WOW WOW WOW!!!! First of all, the customer service was amazing! They take pride in their business and they want to be sure the customer is well-informed of the services they provide, what the cost is and that the customer is happy! And yes, their prices were very reasonable, in my opinion!! I was expecting to pay more!! Second, and the best part, they did an incredible job on my mom s house! The difference in the way the house AND the concrete looked was shocking!! We had them do all surfaces (deck, concrete and a rock path), windows, eves & gutters! The are very detailed and did an amazing job!! We are beyond pleased with the outcome, the company and every single employee we dealt with! They clearly work as a team!! I hired this company to clean my roof, windows, sidewalks and driveway. I was at first impressed that they came out to my house to give me an estimate since many of the other companies I looked into didnt do that. The sales person seemed knowledgeable and I decided to hire them to do the work. On the day of the visit they showed up with one guy and a small child helper to do the work. I was a bit put off by the fact they had a kid working and when I brought it up to the guy I was just told hes the owners son. Needless to say they did not do that great of a job, my personal power washer had more power than their truck mounted equipment and I ended up having to touch up my own driveway since the tech could not get all the tire marks off my driveway. My windows were poorly cleaned as well and when I called them to tell them that they sales guy came back out to check it out and I was told that they would come back and redo the windows. No one has ever called me back to get those windows redone. Lastly they tell you that the roof cleaning chemical will naturalize in about three days of sitting on the roof so it wont harm your plants and lawn and well that is not true either. It rained about two weeks after they applied their chemical to my roof and I have yellow grass now at each of my gutter washouts from the chemicals. Did the roof get clean yes, but at the expense of my lawn, did my gutters get clean ... kinda but not really .... did my windows get cleaned ...... sorta but not well. ..... Did my driveway get clean ..... kinda but only after I did all the detail work myself. I had realistic expectations and I am okay with things not being perfect but what really upsets me is the fact that they did not follow up on their promise to come back and do my windows. Companies should not lie to the customer. I did my service in July 2020 its now Sept 2020. *** UPDATE 9.25.2020 After I posted my google review online the company reached out to me to correct the issues I had with their services. They had someone come out and redo my windows to my satisfaction and they offered to cleanup a few little stains I had left on my driveway. Overall I was satisfied with the results after they came back out. I did change my star rating from two to three stars because they did come back to fix their work as they should. Overall the company was good but the lack of attention to detail the first time and the fact that I had to post a google review to get them to come back still in my opinion does not warrant a higher star rating. I do think this company is pretty honest and does the job they say they are going to do. My only advice would be check their work before the tech leaves.

If you are marketing your business to sanitize & clean by driving down my street and throwing your flyer in my yard, you are doing it wrong. Most of us are more annoyed than anything to have to pick up your marketing litter from my yard. I would choose another power wash company based on this fact alone.

Supreme Powerwash staff were very professional & kind. They were able to remove over spray from spray paint. In fact, I had originally called another company & when I informed them that it was spray paint, they referred me to Supreme Powerwash! When the staff arrived at our home, they did a test spot & were not going to charge unless they were certain they could remove the paint. Of course it worked & the patio looks great! They also gave us a senior discount when they learned my mother is 80 & on a limited income. They are SUPREME!!!!

Supreme worked on our home for 3.5 hours power washing the front and back of our home, pavement in front, driveway, and around our pool. They did an exceptional job. While doing the work, they offered to power wash the coverings on my furniture that were stained with mold and green pollen. These covers looked brand new when they were cleaned. In my opinion, Supreme went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work before leaving. Their price was competitive and they definitely distinguished themselves from their competition. I cant say enough wonderful things about Chad and David and the team.

Yesterday the business owners threw their flyers on the sidewalks, in the streets, in the lawns of many houses. Over 100 flyers were cast in front of as many houses in my neighborhood. See the photographs. Sloppy. Not prudent. Disrespectful. The flyers look very nice .... Too bad the owners wouldnt take the opportunity to hang the flyers on the front doors, or place the flyers on the front porches; If they did, they would get more sales!

The rock had very bad mold and we were concerned and wanted someone that was meticulous about doing it very gently. Chad, David and Robert were a pleasure to work with. First I would just start by saying that Chad was very professional and walked us through everything and explained everything in great detail. Then he stayed in touch consistently letting me know when he would arrive to do the work. He never let us go more than a few days without reaching out to let us know his schedule. I was really impressed with Chad and the job he and David did on our driveway, flagstone steps, and pool deck. Chad came to the house several days earlier, looked at the property, and later that evening provided an estimate by email. Today they showed up on time and worked steadily for the next four hours, first applying the chlorine solution to kill mold and then using their power washer to remove dirt and stains. Result: brilliant white Texas stone that used to be filthy, and a driveway and pool deck that look like new. Were putting our house on the market next week, and we couldnt be happier with the way it looks thanks to Supreme Power Wash!

Chad did an absolutely outstanding job. I was about to leave a voicemail on the number listed on a coupon wed found and he called me before the prompt hit the beep. He was straightforward, honest, professional, and exceptionally easy to work with. I texted him photos of the house (we had some pretty severe, tough to get out stains that we figured would need some sort of chemical treatment). Chad didnt claim he would be able to work miracles, he said he was 90-95% sure the options he had would get out the stains (stained brick is tough and sometimes impossible to get out), gave me a straightforward price and long story short the house now looks brand new. He got out the stains, kept me up to date on timeline throughout the process (including about 35 minutes warning of when he would be arriving to the house both for estimate and for job day), and really the whole process was just refreshing in comparison to other companies weve had to deal with since purchasing the house. Just to rave a little more, Chad also noticed some areas that needed work outside of the listed invoice and cleaned up those spots (as well as some moldy concrete) and, again, we couldnt be happier. Highly recommend!
