I LOVE THIS OUTBACK!!! Brylan was my server and he was so sweet and even as the restaurant was getting busier he made sure to continue asking us if everything was okay!! 10/10 Staff is friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Hard to complain about the atmosphere when we were the only two people in the entire restaurant for the duration of our meal. Which is a shame, because our lunch was excellent. Service was on the spot. The steaks were cooked perfect. The drinks we ordered were excellent. The only reason I didnt give the restaurant 5 stars is because the meal was fairly pricey and the sides werent very good. They tasted like something reheated from the day before.

For the carnivore diet there was a selection of burger patties and chicken breast. If you dont want seasonings on the meat because it is plant based, dont forget to let them know. My chicken was moderately seasoned with what tasted like chipotle seasoning. And the single grilled meat patties and chicken breast were 7.99 each.

I have been into this location about three times. Two of the three I had Cheli taking care of me. She is awesome, she makes you feel welcomed, she s up to the details and super friendly. That s why the third time I went to grab some beers at the bar after eating dinner, she s just awesome. This steak has a one quarter inch slice out of it. I ordered it very rare and it came medium rare to medium. It weighed in about 4 ounces and the right side was full of sinews so bad that the knife had a very hard time cutting the meat . It was ordered as a 6 ounce steak. The salad was barely adequate. We asked for extra sauce for our bloomin onion 3 times and finally got some after it was cold. All the bar drinks took along time to come and my frozen Margarita was half thawed. My Guiness came 3/4 of the way through the meal even though it was when when the salad came. I have been eating at Outback for years and back in the day, had me and my wife s name on a table at this location. I will never go back to this location ever again. May try one of the other locations. The service was underwhelming and the servers had no idea who ordered what and there were 10 of us.

We first went to Applebees where we weren t acknowledged (they weren t busy) so we decided to go this Outback and it was the perfect way to end our evening! Picked this restaurant for my birthday dinner with my family. It was a great experience. The staff is very accommodating. Our waitress, Maranie, was very friendly and personable, the kind of waitress that gave just the right attention to make sure we had what we needed but was not annoying. One of our favorites, part of our rotation. Great experience in the bar watching the Mavs game. They were out of our favorite Prime Rib, so we pivoted to the Porterhouse. Wow, that may be our new favorite. The service was attentive and super friendly. Cheli was simply delightful. Bartender Bryan did a nice job with the drinks (thanks for the extra cherries). This restaurant is a rock solid go to. However the service here was slightly above normal. We popped in last Friday for dinner and were welcomed nicely. We were greeted and placed in a booth quickly. On March 31 I went to the Lewisville location with my sister for dinner. The service at this location was EXCEPTIONAL! We were quickly seated and our server was at our table shortly after. She took our drink orders and by the time she came back we had our food order ready. They quickly brought the warm bread, soup and salad out. They noticed we were not eating and quickly came to ask if anything was wrong. But we explained that we were fasting and we were waiting to break out fast. Ashley, Jermaine and Luke went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They asked for our food to come out closer to breaking our fast and when it was time, they replaced the bread and soup to ensure it was warm. Ashley, Jermaine, and Luke were very friendly, kind, observant and just exceptional. There service truly was one to remember. This is NOT your typical every day service that you get. They are such an AMAZING team! I will definitely be dining there again soon. I cannot thank you guys enough but THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. It really meant a lot for my sister and I. I know it s a big box chain but I would have expected a little more consistency in food quality and service. Our lovely server was very young and clearly lacking training. We ordered a bottle of wine and she literally dropped it off on the table. She never cleared any of the plates during the meal although she was attentive. I just left the restaurant and I m so annoyed with my experience, I haven t even gotten home before making this review. The service started out good, and the wait staff was very attentive. However, all that changed once the order was placed. We never received the appetizer (blooming onion) that was ordered along with the drinks. The salads came and were eaten, still no app. The waitresses all walk by the tables so fast I couldn t even flag one down before they were gone. Finally, the food comes out, still no app, and I inform the waitress of the missing item and ask her to just remove it from our tab. She apologized, said she will have them make us one to go for free, and left. As everyone starts eating, I cut into my Filet Sheila to find that it is not the medium rare that I ordered, but instead it is completely well done like 2 hockey pucks were on the plate. I eat my side of Brussel sprouts (which were sitting in a puddle of grease) while I wait for the waitress to come back around to ask for a re-fire. At least 5 minutes go by before I m finally able to flag down a server to inform them of the steak. The waitress comes to apologize, and says she ll get me a new one. No biggie. We waited at minimum 15 minutes, everyone at the table was already done with their food, and the second round of steak comes out. I cut into it, and guess what?! There were 2 more hockey pucks sitting on my plate. So we wait another 5 minutes, and the waitress finally comes back again. At this point I tell her I don t even want the steaks and to just remove it from my tab. She apologizes again, and says she will remove it. It takes another 5-10 minutes just for us to get our tab, and then she brings back the wrong credit card. I don t normally complain about a restaurant, but that was honestly just a horrible experience. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their food, but the joy of eating at a restaurant was gone after the headache we went through.

2 stars simply for the service and the blooming onion. The main pasta, shrimp, chicken meal was deplorable and the wedge salad was horrific. It needed to be sent back. This place has gone down hill while the prices keep going up. Will never go again.

My husband went to eat on Monday and forgot his credit card (he wasn t aware he left it here until he got to his hotel) so he freezed the card until he knew where his card was. He called to the restaurant and they said they had it there so a few days after he went to get it back and unfreezed his card. Casually he has a charge of a purchase from kindle amazon (which we don t use) and the charge was made the day he unfreezed the card. Someone from this location stole his card information so beware if you leave your belongings here.

For a Friday night out before Christmas, it wasn t too terribly busy. We had Ariel as our waitress and she was awesome! Very nice and happy! We had the same taste in cocktails and she was very happy I loved her recommendation. She made sure everything was brought out quickly and checked on us multiple times through out our stay. My boyfriend and I haven t tried outback in a looong time and we are happy we decided to come, will be back again!

I asked for them to lightly season it but as you can see the complete opposite was done. I worked food service for years. I get modifications are a pain to the kitchen, but I put in that note in my order because of dietary restrictions I cannot control. I was simply seeking nourishment under this crazy restrictions I find myself in. I m still a person who wants to eat. Not to mention our food was sitting in the window already prepared and getting cold after we pulled into to go parking. So rude!

Outback is a place where you can expect average and mediocre (with the notable exceptions being the Bloomin Onion and their steaks). I had the unfortunate experience of ordering the Chicken Bloomin Onion sandwich and it reminded me of what I would get from Boy Scout summer camp. Just enough flavor to make me not hate it; if corporate is reading this, GET RID OF IT. Thankfully, all the servers were top notch, but man, the food after the onion was terrible.

The Ribs are fatty. I think they are using spare ribs instead of baby back ribs now and charging more. This is twice now and wont be going back until they bring back baby back ribs that are not covered in fat on the top. Is disgusting to eat all that fat. I used to love and crave their ribs because they were the best and meaty. Not anymore, as Im not sure what happened to their quality
