They did a great job and paid attention to all the details. I was so surprised to see the huge difference in the appearance of our home. We even had some mold on the soffits that completely washed off. I highly recommend ROI Pressure Washing.

Very impressed with Matthew his work and customer service are top notch! When we called for an estimate, he was professional and friendly. We got lucky in that he was able to squeeze us in for a residential cleaning the same week. When he did our estimate, he didn t try to upsell us on anything we didn t need so we really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail (and also explaining the process to us)! He was also prompt in sending us a quote too really appreciate how communicative and responsive he is and how he doesn t leave you hanging or requires us to follow up with him constantly for updates. That is VERY important to me since a lack of communication can cause a lot of stress. Matthew was on time and did a thorough job of cleaning our house and driveway. We had some mud stains and lots of bird fecal matter in the front entry left behind from 2 barn swallow bird families who had already left the coop. He went above and beyond in checking every detail for our house and driveway that had tire marks all over it. Matthew was able to get all of it back to looking brand new! We would definitely hire ROI Pressure Washing again for our future needs to ensure our home stays in great shape. Highly recommend ROI Pressure Washing and Matthew for his wonderful customer service.

Matthew did an amazing job with getting everything cleaned up at our house that we just moved into. Hes quick, efficient, and very friendly! I was actually shocked at how dirty our driveway and patio were before, after seeing how clean it turned out when he was done. It looks brand new now and Ill definitely be giving Matthew a call soon for other areas around the house!

Matt did a great job pressure washing all the concrete at my home. It looks fantastic. We have done it ourselves and never could do half as good a job as he was able to do with his professional tools. He charged a very fair price too. We highly recommend him and will definitely be using him periodically to keep things looking good.

We had some pretty tough mud stains on the front of our house and were afraid they had caused damage to the walls. However, thanks to some great work by Matthew, the stains were removed without any issue! He was responsive and communicative throughout the process, on time, and very thorough with the job. Will definitely use ROI Pressure Washing next time!

My house looks as good as new! The black mold all over my porch made me cringe every time I came home and I hated that guests were welcomed with such a dirty space. Matthew came out and explained the process in detail and did really nice job. He spent extra time on some of the areas that needed it. My house is 20 years old and literally looks new again. Patios and driveway looks fresh. Price was great. I recommend him 100%.
