Went here the other day trying to find a good wing spot. The presentation of the food was the only thing good. I got a 20 piece, 10 lemon pepper and 10 mango habanero and let s just say I won t be coming back. For starters it took like 45 minutes for our food to be ready and there wasn t even anyone in line. There was 1 person inside working (taking orders and cooking, etc) about 30 minutes later another worker came in. The lemon pepper wings were horrible 2/10 and only because I was hungry af.. but they didn t even taste like lemon pepper more like a salty Cajun and the mango habanero were a 7/10 but tasted more like habanero with a bit of mango. They also don t do refunds so we just ended up throwing away most of it. But other than that, the 2 guys were pretty nice.

Now Yall know yall be checking out my reviews and I do not play about when it comes down for me spending my money. One thing I know Im going to tell the truth about some food being a Chicago foodery. I dont know why these people havent been worldwide yet This is the best chicken I have had for a very long time. The seasoning is perfect the okra is perfect even the peach tea is perfect and when I say perfect that means theres no imperfections with dining here. My only thing is that Im a Christian girl and yes its more like a sports bar type environment both of those that can handle it please take some time out of your day and come and check them out this is no joke. I will not send you off and waste your time because I do not like wasting my money like I stated earlier. I love to eat They are 100 plus worth it and more. So if the president or whoever decide to read this review you all need to give them a grant that they dont have to pay back so they can become worldwide this food is awesome, delicious scrumptious I had to stop eating just to make this review Also make sure you try the hot lemon pepper in the Bama chicken it is the bomb

This place never disappoints me at all. The catfish and wings are on point. Some of the best I ever had . Great food and amazing staff. I love this place and I always recommend it to anyone. Ok. Look I love wings and today I figured let me try Wing Castle instead of a local chain. OMGOSH. I started eating the fries 1st and was like ok.... but I took a bite of them dog on jerked wings and could have eating my finger with the sauce on it. The wings were fried to perfection and the hot lemon pepper was the same kinda GOODER!!!! My new lunch spot!

I have visited this reataurant 2x and the food has been spot on. I did a take out order the 1st time and had to drive 40 mins home with it and it was great. Im from Mississippi and we love Pan Trout (Whiting) fried hard, they have been able to replicate the taste like no other restaurant has. I had the whiting fried hard and a 6pc wings 24k yesterday in the restaurant. It was delicious plus that kool aid... MS appreciates the AL cooking. #601boyapproved

My fiancé and I came to this place and we were greeted by a friendly owner who promised us the food would be good . And boy did he deliver. We had the hot honey, hot garlic parmesan, and hot lemon pepper and they all 3 delivered. The favor was spicy without being over powering and all of the wings were perfectly cooked, not dry or overcooked. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. My only slight complaint was the small amount of sweetness on the seasoning of the fries, not my personal preference but it still tasted good. The owner Corey was very cheerful and welcoming. He was very clearly passionate and enjoys his work and this shines through in the food he prepares.

This location had been on my list to visit as I was just visiting. No complaints about the food. Catfish is amazing. Fries have a good seasoning. Wings were coated and delicious. My grievance is with the price. We ordered online because we needed to hit the road for a 12 hr drive. It was a quick realization upon pick up that EVERY SINGLE ITEM ON THEIR ONLINE ORDERING IS ATLEAST $3 MORE EXPENSIVE, UP TO $5. We ordered on their website. This was a real slap in the face after we tipped 10% for a pick up order because it was a large order. Atleast $24 in upcharge and that feels absolutely disrespectful. Wont be back regardless of their food based on their skewed principles alone. Order in person when possible if youre not trying to be insulted.

We were visiting from Auburn Alabama looking for a good wing spot. We found this place from google,and it had great reviews.and I see why. The food, customer service, atmosphere,portions and prices were amazing. These are some of the best wings I ve had. It s obvious The owner takes pride in the preparation and presentation in everything involve with preparing your meal.I love the calm, clean and jazzy Caribbean vibe. I definitely will be returning on our trip back. I highly recommend this place and appreciate how welcoming the owner was. He s definitely an asset to Lewisville. Food was 10/10 I tried Wing Castle for the first time a few days ago and I had to come back again to try a new flavor with my boyfriend. So far we had Hot lemon, teriyaki, Que Passion, and Caribbean Jerk! Absolutely delicious, we definitely will be coming back to try more flavors and other things on the menu. The Cheese ranch fries fye!! I don t even like cheese fries like that but it s definitely a must from here. The Cajun Garlic Parm corn fye!!! Wings are my favorite, the wings here are so good the flavor is amazing, they are crispy, and perfectly sized not big like other places ! The customer service was great as well. We absolutely love Wing Castle and we usually pickup our order. This time we ordered in for delivery. We ordered lemon cake and received strawberry cake, although it was good, what if we were allergic to the substitute? The wings were salty this time and I asked for extra tarter and ranch and DID NOT receive any sauces. In the business of service YOU as a restaurant have to be cognizant of whats supposed to be in the bags for delivery for the customer. We would like a response from the owner please. Just moved to the area and wanted to give some local businesses a shot. The only good thing I can say is the people were nice. Time of service was Noon. The chicken was old. And you can tell the okra was old because it had been double fried. So my only guess is they fed me food from yesterday and didnt want to waste it. I cannot stand chicken wings, but the wings that this place serves are OMG awesome! Wing Castle I recently decided to try Wing Castle for takeout, and I must say it was an absolute disaster. From start to finish, my experience with their takeout service left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. To begin with, placing the order was a nightmare. The restaurants phone line was constantly busy, and when I finally managed to get through, the person taking my order seemed uninterested and rushed. They barely listened to my instructions and didnt even confirm the details of my order, leaving me uncertain about whether they got it right. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, I was greeted with complete chaos. The designated takeout area was cluttered and disorganized, with no clear system in place. There were several customers waiting, and it seemed like the staff had no idea whose orders belonged to whom. It took an absurd amount of time for them to locate my order, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Once I finally received my food, I was appalled by its quality. The dishes were poorly packaged, with leaky containers that resulted in a mess by the time I got home. The food itself was lukewarm and lacked any semblance of freshness. It was evident that they had prepared the order well in advance and didnt bother reheating it properly before packaging. Furthermore, the portion sizes were significantly smaller than what one would expect for the price charged. It felt like I was being ripped off, paying a premium for subpar food and insufficient quantities. The taste was equally disappointing, with flavors that were bland and uninspired. It was evident that no care or attention had been given to the preparation of the dishes. To top it off, the customer service during the entire process was abysmal. The staff members were rude and dismissive, showing no interest in addressing my concerns or rectifying the situation. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. In conclusion, my takeout experience at Wing Castle was a complete disaster. From the disorganized ordering process to the poor packaging, lackluster food quality, and disrespectful customer service, there was not a single aspect that lived up to even the most basic standards. I strongly advise against ordering takeout from this establishment. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a different restaurant that values its customers and takes pride in providing a quality dining experience.

