I ordered since 6.28 pm, the order should have come out since 7.11 pm but I understand it is a really busy time but the thing is the cashier should have pay attention more since you know this order is already missed. I wait so long to finally ask again for another employee to mention bla bla bla the name should have pop up on the screen. Why would it pop up? If you already missed my order long time ago!?! Just admitted to your team that you literally forgot to make my order two times in a row!!! First time was fine. Second time does not make sense. So please do not explain anything that does not make sense. Just do it right away!!! Suggestion to this branch: - In your busy time, You could have set online option time pick up longer or close online section down. I saw other branch did it before. I know its Money but your team need to be able to handle too. -When order start missing, Set a person to do all lost/missing order until nothing is missing. -The cashier who know my order is missing should pay attention for the missing order until its slove too. Yes! Your job is take care other customers too but Im sitting in front of your counter looking at you all the time. Please dont wait until customer angry or expect them to keep asking you when your team is busy. May be write down a name and what time the person walk in in a paper for this lost order until is slove then you can cross that name? So you start seeing how long now since they ask you? I walk out at 8.20 pm. Please understand my feeling of wanting to eat 6 piece of chicken that ordered since 6.28 pm. Im not mad. I hope to see better management in future. This Wingstop is extremely incompetent and there is really no other way to put it. I have ordered from here multiple times because it s the closest one to me and they have failed me more than once! This time has definitely been the last straw! I ordered my food on their app and everything seemed to be fine until I received a text message and an email stating that my order has been cancelled and to contact the store for more info. Okay no problem I have called a total of 16 times that is 8 times each between my husband and I. This place sucks. Ordered food online well in advance, app shows the time remaining. Go inside and they cant find order, after waiting they find my order but the food had not been made. I ordered my food online at 6:11 am and said 38-48 minutes okay cool got to the store and ended up waiting till 750 to get my food. No sorry for the wait, no here is a free drink or anything just called your and that s it. Someone in the back was yelling it s going to be another 40 minute wait on top of the 40 minutes for orders and it wouldn t hurt her feelings if people canceled their order. I ordered my food and had to wait over 39 minutes because they placed my food on the counter open with the call-in orders and it got cold. I saw them put it there not knowing that it was mine. When they realized it they gave me the cold chicken and I had to ask for the manager to see if they could cook me some fresh hot chicken. The manager did not say he apologized for the inconvenience or anything. He just looked at me with unbelief and took the chicken and told them to cook more. While the chicken was cooking he sat my fries on the open counter as if they were going to stay hot as well. At this point I just took my food and left.

I ve been here a few times and each time I come, the team members act as if they don t want to interact with the customers. Instead of helping out guests, they pretend as if they don t see them. I am conflicted about leaving 5 stars because, in all honesty, I waited almost an hour past the pick up time for an online order. My husband and I ordered a 50 piece lemon pepper for the fight. When we arrived, the order was not ready and they could not find the order. We finally got our order in all that chaos of other people order not being ready at 8 pm. To make a long story short, we got the wings home and the wings were extra hard and feathers galore. We called the next morning and was told we had to have the receipt for the order to be replaced or refunded. When youre expecting the order to good, you dont hang on to the receipt. On 3/15 at 9:29pm I placed an order for pickup through my app. The timeframe I was given to pick up my order was 58-63 minutes. So I got there at 10:30 pm expecting my order to be ready. I was so wrong, my ticket hadn t even been hung. My ticket was laying among a bunch others. It was like I annoyed the worker by asking for any help. They told me it would be an additional 30 minutes, well we waited for an additional 45 minutes over 2 hours for food. Theres a disconnect with this location. The food is never ready on time. This store definitely needs some training on customer service and overall training how to greet the customer. This is unfortunate and unacceptable that someone has to wait longer than the time that the food was promised. The area manager needs to come out and see why this particular location is always behind. Im sitting in the restaurant right now and people have been waiting 2 hours for their food. Never again. I ended up throwing the wings away. They still had the feathers on them

I walked in on a beautiful Wednesday afternoon with my family of 4 , placed an order for 12 wings and 8 boneless wings . It was 6:40pm I assumed it would only be a 15-20min wait as the cashier said itd be right out . Fast forward Im watching online orders fly out the door about 10 to be exact. We were only getting glanced at didnt get my meal until 8:20pm . No Seasonings on the fries the wrong sauce on the wings wow.. So disappointed

Went around 11:30 to place an order attitude was flaring I because it s was close to them closing placed my she told me it will be 20mins we sat and waited in the lobby about 12 o clock one of the workers asked if we been help we said yes she asked for the name I told her she said we been called your name which wasn t true because I was sitting right in front of the pickup window then I get my food my fries was hard and cold I asked for my wings to be well done they were not wasn t very pleased ended up throwing the fries away and most wing that don t sit well with me when you hungry and pregnant a waste of 30 dollars want ever go back

The slogan written on their bags says Where Flavor Gets Its Wings, they should change it to Where Wings Lost Their Flavor! I ordered 66 bone in wings. Four different flavors, Mild, lemon pepper, mango habanero and Louisiana. All the wings were barely coated in any flavoring, and it felt like the wings were plain, no flavor. The mild wings were completely lacking any seasoning. The lemon peppers had sprinkles of pepper but no lemon flavor at all, the Louisiana tried to have some flavor but most where without seasoning, and the mango habanero had almost no sauce to them. Terrible, terrible, just terrible, only upside, I only had to wait 30 minutes and not 2 hours for my order like last time.

