I ve been wanting to check this place out for a very long time. As a chicken tender fan their strips were excellent. And whine their fries are good, I recommend adding some sea salt to it. I absolutely love pizza places that sells chicken tenders because many of them have outstanding chicken tenders and they have something for everyone. The service were very friendly and nice. And best of all, not only was the music was nice & quiet, but the tables were clean. I definitely recommend this place and I would love to come back more often. ^-^

Rude employees. Only one person was professional and friendly, the blonde haired girl working at the cash register. There was another employee with multiple facial piercings and dreads who was extremely rude and actually sweeped right into me and then asked me if I could move. Extremely unprofessional.

Rosatis only have a few locations in Texas but we drove from the Wylie/Plano areas to McKinney just to get a little bit of home. I order here often and there is ALWAYS an issue with using rewards points. The young man who took my order said I had 1,900 points on my account but couldn t use them because they re only available to disappear if they re not used?? He agreed it made no sense. He said I m supposed to use coupons when they re emailed to me and I told him the last coupon I received was 5 months ago. He gave me 10% off because of how dumb the rewards system is but someone really needs to correct/look into it or make the decision to stop advertising a reward system that doesn t work.

We moved to the DFW 7-1/2 yrs ago and have been looking for an authentic Chicago Deep Dish pizza, to no avail. Until my Son told me we had to try Rosati s! YAY, FINALLY! I ordered for pickup, but the place is kept very clean and everyone is so polite and helpful. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. Everything about the deep dish pizza I ordered, was SO good My pizza was really stuffed with lots of ingredients, topped with a layer of their yummy sauce, super heavy and I had three meals from that one pizza. The price is also very fair for the amount of food you get. We ve already been there twice, just this week, lol. We looked forward to going back home to Austin, just to have a good Chicago Deep Dish. Those days are gone, we are so happy with Rosati s. Thanks for great service, great food, we ll definitely be back!

I totally understand that the $3. pizza promotion on Tuesday was chaotic, but thought the staff did a fantastic job in explaining why they had to discontinue the promotion. All deferred time slots were consumed or taken, product availability, and sheer amount of orders that had already been placed. For those of you who missed out, be a little more mindful and order the day before. Not the day of or when you get off of work. Plus you have to understand, that they can only do so much when corporate locks out the promotional code and locks social media links to get pizza price.

I forgot to ask for a traditional pie cut (my own fault) so I couldnt really enjoy it and only ended up eating two appetizer sized cuts. It changes the whole taste experience for me. Very quaint pizza parlor with superb pizza and great hospitality! Definitely will be a regular here. Parking: The parking is somewhat small closest to the building but there are adjacent parking lots nearby (Wal-Mart) thats just a few more feet away. But the food is so delicious you may not even notice the distance.

Food not good. I got the meatball sub. No cheese. It was on me to ask or add to the order. I paid $35 for deep dish Chicago pizza. I realized we are not in Chicago, and the pizza was far from the 10+ restaurants and pizzerias I had been to in Chicago. They use very little sauce, and the overall flavor was not there. I know it s tough economic times, so I want to be fair, so the pizza is okay. Don t go there expecting something similar to the pizza you get from Chicago.

My original review of this place from over a year ago wasn t good. Maybe it was a bad night, idk. Decided to give them another shot tonight (04/26/2024) and it was outstanding. Very good Chicago style pizza (coming from a Chicagoan). Pizza and the ingredients were very fresh tasting. Pizza was super hot on pickup (a good thing). So glad we got the 18 because we killed it. Wings were great as well. The Italian beef wasn t so good but the pizza and wings more than made up for it. Probably be back here once a week every week now. So glad it was cut into squares man. Changing my review to -100 for service. Food is great, but check your bill. They just told me my order of $21.99 would be $30.30 including tax and delivery fee. I asked him what the tax and delivery broke out to, and he said tax was $2.30, and the other $6 was delivery fee. Asked him why I was paying 10.45% in tax ($2.30 tax/$21.99 order), and he said thats just what it was. Asked him what about the $6 delivery, and he said yep, it is what it is without any explanation of why it was almost 30% of the entire order. Once my favorite local pizzaria, now down to worse than last place. Stay away, theyre ripping you off if you arent checking!

Rosati s pizza is always great. I ordered wings this time and they were way overcooked and had very little sauce in them. Also, I called to see if they could send a cup of ice with my sodas, but the person who checked with the manager came back into the manager said we don t do that. Seems kind of odd that you wouldn t send them a cup of ice you just spent $50 on food with your restaurant. overall, not a terrible experience.

Placed an order and picked up our pizzas. The sauce on the deep dish was way to sweet, the bottom of the crust was burnt yet the dough was under cooked. Theyve certainly gone downhill. All I could taste was a sweet, burnt flavor. I might as well have put cheese on cardboard, set it on fire then soaked it in water. Not worth the $45 we paid.

I was a dedicated customer before they moved from Spring Creek in Plano. After a couple yrs. I drove the distance to McKinney and dropped the $44.00. Got home, mouth watering, I bit into it. Its not even close. Doesnt taste anything like they used to. Acidic sauce, tasteless cheese. Nothing ever stays the same I guess.

Had to change my rating because of the inconsistency. When they cook the pizza right, it s a 5! But out of the 4 times I ve ordered from here, 1 order the pizza was burned on the bottom and another time the pizza was so over cooked, it was turning to dust in the box. The cheese was hard as a rock and slid off with the toppings from the first bite. I would honestly give 0 stars on the last pizza we ordered from here. I d like to roll the dice again, but 50/50 odds of getting a bad pizza is risky.

From Chicago and swear by Rosati s as the only true Chicago style pizza in the area. Food is typically good and service is usually mediocre. However, on my most recent visit, the food and service were bad not to mention there was a very unpleasant odor in the restaurant, I might try Rosati s pizza again, but not this location.

Recommended! We love our closest Chicago Pizza- we come from Celina for it, and it reminds us of home. Kathy there is the best, friendly and helpful, and takes good care of us. She said they get the beef the same place Portillos does, so we need to come more often and try the beef too. It is not a large place, so not for big groups, but we have always been comfortable with 7 or 8 of us.
