We had an inflatable movie screen rental here in Austin for a birthday party and it was amazing! I called a lot of different vendors to get price quotes but freedom fun stood out compared to the rest because of the level of customer service I received so I knew these guys would show up on time and sure enough, they arrived early and tested everything well before the party was going to start. My neighbors have had a movie night before from a different company and man the quality difference was night and day. Freedom fun had a legit screen that didn t look cheap and the projector was super crisp quality. The speakers were also high-end and all I did was hook up my laptop to their system and it was that easy! Everyone had a blast and I m looking forward to football season to rent their projector screen again for game days.

I contracted Freedom Fun USA for their foam cannon and the students had a blast! Freedom Fun USA have reasonable prices for their services and they were incredibly patient with me during the billing process as it was for a school event and we had to wait to get approval before moving forward with the transaction. I have used Freedom Fun for multiple school and church events. They are always kind, helpful and professional, but this last large event they helped our church with they went above and beyond. The weather was against us and their operations manager, Jason was on top of communicating with us and working with us to make sure our church was able to make it happen! The on site staff day of had great attitude even though I m sure their feet were wet and soggy and that the day wasn t what they were expecting either. The event was a success even with the on and off weather and it is in large part to the freedom fun team s commitment to their customers!

THE BEST rental company in Austin hands down. They have the largest inventory and most availability than any other rental company in Austin and are also the most reasonably priced. Their products are high quality and look fabulous. I rented an inflatable interactive for a birthday party that was a huge hit. We had freedomfun USA host a bubbles themed birthday party for our 2-year old. We had a wonderful experience with them and all the kids enjoyed the bubble party. FreedomFun was very good in communication right from booking the event to the day of the event. They were right on time to set up everything at the birthday event venue. There were couple of things that could be improved upon. First, looking at the materials used and duration of the event (1 hour), we felt it was slightly on the expensive side. Second, the party coordinator on the day of event could have been more attentive. We had to remind them few times to refill the soap/materials buckets while the event was going on. Overall, we are satisfied with the how the event turned out and the kids had fun.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. The first time I called Danielle was very helpful and gave me everything I needed to shop around. The second time I called to book the bounce house no one answered, but I almost immediately got a text message from Danielle, who was at the airport, apologizing that she missed my call and asked how she could help. She got us booked while she was busy traveling. We had some things come up and had to reschedule the party. This was the easiest reschedule ever! They said, no problem and got us taken care of. A few days before the party, Josh reached out to confirm everything. On the day of we got a text from Nathan that he was on his way, right on time. They got it set up and it was great! We booked the mobile laser tag for my sons 9th birthday party. We wanted to hold his party after school on a Monday and they were great! When we thought we may have to postpone due to rain they were very responsive and had an alternate date available that worked for us (thankfully it turned out to be a beautiful afternoon). Rented a Foam cannon for my daughters 5th birthday. Was not sure if this would be a good idea for the little ones but it was super great. The foam did get somewhat high for them because of the wind but with a sprinkler on the side for them to wash off when it became to over whelming they still had so much fun. The parents also had fun. I am the Events and Communications Manager for Riata Austin and have worked with Freedom Fun several times now. They typically arrive at the expected time, only running late when getting lost in our community or stuck in traffic, and are quick at setting up. The events have all gone off without a hitch and its a wonderful event! We use the 24/25 inflatable screen in our Main Leasing Pool and it is easy to hear and see the movie after dark. They are very amicable and we have never had any issues. Everyone that I worked with was great from start to finish! We got the 25 screen package, Giant Connect 4, and popcorn machine. I wanted to do a trial run going from my ipad to the projector days before our event to see if it was compatible to put my mind at ease. I spoke with Danielle and she helped coordinate that with me over the phone. Zack met me their onsite and was very accomodating. He was so kind and answered all my questions. Their warehouse is pretty far out their in West Leander, but its well worth it to ensure all the components worked. The day of the event Josh arrived early and set up everything perfectly. He was very careful and made sure he placed things where I wanted them. We had to start the event a little later than planned because the projectors lumens werent very strong, so next time we will request a more powerful lumen projector. There was a mixup with the popcorn servings, but Josh was very helpful in rectifying the issue! Impressed with the team at Freedom Fun! I would highly recommending using them--we surely will again in the future!

For my son s 9th birthday, we rented the Battle Rifle Pro Laser Tag Platinum Series - Concierge Service. We had ten boys playing laser tag in our yard, with our concierge , Colton, running the show. The boys had a blast. Colton kept the party moving, starting new battles every 8 minutes, suggesting new scenarios for each one. He brought a speaker and played Star Wars and Marvel music to pump the boys up. The guns were easy to use and we had zero malfunctions. This was the easiest (and best) party I could imagine for a group of energetic boys. I would definitely do it again!

AMAZING! I rented laser guns for my sons 18th birthday. Tim was friendly, accommodating, and really helpful. Included in my package was 10 guns, a table, a speaker, 4 barricades, and instructions to run the games. My 11 year old figured out how to run the admin gun and the games. We played in the dark at a local park for hours. My son and his friends told me over and over that it was the best birthday party ever.