Waited almost an hour for 10 wings, which wasnt an issue. I had this little black girl who had just arrived at her shift, called my name for my order, and immediately set it on the to-go shelf on the opposite end of the counter from me. Had the cashier not told her to hand it to me, this brat would have left it there on the shelf and went to the kitchen to do nothing.

They need more workers or something. They were backed up on online orders by a whole hour and in person orders had a two hour wait. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. The staff wasn t rude, but definitely frustrated and overworked. It s a Thursday night during football season, I m sure many people are ordering wings, which is why they needed to be better staffed and prepared. If I could give zero stars I would! DO BETTER WINGSTOP!!!

Terrible location! Whoever the cashier is with the red/black dreads should not be the face of this place. Horrible customer service. Long wait times for no reason. He told me it would be an hour wait -when it was actually 45minutes! I left for 10min after waiting for 20min and when I came back only half of my order was ready. I asked him where was the rest of my order- he acted confused like he couldn t look at my receipt and see! He says to me that s it then - with just ONE of my orders in some balled up bag that looked like it had been sitting for quite some time! I sent him to search for the rest of my food- He then says to me the cooks placed my order on separate tickets and it would be 3 additional minutes for the remainder of my order. I waited an additional 15min from that 3 minute lie and watched this cashier mishandle every other customer and their order! He never apologized- and was extremely rude! Needless to say after all that waiting MY food was NOT fresh. Do not go here!

Third and last time in a 6 month span that I have been disappointed with this Wingstop. My fries were cold with no seasoning and the wings were also cold with no favor of lemon pepper. The wings were just dumped on the tray with no paper under the wings in the container. Also the wings were not crispy. I walked in to order and was told I had a 20 minute wait the wings were ready in 7 minutes . I should have been suspicious at that point. I am done with this location!!!

I had given up on this Wing Stop location and a few others about 4 years ago because they were frying the wings to hard to the point that they were like chicken jerky and the fries were never hot. This Wingstop used to be my go to as the Cedar Hill location is a dud! BUT, this location has disappointed me three times in a row now. My last 2 visits, my wings were lukewarm and not crispy at all. The wet order of Hot Lemon were dry...no wetness to them, the Louisiana Rub looked wet and not really coated as they used to be and the fries always seem undercooked. The large order of fries is the same amount as the regular order of fries and the times given should be increased from anywhere between 15-20 minutes extra. As much as I enjoy WingStop, it looks like well have to continue going elsewhere.

Definitely would not recommend. I placed an order through the Wingstop app on 11/05/2022 at 5:11pm and went to the Desoto restaurant 40 minutes later, even though the email I received said to pick it up in 33 minutes. The line was out of the door and the order was not ready. The employees were not helpful and ignored the customers who inquired about their orders. I did not receive my order until about 6:30pm, and no apology was given for the slow service.

Calling a store 7 times after you have spent your money is UNACCEPTABLE!! They are rude, and untruthful . They will confirm your order just to give you the wrong thing and then will go back and forth with you about their mistake. Customer service is not being taught during training and it s sad I should not have to drive 20-30 minutes away for a wing stop location that I appreciate their consistency, customer service is excellent, food order is correct, and accountability is taken if needed.

Ok I m usually a patient person but it took a hour and 40 minutes to get my food. Now Customer Service could be 200 percent better but it was not the worse cause I know how fast food places are. I did an online order for carry out. After waiting 40 minutes I went in sure my order was in. Well it wasn t she said 4 minutes and that I had one person in front of me. When she actually meant another hour! So when I got my order my fries were cold and hard ( too hard) and my chicken was dry n hard! I m so disappointed! I even thought to apply bc it seem they need help! It was packed so I m sure they had a rush but cold hard food is acceptable especially since I was patient. I ve called multiple times to get an eta and was either hung up on or just left there with the phone ringing. How hard is it to pick up the phone and answer a question and go on about your day ? Absolutely pitiful, I placed an online order and at first things were smooth I go and pick it up and get home and then I notice I m short two wings on my ten piece I don t know how it s hard to count to ten so I try to call and then the cashier answers and asks me to hold and proceeds to sit the phone down making me wait for about 17 minutes so long that I put the phone on mute and went ahead and ate the wings I did have when she finally says hello in the two second span it takes me to unmute my phone she hangs up , I call back twice and no answer I will never give this establishment my money ever again as someone who comes from the service industry this was appalling

I notice this and many fast food restaurants (if you can call this one fast)since most of the reviews says they take way to long to give you the order, I am not surprised of the bad reviews because most of the are having the same characteristics, if the management wont care much less the line worker or cashiers, we need to do something about it because the reason they can care less is that they will always have sales, I will give you the advise that never pay cash because your money will not be returned, but if instead you pay with a cc or debit card you can always dispute the charge and get your money back Ive done it many times, as long as you have the evidence in pictures or a chat where you contact the restaurant. If more and more disputes get done with same issues the owner of the restaurant (NOT THE MANAGER) will start to look why theres so many disputes he will be losing money and realize that his restaurant is performing really bad. See this reviews the owner he can also dont care he probably wont even see them, but he will be seeing his bank account. I will create a facebook group and share it with you all !In the mean time I will not buy from this place ever again !!!!
