My favorite thing to get from sonic is the chili cheese frito wraps, i m glad they have the full size now instead of just the juniors. But the last two times I ve gone to this location, they ve really skimped out on any chili (just a tortilla with nothing but fritos and a teaspoon of chili. These things need to be filled UP! This isn t even enough for a junior! And my husbands burgers only had the tiniest sliver of bacon. Come one sonic, you can do things better than this!

I have never had an issue at this Sonic. The customer service is good as well as the employees. The service is fast. I have never experienced them being out of any product. The shakes are always the best. I highly recommed this location. Its in an easy to get to location and in a nice area of Lewisville. Parking: No issues with parking

The staff is amazing but all summer every order about 3 times a week I have tried (unsuccessful) to order ice cream . Just plain old vanilla ice cream . Cannot get it from this location . The employees try to talk me into a shake or some other cold drink . I dont want a cold drink I want ice cream and dont want to drive across town to get it . Fix the dang machine please.

On more than one occasion, and more often than not, they are unable to have their full menu available. Twice within the last two weeks I tried to order a hot fudge sundae. Only to be told they could not make them. Is it an ordering issue? Supply chain issue? Doesn t seem to affect other locations that are close to me. Or even the other chains near me. So I will no longer visit this establishment. My money and business will be going to DQ or Handel s when it comes to ice cream and such.

Have visited this Sonic three times in the past month. Ordered on app all three times. - Average wait time almost 10 minutes. They were not busy. - None of the orders have been right. Not even close. - Carhops are very unpleasant. They treat you like you are bothering them when the bring your order out. A simple hi , thank you or smile would go a long way. I have visited many Sonic s over the years and this one is by far the worst establishment I have visited.

food took 25+ minutes. staff was extremely rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. seemed upset that we had multiple orders in one car, when the very first thing we said we would have multiple orders. Guy staff said I gave you two ranches, that s already extra ranch when requesting condiments for our three meals. messed up our order twice, and we had three different employees come to our car to talk to us because they kept messing up the order and couldn t understand us. the girls were okay, but the guy that serviced us (we go here weekly, think he is new) was so rude and passive aggressive my friend literally left the place sobbing. additionally, they overcharged our food (charged for mediums and gave us small) and gave us the wrong items. ice cream and drinks were melted/came with almost no toppings and was only like 3/4ths full. horrible experience.

Just returned home with my order. It was mostly wrong. I ordered a #1 Sonic Cheeseburger, tots and Coke. The tots and coke were correct, but they gave me a BLT without the T. I ate it, but wow. Its just too hot and too far for me to go back, so Ill just put Sonic back in time out. I should have been warned when the speaker system was not working well and the person taking my order kept asking me to repeat my order.

Kamiya was not friendly. She struggled to hear my order despite turning off the car and speaking loudly. She tried to complete my order three time incorrectly before I was even finished ordering. I got the wrong combo number, I got no ketchup, wrong size of mozzarella sticks, and gave me the wrong dipping sauce. She never repeated the order to me and looked miserable at her job. I get that it s fast food and they re young employees but I didn t even modify my order and she got so much wrong. Do better, management.

Ordered two Footlong Chili Dogs and a Dr. Pepper, easy ice. How simple can an order get. The Food came out COLD and NASTY tasting. The Druve-In was slow with business at the time, so there was No Excuse for COLD FOOD, they weren t even busy at the time. Service was good, and it came out within a reasonable time! I ordered on the app and while my food got to me pretty quickly, it was wrong. My burger had no condiments when I actually asked for mustard, ketchup, and Mayo. It also has lettuce with no tomato when I asked for the opposite. I purchased a 3 and a 5 piece chicken dinner to take home. Both dinners had 3 very small chicken strips. I ended up giving my dinner to my son so he at least was full. Ive noticed the last 3 times Ive purchased the chicken strips they are small strips and the crust is different from what it used to be even the taste is different but its not bad I guess but I would prefer the chicken strips you had that the crust was thick and crunchy and the strips of chicken were large, plump and juicy full of flavor versus these small thin pieces of chicken with a thin coating of batter not crust and dry: dont forget the gravy or dipping sauce cause you will need it with what their serving now and calling them chicken strips. I excused this the first 2 times with the pandemic situation but 3xs no I have to speak up. Not only the chicken was bad the serving of fries was not equivalent to a small size in either dinner this time. The drinks were good and services was good but I must say im very displeased with the quality of the food they are serving. Im giving this place 1 more chance to hopefully get back to normal and if not Im done with them. It will be a while though before i return my stomach is unsettled now as im typing this and the memory alone is not good. This location used to be superb Im very disappointed in the direction its going with food, at least they still have awesome shakes and drinks....

I visited here in August and decided I wouldnt go back. Even to this day I still remember the experience. I was out on lunch from work and so I placed a pick up order through the app because this location had slightly better prices. I get there wait 10 minutes for my food and I get a drink I didnt order and missing 5 cheeses for my 5 pretzels. They go back in. Keep in mind after waiting 5 more minutes just for cheese I hit the button and then when 10 minutes passed I called the location phone number many times with no answer. Then someone else comes out 10+ minutes later going towards the wrong car. So I open my door and say thats mine. And she seeming confused handed it over. I was already late back to work or otherwise I would have spoken to a manager.
