Very excellent. The gentlemen at the register was very polite and professional and spoke very clearly which goes a long way with me. Great food. Queso took a while (10-15 mins) to get the second time. Thought at first it was because I no-tipped which I did because it wasnt table service. More likely conclusion it was just not ready yet, though communication would have helped. The chips were a little harder on the second one. Still, would stop by a second time.

I moved to Texas 3 years ago, and ate at Fuzzys in Lewisville quite often. I wont go into detail about feeling how much the place has changed, but the straw that broke the camels back happened recently, when I ordered 2 tacos and a soda, which came to $ 8.96. I presented a $ 10.00 bill to the cashier, but he said he couldnt take cash, and I had to pay with a credit/debit card!!! I said that I never pull out a credit card for a small transaction like that, so I canceled my order... and I think Im done with Fuzzys.

It is beyond sad how TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE has now become the norm. Long story short, I went to Fuzzys in Lewisville on 7/2/2024 and ordered 6 ground beef tacos on flour and 4 tempura shrimp tacos on corn; however, when I got home, all of the tacos were made with flour tortillas. Because I am being health conscience and I personally dont like flour tortillas, I called back to the store to report the problem. I spoke to a very nice man, Maverick, who was the store manager. Mr. Maverick was very apologetic and stated whenever I came back, he would not only replace the shrimp tacos, he would replace the entire order. I told him that was not at all necessary to replace the entire order; however, he insisted and stated he wanted to make it up due to me being inconvenienced. Fast forwarding to 8/13/2024 when I finally went back, I spoke with a rude, young lady named Holly, who stated she would have to call her off-duty manager, Steve. She stated that Steve could not only honor replacing the entire order, but, not even the shrimp tacos that I paid for and the cooks screwed up. Holly went so far to say the nice manager, Maverick, had been fired for doing stuff like this. Basically, she stated that Maverick had been fired for going above and beyond to provide EXCELLENT customer service. WOW! This truly is a SHAME. Again, this unfortunately is the world we live in where treating customers, poorly and hateful, has become the norm. Ive attached the original receipt that I showed to Holly to prove that I had spoken to Maverick and to show proof of my purchase that the cashier correctly keyed in, but, it was prepared, incorrectly.

I recently visited Fuzzy Tacos on Main St, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the cashier/bartender at the front, who has the coolest braids. Their friendly and efficient service set the tone for a fantastic meal. The food was absolutely delicious. Each taco was bursting with flavor, and the ingredients were fresh and perfectly seasoned. caucasian girl with glasses who bartends was the rudest employee I ve ever had to deal with. She was training the new cashier yesterday and poor girl was so afraid to ask for help because of the person training her had a TERRIBLE attitude. I asked for extra cilantro and onion and she gave the dirtiest look and so I called her out. She threatened she would take my food away from me after i had already payed for it and it was in my hand . She said I should be glad she even gave me extra onion and cilantro to begin with LOL isn t that her job ? My husband and I were disgusted by her loud mouthing behavior. She is a terrible employee and yall should really reconsider who you have working here because she is making this location look bad. I will never come here again.

Bottom of the bag crumbled chips with a 4(?) oz queso for $6, spiderwebs in the windows, birria tacos unavailable for a platter and do not come with consumé (the traditional dip), just subpar value. Go to the other local taco shops instead.

Awesome Customer Service, ordered curbside picked up. A friendly gentleman named Voice took the call, brought my order. He scored 10 out of 10 for Customer service. Thats why this review has 5 stars!!!!! Genuine kindness and love for people was felt by his smile and courteous delivering & he definitely left an impression! Ordered their food through uber. The portion of food was not worth the price. They barely put any meat in the tacos it was mostly lettuce and put together very sloppy. Will not order from this location again.

We usually go to this location several times a month usually on Wednesday s. Tonight we had the most amazing guy who took our order. He told us his name was Voice but I believe his whole name is, and I m not sure I m spelling it correctly, LeVoice. He greeted us immediately when we walked in the door and we exchanged Happy Valentine greetings to another. He was so friendly and engaging while taking our order that I thanked him for being that way, and told him I was happy to see him working at this location! The manager happened to be helping out in the grill area and I told him I wanted to give a shout out to Voice so he literally did a shout out over the microphone, LOL - I certainly hope to see him next time we go!

Would like to share our wonderful service experience this afternoon/evening at Fuzzys Lewisville. Our server, Voice (sp?) was very knowledgeable, efficient and extremely attentive! He checked on us multiple times to confirm our well-being. Hoping to see this young man on a regular basis as we visit this location several times weekly. GREAT JOB, VOICE!!!

I was warmly greeted by Voice when I entered last night. Hadnt seen him in a while. We recognized each other and caught up a bit. It was like bumping into a friend I hadnt seen in a while. Love when the staff know and recognize you. Food and drinks were great as always. Atmosphere was good but Im still lobbying for an outdoor but enclosed deck, not just a sidewalk with tables. (similar but better than the Flower Mound and Grapevine locations, its a BIG parking lot). Keep the baja vibe stoked! :-) Parking: Its a BIG parking lot.

Service was very friendly and helpful, place was clean and nice, good music and volume. The ice machine was just about empty and seemed to have a giant block of ice in it rolling around, not a huge deal though. The problem was the food. It looked really good but taste did not follow. The food was all barely warm, even a little bit cold. The queso had good flavor but was not warm. The red salsa is just not good and seemed pasty like jar salsa. Not sure if there are other salsas available. The shredded chicken and grilled shrimp didnt have much flavor. The ground beef and refried beans were ok. The fajita steak started out ok but soon there was a weird after taste. Tortillas and chips were good, though we arent big on seasoned chips. Honestly the black beans were the best tasting dish we had, and they were served hot. Maybe the rest of the food would have had more flavor if it was served hot. Also, would be nice if there were other hot sauces besides the house sauces, and some other salsas.
