Placed an order via UberEats. my order was supposed to be delivered at 1:10, I looked at 1:19 and was checking the location time and if there were any notifications, there wasnt. While I was looking at the order it said it was canceled. I went to the location and they said that someone picked up the order. They were very nice and understanding. Felicity helped me and was very fast and courteous. If you are ordering from this company and need it delivered You should order through the website, they offer deliver and it a would probably get to you without having to go to the location, reorder and pay, and you would be able to eat your food without taking off for an hour just to eat, after waiting an hour just for UBEREATS drivers to steal your food and money!

I walked in and placed an order with Ms.Pam (which is very patient) to get the chef salad that I always order. But this time it was not the same. I expressed my concerns with Ms. Pam and told her general manager Ms. Felicity that fixed me another salad the way I received before. The service here is Excellent! Great service, great food. Its well run and a great example of the franchise. Try the club or the Italian. The broccoli cheddar soup and potato soup are also awesome. Kids should try the Turkey toastie with Mac and cheese. The Unsweet iced tea with lemon is awesome. Shout out to the Caesar salad too, great stuff. Kid-friendliness: Bring your kids, they have a great menu and its very laid back. No stress or trouble. Kids of every month and year are totally welcome here. Get the kids a fresh cookie!

Me and my family frequent McAllister and usually I have nothing to complain about. But the past couple times weve ordered food to go, our order has been missing something! Either fruit cups, cookies from our kids meals or chips. And it may not seem like a big deal but it is to us when we are paying for things were not receiving. I EVEN CALLED THE STORE TO LET THEM KNOW, before writing this review, and all the employee said, who answered was, Im sorry about that. Never asking my name or what I ordered or even offer to correct the situation in ANY WAY. (HENCE the need for the review) So I just ask that the time is taking by your staff to check orders throughly before handing them off to paying customers. I went to order online and the only way to pay is through Google Pay services even when using your own credit card. I have a long standing dispute with Google Pay and they have blocked me paying through their services so you just lost an order for a family of 5. Sucks you cant just get online, order, and use your credit card anymore. You have to use food service apps, Google, or Apple. Monopolies rule the world

It s the worse McAlisters Ive ever been to, I found two hairs in my sandwich, and they told me they were going to refound me and they didnt, they just changed the food and I had asked for it without honey and they still put it in! I wanted to clean my hands after finding the hair and they dont have a hand sanitizer and I went to the bathroom and there was no paper towel!!!!!! So , ill highly recommend don t come over here , go to another McAllister or other restaurant.

We ordered reuben sandwiches which is a favorite sandwich of mine to order. Theirs was bland and way too salty. The tomatoes and cucumbers were in some kind of oil and not real tasty. I think I will have to go back and order something else. This is not my 1st time at a McAlisters. Just havent found the sandwich for me here. My Husband liked it. The restaurant was not busy at all when we came in. Went right to the counter to order. As we were waiting for our to go order several other people came in. We watched as some.of our items were bagged. Then, as we sat there for 15 more minutes watching at least 6 other people get their food, I finally asked what the hold up was as we have watched several people get their food that came in after us. The lady rolled her eyes at me and walked away to check. I guess they had forgotten one of our sandwiches. We finally get it all with no apology at all. This restaurant, like the others, was great. However, what scared me the most. Was the fact that while eating my sandwich, The King Club. While I was eating it, I removed 2 toothpicks that were holding the sandwich together. Halfway eating the second. I found a broken half of a toothpick inside. This scared me as I could not find the other side of it, I even took the second half apart to make sure it wasnt in there. Im assuming there wasnt as Im so far okay. When brought up to the staff. The cashier told me they use 4. Great, where is the other, not considering the half of the broken one I found. Im sure Im okay, just thought Id let others know just to check their food before eating. Especially when there is toothpicks that hold your food together. Sadly... I should have taken a picture before leaving. Lesson learned

