This is the 2nd one Ive been too, first one was in Bryan Texas and that one the staff and experience was so fantastic I didnt hesitate to look for an urban air when I got to Dallas. Sadly Im sorry this one was on the completely opposite end of the spectrum. Staff was decent, but why call it all day play if you can tell a 6 year old youve been here for 2 hrs and more people want to come in so you have to leave. I told him I had the all day play and even rented a locker for the 4 hrs we were planning on playing here. He told me thats run by another company so not his problem they should have told me at the front that I was going to be asked to leave after 2 hrs. Then just walked away. My initial plan was to come to this place Saturday and Sunday because the other one was awesome and my son loved it but now Im googling other things to do in Dallas with kids. Tucson has a place called wild kats and they sell you 90 minute passes, why not do that if youre kicking people out after 2 hrs we have the right to in terms I know but why not just schedule 2 hr times and let people know before they schedule a time frame for your location and then have you cut it in half without any care. Also in the future please consider using a P.A. or something to let parents know xxxx color bands your time is up instead of yelling at a kid that they need to go so they go crying to their parent who is confused at what happened and why a guy in a black shirt (couldnt see logo that is small on front of shirt instead of big and colorful like rest of staff) is telling their kid that they have to leave

Giving one star to get access to write in review which is not fair I was charged $ 5.95 just for two small size water bottles, and gave me the receipt of juice, . I can get 48 bottles of water for such an amount from Walmart. It was really disappointing situation not allowed your water and charge you a lot for just water and giving you fake receipt of juice.

We went to this park today and our experience was very unpleasant there was 1 lady yelling at other two ladies for no good reason. Then later that same day my boy was attacked by a lady she screamed at him and made him cry. There is no adults managing this business. The young girls who were working that day tried to deal with the situation but clearly they had no training on what to do. Some of them even got on the ladies side and were arguing with me. They felt treated by the lady who was aggressively screaming. I personally would never comeback to this place ever again. I don t feel safe there anymore. They need to have a rule where adults who mistreat other children and misbehave in the park will have to exit the park for the wellbeing of the children. Children have the right to play in a safe environment where adults behave appropriately.

I dont even give it one star but there is nothing less. - The last time we were here was right after things opened up after COVID and they had a thermal camera on you when you walked in. I understand its going through a remodel, but do yourself a favor and shut down to knock that out faster. Bathrooms gross - water leaking in the family restroom from the wall? Air stinks horribly bad, dusty, ripped nets, stained trampolines, torn mats everywhere. Im afraid of whats in the bottom of the ball pit or the foam pit.... You should reimage this as a mini Urban Air and target 3-6 years old because its so SMALL. Dont expect to actually spend time jumping if youre over 8. I could get more bounce out of those in-home personal 3 diameter trampolines. Lastly, after remodels the Owner should update photos on Google or Yelp or anywhere else they may be posted, my kids were expecting the rings and air mat from before. Thank God I used a Groupon so Im not out full price, but I wouldnt even come here with free tickets. We tried to make the best of it but couldnt last 30 minutes, it was that bad.

My son spent more than 15 minutes trying to move in the ropes, for a long time he was crying and having a crisis, there was no one in charge in the ropes area and I had no way to help him, I went to ask for help at the front desk and this woman yelled at me without even listening to me, I really went to ask for help, they should have people in charge at each station and treat customers better, I paid to come here, I deserve respect and good service. Wasnt the best place to go. We tried it out bc it was a rainy day.. the ads looked awesome, the reviews looked ok. The nicest worker was the lady that checked us in. First, this facility is way smaller than what you perseive from the advertising on the website. We had issues with it seeming to be very over crowded and understaffed. It was super dark and appeared dirty. My mom tried to get some nachos for a snack. The worker said well have to put the cheese on the pop corn. She said no, i wanted nachos. The guy then told her they didnt have chips. She said then you dont have nachos. The guy then tried to argue they did bc he could put the cheese on popcorn. Then she tried to order a pretzel. They were out of pretzels. Out of pizzas. There was only popcorn, candy, and drinks. I know the staff cant do alot but my children experienced other children being way too rough (trying to tackle and hit my son esp) and using all sorts of profanities towards them. Some of the other customers seemed drunk as well which was a little alarming being a family friendly environment. A drunken man was getting way too close into my daughters personal bubble causing me to move her to my side so I was inbetween them. He was also continuing to bother a female employee who seemed to be on a break. We chose to leave. It was not the good experience we were hoping for on a rainy day.. If you choose to try it out, watch your kids very closely.

Had my sons birthday party over the weekend at the Urban Air on preston road. RUN AWAY from this place. Staff is rude and its grossly overpriced. Sticky floors, air conditioning not working, rude staff, unkept bathrooms. My son waited 45 mins to walk across some bridge because the staff doesnt help the kids do anything. Do NOT hold a birthday party here. Not worth the headache or the price. There are other trampoline places that are cleaner and friendlier.

