The cashier seemed to not want to be there. The plates we ordered had a beef crispy taco, (which was good) a tamale, (lacked flavor and dry) cheese enchilada, (tough to chew couldnt tell it was cheese) bean tostada, (soggy, and shell had odd taste) beans, (decent) rice, (average) and a dollop of guacamole. Something is not okay with several items they serve at this location.

It s been years since I d been to a Rosa s so paid them a visit tonight since I was in a pinch. It was the biggest let down ever. My husband just got a tostada and I got a fajita burrito. They came out in 10 seconds and now we know why. When we got home we found a severely soggy tostada and my burrito was literally a small tortilla with meat in it. Only. Definitely not worth the money in the slightest.

I really enjoy Rosas Cafe. A nice Americana style Mexican restaurant with plenty of options and food. Tacos, burritos, you name it. They probably have it. Stanleys generally helpful and kind. It is a self-serve for the most part though after youve ordered your food. Very clean and a great atmosphere. Wish they had more around that made it easier to get to. They do not seem to offer military or senior discounts.

When you want something better than Taco Bueno or Taco Bell but don t want to spend $25 for nachos at Mi Cocina. This is comfort Mexican food for gringos they even serve honey with the fresh made tortillas. Plus the prices are reasonable even by these inflation prices everywhere else.

came at 9:30pm for some tuesday tacos and was told that they ran out of tortillas. 30 minutes before closing and they were out. save yourself the trip and go 10 minutes north to the rosas in frisco. they were able to get me what i wanted at 9:55. ive always had a better time at that rosas anyways with food quality and customer service.

The worst Rosa s cafe in the area. Go to the other one up 121 a bit instead. They were bumping out numbers to pick up the food, but none of it was ready. Wonder if that s a trick to make their internal times faster? Everyone seemed miserable. A few were working real hard, looked absolutely miserable themselves though. Just a sad location.

This is a family favorite, especially since one of my kids is a tortilla lover. After ordering kids can watch in the window as the tortillas are made fresh. We always order an extra 6 to make extra tacos with there and use at home. They have a great toppings bar for you to self serve, clean restrooms, and a HUGE seating area. They are usually pretty quick to prep the food too!

Went through the drive through around lunchtime ( 12:30). The lady taking my order was rude and she complained when I asked her to remove items that I do not care for. When I arrived back at work to my surprise she had given me steak instead of the chicken I asked for, which is fine I ate my lunch and went on with my business. The next day, I woke up with the worst stomach pain I have ever experienced. Turns out I got food poisoning from here. I will never and I mean ever will return.

I needed rice, beans, guac, and pico to bring to a family gathering. Rosas made it happen! I already knew Rosas makes great food, so I used the drive-thru. I asked for enough for 20 people, and they did not bat an eye. I pulled into a parking spot (so other people could continue getting their food). We went there for a margarita (very yummy!) and dinner. We paid cash and after we walked to the table the gentleman (Jose) that took our order came to find us to tell us we accidentally paid $20 over the tab and gave us our $20 back. I live 2 minutes from Rosas Cafe and have never tried them, so today my daughter suggested them. We arrived and were greeted as soon as the door opened. The menu is very well illustrated and I loved it because I was able to see exactly what to expect. There is plenty of seating, the place was very clean and the salsa bar had all my favs! If you know me you know I loved them all especially the verde. Our number was called we picked up our food and I must say my burrito was spot on, the refried beans were the perfect texture and the rice was just ok, my grandson loved his nachos and my daughter said her enchiladas were good but anything smothered in queso is always good . The tortillas butter and salsa were an added plus. I can serve why this place is always crowded when I pass by. Will most definitely be back.

This has to be the worst rosa s location I have ever been to. The beef fajita meat was in the tiniest pieces (looked like it had been chewed already) and probably only got 3 oz of meat. The customer service was awful as well. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt because I have been in hospitality management for 20 years but the young girl with the glasses was one of the most unpleasant people I have come across in a long time. She seemed miserable and didn t seem to care to be helpful, even a little bit. I would say you should put her in the back where she doesn t have to speak to guests but if I was running this place, I wouldn t even do that because I would be afraid her awful attitude would effect my entire staff. Such a shame because I like rosa s and just moved to this area but I guess I ll be going out of my way to go to the one in the town over.

Walking in the cashier took our order and didn t really seem like she wanted to help. The food was very mid. Rice was bland. The tacos just didn t look right. Everything was just subpar. The cheese enchiladas were tough to cut into. The tamales were bland and soggy. Honestly the best thing was the fajitas that didn t look like fajitas, just wrapped up tacos. The prices were also much higher than expected for the quality we got. The flour tortillas were also very thick and floury. Just overall not a good experience.

This restaurant offers great tasting TexMex food inexpensively. It s not an upscale fine dining, in a way fast food type of restaurant but the quality of food surely is better than fast food joint. Staffs are very friendly too.

Horrible experience here. I wont be back. Almost $20 for nachos that had 4 small pieces of beef, tomatoes, and liquid cheese. Then I had to pay more just for a side of sour cream. SMH