Worse McAlister in the world. I thought it was just when you order it through Uber Eats. Nope its when you order inside as well. Worse food. And just as bad when order from this place on Uber Eats, they never fix it correctly and they leave stuff out. We decided to give them one try tonight. Wish Id just went on to McDonalds instead. My bread was hard as a rock, unable to eat it. Not hardly and meat. It was suppose to have avocado on it. It only one have of a small slice terrible. I also ordered the sweet tea. Which wasnt sweet at all horrible. Dont call it sweet tea if it really isnt. My friend ordered the fruit salad with pecans. It looked like a hot mess. Like they just through it on there. We visited this location around lunch time and it was not busy at that time. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful. The sandwich that I ordered was the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch it was very flavorful; I ordered it with a side salad and couldn t finish it the portions were very good. Went for a birthday dinner. Apparently, they will supply the balloons and table cloths. The service was stellar and they made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening. Nice place for salads and great iced tea. Well known by locals and very easy to spot by street view. Clean restrooms and employees are very friendly and has great customer service. I went to the location next to the music city mall. The food was fantastic but the service was horrible I ordered my food and waited around the counter area and when my food was ready the service person put my food in the service window and a man must have been a manager or assistant manager because he wasnt in uniform. Today I experienced the worst service from this restaurant. We placed an order over $135 and it was missing items as well as food items dumped in the bag. I called to report this and spoke with Felicity Calderon, General Manager. She wanted to debate the validity of my concern. I ask her to redo our oder (the sandwiches and salad). She was unwilling. She offered a partial refund. I told her if the order was too hard they should have let us know. I felt Felicity was very calous about the order. I asked for a refund and she finally agreed to a full refund. She ended the call very sarcastically. I and my team were disappointed. Weve decided to look for another restaurant who will appreciate our business.

I ordered a salad for my boyfriend which he loved and also ordered a choose 2, half spud and cup of chili. When I picked up my order I had to return to the counter because the chili was not even given to me. They also never ga e the crackers that normally come with the chili. And when I opened the box for my spud it only had 1 butter ( I had asked for extra) and no cheese ( I was charged extra for cheese and got no cheese). I normally order sandwiches from here and I am a regular customer as I do love McAlisters but I was disappointed this time in my order. I hope it will be better next time. Seems that when you place an online order sometimes things are left out.

McAlisters is usually great and I m going to echo some other customer sentiments I was waiting over 30 minutes for my curbside order I checked in on the app and I checked in on the link through the email and my food was sitting inside. (This is so dangerous post covid, IMO) . However, during my 30 minutes of waiting I definitely saw them bring food out to other people so I m not sure if it was a system issue. I don t think it was because my food was there waiting but I ordered curbside & tipped based on that. Not sure what s going on with that McAlisters but you ve got to fix that if it s your app or website. If it isn t working you need to take it off so people know that they can t do curbside orders. But again, not sure if it was systemic or intentional since others got their orders curbside as they specified. Yay for cold lunch

We love getting the Rueben and a chef salad and then sharing between my husband and myself. We do like to put the sandwich on ciabata bread instead of the rye, but the rye is also very good. Enough is enough!!! It seems as if every time we order from here, be it take out or Uber eats, there is always missing or incorrect items. I ve spoken to probably every shift manager they have at some point concerning missing food. Always get apologies and promises that they will speak with their team, but then it happens again. So as much as we love their food, it isn t worth the aggravation, especially at their prices. If you like great food even if a little pricey, and don t mind paying for items you won t get, then by all means this is the place. But if you want what you are paying for, and don t want to argue with managers then I d have to advise you to go elsewhere. Sad but true. Awesome food, but terrible attention to detail and bad service.

The food is delicious, there s no denying it. I absolutely love their Ruben and their broccoli soup. My issue is, the last 5 times we have ordered from them (both Uber and in store) we have had multiple missing items. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Usually it s the items where there were two of the same item. It doesn t seem like much but that money adds up and if we pay for an item, we should receive the items. This last order alone we weee missing $11 worth of items. As much as I love the taste of their food, it s not worth the headache of having to either call and complain or drive to the store to get the issue resolved.

