So sad but guess all the new kids and their generation or whatever trauma camy figure out how to clear a pump for gas and the third time yea I went beyond frustrated but if you are new on a Saturday pay attention to the line of guests and register over opening a box. And new time the comanage who is also in without a new tag , should not threaten to call the cops over me suggesting the helpful tip. But yes I did leave while saying an unkind word. Still frustrating 20kins to get gas at a gas station. Instead of saying oops I hit $0 instead of $10 and being accountable he said I would have to go somewhere else. Why would you even say that? No excuse for me getting on their low and incompetent level but at that point he was going to learn how to clear the pump and put the amount. Shame there are so many wishy washy out there who just cant say Im new and forgot the 1

I am so sick and tired of these ladies being rude and nasty its not called for and frankly I am sick of it and I sure hope the owner sees this because my business is now lost from your location and Ill move on to a different location and I dont care if certain people are sensitive to things I take that into consideration but the behavior of a couple managers ladies is deplorable

This is one of my favorite snack stops. I love to stop in for a diet mtn dew or their fro yo. Their staff is SO friendly, and I love seeing the same people working each time I go in.

What I love about this establishment is that it s super clean! The restrooms are separated from the rest of the store and if you wanna just get gas use the restroom and wash their hands you can. The front desk manager is a tall sweet African-American woman and really has her stuff together. Oh and by the way the yogurt vanilla and tart swirl with strawberry yogurt was amazing!

I am very very disappointed with this Race Trac. It states that it is 24hrs open. That is not true. For the last 6 months they have signs on the door stating that they are closed till 6am and 7am. So from midnight till that time they are closed. I am more than happy to talk to a district manager about this. This is now NOT A CONVIENCE STORE. Also looking at the reviews. It shows that Race Trac management doesnt care. Because they dont respond to the feedbacks.

Very clean store! Stopped in for some aspirin and grabbed a tuna sandwich too. Nice people work here. If I was the manager of this store, I d be proud of this business. Lots of people coming and going but the lines stay short because they get you checked out fast.

I love that this is american gas, but every time I come here nothing is stocked up outside----no reciept paper, no paper towels. I have come here the last 4 weeks in a row and same story. I think you could do better at making sure things are stocked up This is the RaceTrac on 380 and 423

Had a bad experience at a RaceTrac In Texarkana Texas and this was one wasn t any different. Came In 5/29 In uniform as a security officer and no one even acknowledged me. Needed a bag of ice so he ranged It up and It came to 2.91. I only had 2 dollars and 20 cents thinking It would be less than 2.50. I asked If they did discounts for security and he says not for Ice He didn t even ask how much I had as I m embarrassed with a man beside me. He watches me walk back the bag of ice to the cooler. Teenage kids ain t any good. Compassionless. Shame on this RaceTrac. Will take my business else where

I was just at this store and tried to use a coupon for American spirit cigarettes which I got from the promoter at the store on eldorado. It very clearly says 2 packs for $4. At first she tried to tell me its $4 off 2 pack, then she tried to tell me its $4 for each pack. The coupon clearly said 2 pack for $4 plus all applicable sales tax. She then calls someone and asks them about it. I could clearly tell by the way she was talking to them that she was trying to get them to tell her it was 2 packs for $4 each which the coupon clearly does not say. Coupons are all worded very specifically for a reason, so there s no confusion as to what the coupon is for. If it was for each pack it would say 2 pack for $4 each. At this point I just grabbed my coupon and left. Went right across the street to quick trip handed the clerk the coupon. Took him 30 secs to read the coupon ring it up and I was out the door. So to the manager that was working tonight 6/12/18 at about 11:15pm you are flat out ignorant and seriously need to work on your reading and comprehension skills. Or you just need to find a job more suited to your intelligence lvl. This manager just cost this store a customer. I deliver pizzas in the area so I used to stop there and buy gas smokes drinks and so on atleast once a day. This is not the first time Iv had issue with ignorant employees there. I seriously doubt I will ever visit this location again. Also it seems to just be this specific location. Iv never had any issues at all at any of the probably over 100 different RaceTrac s Iv been to in my lifetime. Ridiculous....

So you know this is the worst and most unprofessional race track ever. I went in this morning with my husband, not only did they have change first thing in the morning but they are also rude. We have cashed our lotto tickets there many mornings before my husband starts work and this morning they refuse to. The workers were acting like 5 year old children. Not someone I would want working or running my business. If you think about stopping there dont you will have better service at the QT across the street!!!!!?

This is my go-to gas station in Little Elm. There are a lot of pumps so I never have to fight for availability. The store itself is nicely sized and the staff is friendly and fast at check out. Its nice to walk the McCord Park Trail and come in and get refreshments.