I went on a Sunday evening, I got the 2pc catfish combo I thought it was just going to be good. But it was the most terrible fish ever cause it was fried super hard and when you break into pieces no fish and it crumbled like it was old real old. I will not order the fish again, but the wings I tried was amazing and the cheese ranch fries.

Heres the one-star review they think theyre avoiding by forcing DoorDash drivers to violate TOS and mark orders picked up before theyre given the food. I was denied service because the owner or manager thought I was stealing food because I told them I didn t get my food. When we got it in the car for some reason we thought our food was right. But it wasn t when got home. I called them and a lady said that they will prepare our order and come back to the store. When I get there they said they want to see the whole order because they said that someone picked up our order. I told him everything we got which wasn t our order. He said that he wanted to see the order and then he will throw it away at the store which doesn t make since but okay. So manager didn t let me reorder food after I drove back 25 minutes away. That s crazy. I appreciate the refund back and I m sorry people have been stealing from you but if I told you someone else food order that s not even mine you could look back at the food logs I would think. People do make mistakes and the girl provided me the wrong order. Hope all is well.

Experience: The gentleman taking our order was pleasant. The cook was a disgruntled older man, and he verbalized his annoyance with the orders coming in. Not a great first impression Food: My group tried the wings, fish, corn nuggets, and coleslaw. Fish was overcooked and not very flavorful. We paid ~$20 for 3pc fish with none of the usual sides. Wouldnt recommend it. The coleslaw - not a fan. Wings lacked flavor as well. Theres no description of the sauces, so you have to ask so many questions. Corn nuggets were little bricks, odd coloring as did the fries, presumably due to old frying oil. For the price, I expected better quality and flavor. Chalk it up to experience, but we wont be back.

Stopped by after a job interview I had near by. I ordered a 10 piece spicy lemon pepper wings with onion rings and a kings passion to drink. The drink tasted like Kool aid on steroids. So delicious. The wings were huge and very crispy. The sauce was delicious but I wish it had more lemon flavor and was spicier. The onion rings were perfect nice and crispy with a light beer batter. Also the homade ranch was the best ranch I think I have ever had. Will definitely come here again.

This place is completely underrated. People need to show some love to the family owned business. Their wings are unbeleivable. I had dragon 911 (Mango habanero) and spicy ranch. LET ME TELL YALL..... I DEVOURED THIS. dont even get me started on the okra.. THE OKRA WAS ACTUALLY SEASONED SO WELL. Ive never had okra from a resturaunt/fast food place that tasted this good. I eat here for lunch periodically. It was my lunch today. My boss referred me to the lewisville location and Ive been hooked ever since. The fries are flavorful and not dry. The boneless wings are juicy and my go-to flavors are the 24K gold and the honey BBQ. You may even catch the owner working in there too and hes super personable and a people person. I would highly recommend if youre in the Carollton, Flower Mound, Lewisville, DFW areas.

Horrible first experience we ordered carryout online and when we arrived we followed their parking lot sign to call for PICKUP! when we did the first lady couldnt even understand me then a guy got on the phone yelling come inside idk your order sir you got to come inside went inside and waited an additional 20 mins atop of 20 mins stated on menufy that I needed to wait. Look, I never leave reviews. But let me tell you, these were some of the best wings I have personally ever had. Perfectly fried, the chicken was juicy, the flavor of the sauces were phenomenal, and the cajun fries? Phenomenal. The pictures only do partial justice to the taste and texture of these wings. They are perfectly cooked, perfectly fried, and just the right amount of sauce. I definitely made the right choice getting wings here rather than corporate run businesses. The owner was kind and is keen on his skill. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I am extremely critical of wings as I love making them myself but I whole heartedly enjoyed every bite of these wings. Dude knows what hes doing.