First off, let me say that I love McAllisters. I go at least once a week to my local shop in Wylie. I visited the one in Lewisville today and I will never be back. We waited in a fairly short line and placed typical orders, sandwich, side, drink. We waited 55 mins to get the food. 55 MINS! My friends came out with tomatoes after he ordered without. At the 40 mins mark, I went up and asked about the status and the lady just looked at me like she couldn t care less. Will never be back to this location.

The food was okay but I find it unnecessary to have Italian dressing inside a turkey sandwich. Plus I needed to ask them not to add avocado. I just wanted a normal American but they try to make everything fancier than necessary. The ordering process was easy but it took forever to get the order out to my table. I even saw the lady go past me twice. The unsweet tea was good but it barely had any ice in the cup so it got warm very fast. Its also about 25 minutes from my house so it is really not worth going back here again.

Wife and I had lunch here. We walked in and the place had maybe 3 customers inside eating. We stood at the front counter for 10 minutes while the workers just looked at us and walked around. My wife is 36 weeks pregnant and she ordered a salad and sandwich. Her salad was rotten and slimy. It was way way way passed spoiled. I couldn t believe they served that to a visibly pregnant women with the risks involved. They put somewhat new salad on top of it to try to cover it up. I ordered sandwich and potato. The potato was old and dark and you could tell it was cooked by chef mic microwave . For 25 dollars for salmonella salad and old hard potato I ll definitely be taking my business else where!! Stay away from this place unless you want food poisoning.

I order 3-4 times a week. I m disabled and can t pick up. This is the 4th - yes 4th wrong order I ve received this month alone. I received an entirely different order tonight (per the manager Artesia (not sure if I m spelling this correctly) there were two Michelle orders and clearly (always excuse) I got wrong order. I asked them to RE deliver they can t. So once again their customer service is extremely poor. The management is poor amd there is no accountability or rectification for their mistakes. So if you order, just pray you get lucky and get the right meal or else you ll get nothing. What a shame!!!

Every time I come to this McAllister I get the same thing but i be hesitant because I just don t know the quality of the food I m getting today once again it seems like the nacho cheese on the nacho basket is never right it s a yellowing brownish color or be burnt every time with burnt chunks in it of cheese showing it was not cook thoroughly these cheese looked like if I ate it I would get sick very disappointed as they would give this to someone that s especially pregnant I prolly would ve been in the hospital if I ate that cheese just so upsetting I couldn t even eat my meal I ordered an payed they never have it right I just won t be coming back to this location because the quality of the food they give you is trash busy or slow it s always

I placed 2 orders on McAlisters website. They used doordash for delivery. In that exchange they passed the wrong address to doordash. That delivery person went to the wrong address and texted me. When I told that person it was the wrong address they did not do anything that I know of. I am still waiting on that order

We love the options and prices here. Our food is always prepared timely and anything we request from the menu is always there. Quick stop at request of coworker. Clean all around. Im excited to find a restaurant that makes real chicken salad. Worth the money and will be stopping here again. Available on mini toasted croissants and served chilled. They offer the 1/2 & 1/2 split if your not into a whole sandwich. Staff was friendly.

Great spot to sit and dine on great food! I recommend bringing the kids here for lunch since kids eat for $1 with any purchase. My favorite order for lunch is the McAllister sandwich, a ham and turkey- club style, with a side of Caesar salad. My kids love the kids cheese pizza with mac and cheese; kids meals come with a drink and small chocolate chip cookie.

It would be 0 stars if that was an option. This store was total chaos today. I do not know if they were short staffed but the service was awful. We placed our order and went to try and find a table, majority of tables were dirty. There was only one girl that was taking food out to tables and doing pick up orders. Orders were backed up and sitting on the back counter waiting to be taken to customers. Some customers left and others went up to the counter to get their food. I watched my food sit on that back counter for a good 15 minutes before it was brought out to our table. Soup was cold, sandwich was soggy and salad had welted because the dressing was sitting for so long. This store lacks management.
