over again !

I chose to go to this Salon because of all the amazing ratings, but my experience was less than amazing. The owner is very personable and sweet, bumped up one rating because of her. But the stylist Laurel was a different story. She was sweet at the beginning but a little while into my session, she started to throw around snarky comments about me and my hair. She was very rough with how she handled it and the haircut was just a uneven straight cut , with no framing or styling. In hindsight I should have just walked away instead of sitting through offhanded comments from this stylist throughout the session.

Elizabeth B. is the BEST!! Shes truthful she knows exactly what shes doing and is the best at short hair! (I have a pixie)! Elizabeth will be honest and patient with you, you will have no worries when she is cutting your hair. Shes cut my sisters, Nana and mine. I would recommend anyone to her

I had been going to a very expensive Salon in Frisco. I decided to keep my business in Little Elm and I visited Studio 720 Salon. Ginny, the owner is a delight and gave me a full tour of her beautiful facility. Heather has now been my color specialist for almost 2 years. She is very professional and attentive to every detail. The salon is relaxing and has the spa like feel. I get so many compliments on my hair color and have referred many to the salon. The pricing is in line with other salons but is close to home and convenient. My husband goes to Roberto for mens cut and style. He loves the way his hair looks and feels and will not go anywhere else. Thanks, Studio 720 Salon!
