I cannot comment about Ethan since I am biased due to being his mother. But, I can comment on Jordan and how amazing he is for taking care of my son after Ethan and I were in a horrific car accident. Thank you for accommodating post accident and post-op. Your company is amazing for taking good care of their staff. Thank you. Wheelchair accessibility: Does have wheel chair access but one does needs to be careful of how steep the ramp is.

Management needs to tell their employees to do their job properly, aka read the orders & total back to the customers at drivethru/window. We were over charged for the wrong order and the employee didn t even bother to give total in the first place, just took my husbands card & didn t say one word. if you don t like your job, quit. it s that simple. being unprofessional and not taking their job serious i guess.

Most everyone works in silence. They cant even get a photo with clean tables to display. You can tell from the taste of the food that things are done just to get by. Far cry from the Austin market, and certainly not an effort to compete with local restaurants. Theres better choices both for the customer, and for working attitude. Vegetarian options: Everything on the menu can be made with beans, black beans, potatoes, or rice as a substitute for no charge.

Might wanna fix the giant pothole. Innocent people shouldn t have to suffer because a multimillion dollar corporation refuses to fill in a massive pothole in their drive thru. A drive thru that has no space, which is a problem because you can t avoid the pothole, not even a sign. Can t imagine how many hard working people had their alignment ruined, tire damaged, bottom cover ripped off, shock busted and etc. There s multiple reviews on reporting this massive pothole but Taco hasn t responded to any of them. Absolutely disgusting, they spit on the face of every customer that has to drive thru that pothole after waiting 45 mins for food.

We came here 15 minutes before close, already feeling bad for the timing, and nauseous from pregnancy, and the people working were so unbelievably sweet and delightful and helpful. Went to pick up an order. Order was placed 10 minutes prior to me arriving. Place was basically empty, very little people inside and maybe 1 car. They took 20minutes to give me the order so 30minutes total. The whole time place was empty. The place was dirty, there were no lids for the cups and overall an annoying experience! The cashier didnt even acknowledge that I was standing there and Im a big girl. After 8 minutes I was asked what I was waiting for smh! Like I said I was picking up an order for someone else. Stop being ghetto and trashy!!!

The ladies here were so nice. The grub was typical Taco Bell; not stellar but good enough. They were open when other places werent, which is why I went. All in all, a good experience. Would go again if the need should arise or Taco Cabana is closed. Seriously, though, they were very nice and made everything fresh.

I ordered on the taco bell website it came thru doordash I got my food none of it was right the nachos had one piece of meat on them half my items I didnt get my burrito had a long hair in it. I call the store a women names Erica was so rude and didnt care at all I called again with doordash she hung up on me. Well, I don t normally go to this Taco Bell because I know that the food is nasty but I had to because it was close to my house and I needed to pick someone up soon so I thought oh I ll give it a chance. I ordered the Mexican pizza and two tacos. My Mexican pizza was done so sloppy. I had to cut it myself and pick it up with a spoon because it was so sloppy with refried beans and tomatoes everywhere on the box something I was taught a long time ago is that presentation is everything. I will not be coming back here ever again. I will make sure to go to the one across from Conroe high school at least they care about whether or not the customers return and they make their food in quantity and quality. This Taco Bell doesn t seem to care about that. Obviously!!

4 stars to 1. After more than a 5 minute wait as the ONLY person in line, while they were not busy, my order was taken in quite a disdainful manner. The service has become, to put it bluntly, lazy. I refuse to use self service modules as they are often filthy, and cannot stand when the staff glances at me 20 times because I want to order with a real person. I have given this place several chances before changing my review, and it has, unfortunately, been the same experience every time. 15 minutes for a single $6 combo. If its not an inconvenience for you, I recommened the location across town by the high school. EDIT: Havent been here in a while. Was missing a drive thru item and was the only one at the counter. They want you to use the self service so adamantly that noone would help me thinking I was placing an order. One lady walked right past me and the register. Had the other glance at me about 5 times before asking if I needed help. Guess Ill have to be rude about it from now on

Avoid this location. I ordered the Lava combo and chips and queso. Got my order and no chips and queso. Went to counter and got them. Opened taco wrapper and no lava taco. This is the second time i ve been seriously disappointed with this taco bell. I work right down the street, and i always get off around 10, we were hesitant to even go back, because last time they were extremely rude at the drive through and took forever, and then they forgot our drinks, so we told them, when they brought it out to us, and the guy tried to say there were no drinks, which i couldn t prove because i wasn t given a receipt, after explaining to him we had 2 large starrys he finally brought it out to us and was extremely rude. This time, we pulled up and told them we needed a second to choose, they had 3 different people ask us if we were ready, and they progressively got more rude and loud. The food is genuinely good for taco bell, but when i took a drink out of my starry i was disgusted, it was warm, the ice was almost fully melted, i checked my boyfriends and it s completely warm with 0 ice, and they re both flat as if they just gave us old ones that were sitting around. I don t think i will ever be coming back to this taco bell.

This Taco Bell location is a joke. They always manage to mess SOMETHING up and this time was no different. The restaurant was clean for once and I placed my order on the self help kiosk. I trusted them to get the order right if they saw it, because yknow sometimes they dont hear you correctly in the drive-thru. I have stayed away from this location for months after the last visit but I gave them another chance. I shouldnt have. I had to remind them that I had drinks, they left out an entire meal and I paid for extra meat and cheese for one of the nachos but it was definitely not an extra amount, it looked exactly the same as the other 2 nacho orders. I did not check my bags before leaving and when we called them, we were laughed at, we called back the next day to attempt to speak with a different manager and they were dismissive but offered to remake the order, we did not take them up on their offer.

I love Taco Bell food! It was delicious today. The manager or lead (white woman) was curt with the customers. I did not like the way she was joking with the food preparation lady for the front end. She seemed to be mocking the pronunciation of some Hispanic words. If she is like that all of the time and the crew is accepting of her ways, not much can be done. I, however, was offended by her treatment of customers and the crew. The dining area needed cleaning. There was trash on some of the tables and the floor. The drink area was a mess, with soda and water on the counter. I understand it might have been busy and there might have not been enough staff, but take the time to make the dining area nice for the customers. I could not get the app nor the website to work correctly which resulted in me not being able to order the customizable box that I really wanted. The crew members were working hard and were friendly to the customers. The food was hot and delicious.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. The workers werent rude or anything. Food tasted like every other Taco Bell. However, there was a hair in my sons freeze. Unfortunately, it wasnt seen until the end, when he took off the lid to eat the ice. That is when he discovered the hair. Since he had drunken most of it, it was no point in asking for another. However its still very gross to think of drinking a drink with a hair in it. It is not my hair being that its braided, and my sons hair is either braided or locd. That texture of hair does not match us lol. So it definitely came from the restaurant. This is why youre suppose to wear a hair net! Hair can be seen on top of ice and on side of cup

manager is totally rude and cannot do her job. she claims to not be able to give me a refund for 2 chalupas if i don t bring them back. they first forgot my chalupas and i realized once HOME so i drove back. got the chalupas, got home, bit into it and it was chicken. i had gotten beef. so at this point i call because i m not driving back for the third time. she then tells me i can t get a refund if i don t bring back the chalupas unbelievable. you want me to drive back a third time to give you a bitten into chalupa so you can throw it away. she was making the choice not to refund me and be rude because she felt like it. never coming back to this place you shouldn t either

Good food, my only complaint is that Taco Bell has gotten more and more expensive. For my family of 6 I pay anywhere from $85 to &100. I might as well go to a restaurant for that.