Saturday night. She walked in the door with her kids in tow. She sat at the table and the waitress came over to her and asked for her drink order. I didn t hear the order since I was situated some distance from her and the sound of indistinct chattering muffled her words. Her kids were teenagers. There were two of them both teens. They appeared to be engaged in typical sibling banter. The waitress returned with their beverages. They continued to inspect the menu while the waitress stared into the nothingness waiting for the small family to order. Socks! The mom exclaimed I forgot to order socks! She added to clarify her Random statement.

Rules have changed, there are now gates for certain areas. Kids waited in line to then go in one child at a time into the spacious ball pit but then a staff member keeps telling the one child to go through it so the next can come. And not even being kind or fun at all. They said it was due to accidents, but that s prob at the parents fault for not watching or instructing their own children.

Went to celebrate my sons 1st birthday and his cuzn 2nd birthday together since their birthday is 2 days apart. We purchased the package on Groupon, which was one of two things great about the night. The second thing was that the children had fun great. Im team children. we waited on pizza for almost an hour, and we had the party table for 2 hours but didnt get the food for almost an hour. We spent the last few min of the hour in the food court waiting on pizza. I asked the assistant manager, who was present. How long does the pizza take she said normally 3 mins I advised her that the young man that took my order never put it in back she said with the party we should have been take care 1st I advised her not only is one party we having 2. She went back to check, and they asked us for receipts, not like we didnt pay or anything. She did give us free drinks... so now we are down to less than an hour on the table. The server just showed back up 1st time since we sat down. Now my son has lost his phone in the ball pit we all wentto go look she called for cupcakes i played the sounds we finally found it with 5 min left hecwaa crying and everything because i asked him to leave the phone with me. went to get the manager at this point, and one that I spoke with at the snack bar was helping with the phone. Someone lost money, and it was a mess. Then next i heard our party was ober and we had to be moved from the table so now this is the last time we see the host she throwing us off the table I get the manager she says I apologize there was no other party after us we can move back to the table. She said sorry I already have payment she was notified about the food but now she cant compensate us because we already paid. I need corporate to fix this because we need to be compensated it was my sons 1st birthday, and his cuzn 2nd this is the worst establishment to spend your business money and time avoid at all cost

My family and I were celebrating kmy 2 grandsons birthday party. Received the food an hour late. They told us 20 minutes. Buzzers never went off. So we went to the concession stand and notified staff that the Buzzers never went off. We had 4 buzzers. Then they asked for our receipts, as if they had not given us the buzzers. 30 minutes after finally receiving our food. The hostess, who was only at our table twice, told us our time was up and started clearing our table while we were still eating. We spent our money to have this party and bought their food, which was an hour late and did not enjoy our time here. It was chaotic with a lot of confusion. I only gave them one star because I had to. It was really a zero. Poor service all around.

Thank you Urban Air and our host Audrey for making the best birthday party ever. The room was clean, and well maintained. The food was decent, it was a definite concession stand vibe. My kids love it here-obviously! My only issue is the cost. Not only is it pretty expensive (especially if you have several kids), but they charge an insane amount for food and drinks here. I guess that s everywhere, but don t expect to go here and spend a few dollars. That being said, they have a lot of fun things for kids to do but it s not an all day kind of thing. After about 1.5 hours, my kids were bored and ready to leave. If you have the money, it s a great place to take your kids to have some fun and get some energy out. Bring your wallet!

Dangerous environment for children and adults. Our family was having a great time when my wife was threatened by thug Hispanic guys over a table declared to be for their birthday party. I ran immediately to the seen since I was playing with the kids on the trampoline and the staff had no control of the situation. They have no security and no plan for any emergency. The thug s claimed they were packing (guns). I asked the mgmt to call the police and nothing happened. There is no scanners for weapons and no security. The place was packed and easily could have escalated to a shoot out at a place for entertaining kids. I spoke to the manager and they had no plan of action for any emergency. So while the place maybe a great place for kids games, ITS UNSAFE. Where is the police??? Where is the security? Now why should children lose their lives over thugs packing and ready to start fights! Beware of this business. Ask where is security? If you don t see any, remember you don t have any protection.

I looked up and saw an older boy taking my 5 yr old daughter by the hand into the playground area. I waited for them to come down from the slide and when they didnt, I went in looking for her. It was pitch black and I called her name. This is when she emerged and the older boy ran out. When I asked her what they were doing, she said that he said that he wanted to play a game with her. The room had foam placements like for pillows. Its closed off private area (behind the slides) where others cannot see. I notified the manager and corporate to close off this room. This was in August and September. Its now the end of November and this area is still there.
