Our server was absolutely amazing, we were very indecisive with what we were ordering and she was very patient and attentive to us. The only bad thing is as I was eating my food I noticed a cockroach in my fries. After talking to the manager and her explaining that the building has roaches it just made me want to break down especially because I have a phobia of roaches. I literally almost ate the full plate of fries when I noticed the roach. It completely ruined my appetite and made me instantly sick

Hello I was just in there 9/28/24 at like 12:30 am and me and my friend waited 45 mins no food or anything. We always come and this time and the last we ve had bad service or bad food.We also noticed our server who was no where to be found and she also seemed to be on something too. I woke in the food industry so I know how it is but this was unacceptable :(

Our server Melanie is the only reason why I wanted to leave a review. She s genuinely kind, understanding and concerned for her customers. I was there for breakfast with my husband , brother and sister in law who are visiting us from out of state. As soon as we arrived we were graciously greeted by the young lady at the entrance and then we were graciously greeted again by Melanie. She quickly took care of us and returned with drinks and took our order We waited quite a while and stopped another server to ask if she could find Melanie to see what was taking so long. At that time Melanie arrived with our food. All the food items on our dishes were cold. We would have asked for re- orders but we were on a time schedule and couldn t continue to wait on IHOP to get it right We ate COLD food, eggs and pancakes. We told Melanie how disappointed we were given the time we waited for our food. She apologized and when she returned with our check she did acknowledge the issue by discounting our bill. It was a very generous gesture on her part and we sincerely appreciated her sincerity She is an asset to IHOP and I hope she gets recognized for being a GREAT server

Me and my friend just door dashed from this ihop. We are extremely disappointed in the food. We felt extremely sick immediately after eating this food. The dasher only took 10 minutes to drive to us and somehow our food was ice cold. My friend loves eggs and she couldn t even eat the eggs because they were disgusting. We almost threw up just at the SMELL of the eggs. The bacon was chewy, the eggs were hard and stuck together and cold and soggy. The pancakes were okay but the hash browns had absolutely no flavor, and were not cooked properly. The mac and cheese was completely disappointing. It was dry and crispy, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heating lamp for hours. We are extremely sick now and would like a FULL refund because of this meal. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

Lets just say when I walked in I should have just walked right out. It was filthy. The doors, floors and windows were dirty. The waitress was very kind. The food was terrible. My pancakes were completely cold as if they had gotten them.off another table the butter would even spread . It was unacceptable and they should be ashamed of their food preparation . As a group of 4 we understand there can be a lot of pressure to get orders correct and accurate but that was not our experience. To start our coffee mugs had pink and purple lipstick on them as they were served. Then there constant back and forth on what was wanted verses what was on the menu, after checking with a manager the order was still placed incorrectly and a manager had to fix the ticket. Once the food partially arrived to the table (2/4 orders) we found a hair in our scrambled eggs, in the hash browns, and our crepes. What happened to wearing hairnets? We were disgusted and disappointed. After talking to the manager they only discounted us $9 with a bill of $75 and we were told that s the best we could do because their system was down or acting weird. After a bit of back and forth we convinced them to remove plates that had hair in them and walk out with a bill of $29. That s just mostly the food, but the service was hectic. We were the only patrons in the restaurant until we got our food, so we don t understand why we had so many issues with our order. They need to train their staff on how to better handle situations with patrons no matter who is at fault. Lastly management could ve been more apologetic and personable. 3/10 will not back for a while or at all.

Update as of 7/19/2024: As much as I know this location wants to portray that it resolves matter and cares about feedback/customers. It is an illusion to deceive. After emailing the management and a solution was proposed I no longer received a response or the compensation offered. I also never received a followup when using the provided link and asking for contact. Avoid this location if possible and enjoy Cracker Barrel a few miles away. The current 3.7 star rating should tell you all you need to know. This location use to be great and unfortunately as of late has significantly reduced the food size with increased cost. Unfortunately contacting the chain is useless. As management implies that customers do not understand there are differences in menu items. I sent an email to get assistance on the issue and was told the items were different. I ordered an omelette and it was significantly smaller than normal and I was disappointed with it. The item received can be seen in the pictures I upload. Along with the menu in store picture that I was told was a different item. Followed by the app menu showing even larger items. Thus confirming the average size was still larger than what I received and that management wanted to downplay my complaint.

They cant make basic breakfast? We asked for a regular egg sandwich: toast, eggs, bacon, and cheese. They asked the cook and we were told, no sorry cant make that. Then I said, okay...do you have just a regular combo thats eggs, bacon, and toast? I figured Ill just make my own, no big deal. Again, I was told, no sorry cant make that, but you can order a breakfast sampler (eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, hashbrowns, pancakes). I dont need all that, just need a basic breakfast. I went in waited 3 minutes made eye contact with 6 staff and no one address me or asked if I has been helped no initiative at all from anyone and when I ordered ahead I still waited 10 mins for my food at pick up and when I get back to work and none of the pancakes were made correctly, I ordered 2 Mexican Tres leches and both came as normal pancakes and the cinnamon bites I asked with no cream cheese icing. Still got it and called the shop spoke to laura unable to refund online or do anything in the moment as I was back at work, how hard is it to make sure the food is right if your gonna take the that long. I had to call my debit card company to dispute the transaction. Arbys, McDonalds, wendys, dominoes, ans taco bell all get my order right how hard is it. Never coming back or spending any money, glad I didnt tip

