Tessmer Law Firm is a top notch law firm. I used Catherine Cabello-Flores + Louyse Siegel and they were both absolute rockstars. I switched to Tessmer after feeling let down and disappointed with my prior firm. And I wish that I had started off with Tessmer because I believe my results would have been wildly different. Tessmer stepped in and was still able to work to my benefit to achieve the results that I wanted and that I was able to achieve at that stage in my case. Both women are competent and well versed in their knowledge of the law and presented strong in court and mediation. If you were going through a custody case, especially if you were dealing with a challenging ex who displays narcissistic tendencies and also has a law firm that is equally as difficult, I highly recommend that you hire Tessmer Law Firm. These women are not just smart and sharp, they are absolute badasses and tough. Another point to highlight is they are highly efficient. I felt like with prior council there was a lot of time, energy and money wasted running in circles. But these women and their staff were highly efficient and while it was still costly, I feel that I was getting moneys worth. This Law firm also utilizes excellent technology thats easy to use and access documents as well as communicate with your team. They respond in a very timely manner. Another big key point for me was that I felt emotionally supported through the process which was very challenging and difficult at many points. They kept me motivated. They kept me focused on our goals and the long term.

An awesome team from start to finish, and there isn t any other firm that I would want to utilize going forward. Over the span of three months Tessmer Law Firm worked with me in my greatest times of need on not one, but two cases. I had no idea how to deal with the situations I had put myself in, but this awesome team made sure that I was taken care of every step of the way. I went through my divorce at a time when I had very few people to rely on after moving to Texas. Additionally, I was dealing with an unexplained illness at the time, and being an immigrant with English not being my first language, it was essential to have a lawyer who could understand and empathize with such circumstances. Business is nowhere near as flexible or helpful as they represent on their website. With little information on the particulars they quoted a 5-figure cost-up front. Do not waste your time if you have financial considerations in the mix.

Atty Ms. Flores was very knowledgeable and understanding of the laws in Texas. She had no problem answering every question I put before her. I am older and have health issues and she had a narrative that she followed which led me astray slightly but we got on track eventually and the point was made with help by my son who also attended the zoom meeting. The 4 was given because the meeting was costly whereas I could have gotten a meeting for free elsewhere. Hence, though, my point.. you pay for the best!

Stay away! Such a rip off! My sister went to them for a divorce.. $8k later, all They did was say they couldnt help her!! Also, beware of paperwork. They try to make you sign a contract saying you wont leave a bad review, hence the lack of honest reviews here!

I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get in right away. When I walked into the office of Tessmer Law Firm, I was greeted immediately and was asked if I wanted something to drink. The office is beautiful with great views. Heather took me back right away, assessed my situation after I told her what was going on, and started working on my case that same day. We have never been in the position of needing a attorney before. My husband and I did a lot of research and read many reviews which lead us to consulting with Tessmar Law Firm. Meeting with Heather in our consultation she was very honest with us told us what we were facing and our options. Just completed a mediation process with Heather Tessmer and her team. What an incredible experience. While results cant be guaranteed, ours were phenomenal. What was truly astounding was how Ms. Tessmer predicted ever step of the process. She predicted what the other side would proffer and what our eventual result would be. I hope I never have to go through such an experience again, but if I do, I want Ms. Tessmer and her team sitting by me. They almost made it fun.