We went when it wasnt busy. A young lady was training that day. The person training her acted like she was too busy to slow down enough for the young lady to learn. The wait person brought our check and never came back. We thought we paid up front. We were told we pay at the table. The young man at the front took care of it. At one point, we saw the young lady crying. I hope shes still there, but I couldnt blame her if she wasnt. Maybe yall need to rethink your training program or should put new employees with someone with more patience. No new employee should be crying. If we saw it, Im sure other people did too. Took my dad ( who was visiting from Missouri) and my grandchildren there because that is what they requested Service was a tad bit slow, but the staff was all very, very kind, attentive and personable. Today was the first and certainly the last time I will ever visit this location. 15 minutes wait to be seated, 45 minutes wait for our food. Our waiter or waitress (I could not tell) was horrible. Not attentive to us, did not check on our food to make sure it was adequate, no offers for refills on our drinks. The sausage patties had cuts in them (very subpar presentation). I hurried to eat my pancakes, paid and ran out the restaurant! This location needs a serious managerial make-over or better yet close the location permanently.

If I could give no stars I would. The number is incorrect on Google Maps, on company website, and Apple Maps. It goes to a location in Frisco. Then, they don t have a way to transfer you to this location. So I order online to this address and when I order everything I said I didn t want on my meal they put anyway. Friendly staff and food, but they are understaffed and the utensils are very dirty as a result. I checked multiple utensils in their cleaned bin and they were all dirty, all had food stains and oily. Would not go here until the place is cleaned. Vegetarian options: You can customize almost all orders to fit a vegetarian diet. Placed an order for inside pick up and pick up time was 4:40. When I arrived at 4:40 no staff was in the front servicing people waiting. After around 10 to 15 minutes I finally decided to go towards the kitchen to ask what was going on and where my order was which they proceeded to tell me they don t know and will make it right now. We received our pick up order 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. My order was only one funny face kids meal which shouldn t take long. Placed an order over the phone. The lady I talked to didn t even ask me for my name before she hung the phone up. Went up there to pick up about 20 min later and they didn t even have my food ready or any knowledge of my order. So we left. As we were driving off I called IHOP again just to speak with manager. This is the second time this particular IHOP has messed up my order. I will never order from here again. Clearly the staff does not know the menu or can read. Called three times, been on hold for nearly twenty minutes each time, then theres a prompt to leave a voice-mail. I went here with some of my friends thinking it would be a usual dining experience. But I received a racist remark from Larua, the assistant manager at this location. She said I was a Calculator, probably because Im Korean. When I confronted her on it, she backpedaled and told me it was because of my glasses. One of THE worst IHOP s I ve ever been to. One of the managers named Laura is a racist, and made racist jokes behind one of my Asian friend s back, and tried to deflect accusations when she got called out on it. The food is mid, and the only good thing was our waiter Daniel. He was amazing, and knows how to interact with his customers in a lighthearted way. Will never be coming back unless Laura is either fired or at least punished for her racism.

I need to remind myself not to come to this location. Too many things have happened to me whenever I order here. Today I ordered curbside using the IHOP website and followed all the prompts. I arrived a few minutes before my order was scheduled to be ready so I waited in my car. When my order time arrived I waited to see if someone was going to bring it to me. I continued to wait for a few minutes after the scheduled order time. I tried calling twice but the number immediately disconnected after 1 ring. Finally, I decided to get down and my order along with many others were just sitting on a table for who knows how long. I understand you may be busy or understaffed but please dont provide a service for customer convience if you cant follow through on that service. There were 3 employees standing at the front and I expected at least an apology when I said I was there to pick up a curbside order but I just got a here it is.

Ihopes Breakfast Experience: A Nightmare Unfolded Our morning at Ihopes breakfast was nothing short of a horrendous ordeal. From the moment we stepped foot in the restaurant, it was clear that we were in for a disastrous meal. The server, devoid of any interest or enthusiasm, failed to offer any recommendations to guide us through the menu, leaving us bewildered and abandoned in our hunger. To make matters worse, we waited an excruciatingly long 45 minutes before our breakfast finally arrived. By that point, our patience was wearing thin, and we were desperately hoping that the food would at least provide some respite. Alas, our hopes were crushed as we beheld the sad sight of the eggs Benedict looking as miserable as the experience itself. But it wasnt just the presentation that was woeful; the quality of the food was abysmal. The pancakes were inexplicably cold, so much so that they failed to melt the butter placed on top. The scrambled eggs shared the same fate they too were chillingly cold. Shocked and disappointed, we approached the server, seeking an explanation for this culinary catastrophe. Her response was devoid of any genuine sympathy; she nonchalantly promised to summon the manager, as if we were merely an inconvenience rather than disgruntled customers. To our dismay, the manager proved to be even worse. She displayed an utter lack of concern or empathy for the debacle unfolding before her. Her attitude could be summed up by a dismissive gesture that seemed to say, It is what it is, so what do you expect me to do about it? In an attempt to appease us, she offered a mere 10 percent discount an insultingly small gesture considering the magnitude of our disappointment. In retrospect, it is clear that Ihopes breakfast establishment has unequivocally demonstrated their incompetence in providing a proper dining experience. Their claim of being open 24/7 only adds to the farce, as they clearly lack the capability to deliver on such a promise. Our visit to this establishment was a regrettable affair, leaving us to wonder how they manage to stay in business at all.

Decent reliable food, no complaints really. Sat us in the back of the restaurant, we had an 81 year old in our party so it was quite a walk for him. They took about 8 minutes to take our order, granted they were busy. No real complaints, but not a 5 star experience. Would eat there again.
