This place is terrible! I went to pick up a package that was being held here. They told me it was at the FedEx shipping center in Houston. I went to Houston, the FedEx shipping center informed me that my package had been delivered to The Mailbox in League City the day prior. I went back, told the clerks what had happened and lo and behold, they found my package. These people offered nothing in the way of an apology for wasting my time. Stay away from this place.

I visited The Mailbox today at around 1:30pm. Awesome service by young lady over there, who was the only staff available that time. While she was helping another customer packing big shipment, she multitasked and completed my shipment in few minutes without making me wait for long time!

Paid them to package and ship two items that have a $1600 replacement cost. Arrived destroyed. Found packaging to be a piece of brown paper in a cardboard box for 30 lbs worth of items. Won t reimburse me my charges and the money I had to refund the person who bought them for half the replacement value. Also won t even follow up on the problem! Terrible service! Update: Keep hearing about this video footage yet still haven t seen it! The owner has now admitted to also not declaring insurance value and did not ask or offer it, and I d also not taking responsibility for that. Anywhere I have e we shipped an item I am asked if I want insurance, made aware of how much insurance is included and declare what I want it insured for. They did none of that, and admitted to not doing that but is saying that s a courtesy and they re not liable for that either. Attorney is now retained to handle this.

I needed to send fingerprints in with a job application. Nadia (not sure of the spelling) and the other woman at the desk were awesome and helped me through the process, all the while dealing with other customers! This was just before closing time, too, and they were completely helpful and friendly. I dont have much shipping business, but I will bring every bit of it to this store and recommend it to others. Really, really excellent customer service!

Such an awesome experience, and one you wouldn t expect from running a simple errand to go ship products!! That s what makes an impression, when you have a run of the mill errand and it turns out to be an above average experience! :) Naijah s customer service was TOP NOTCH and she was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! They do not know how to process Amazon returns here. They kept telling me that I had to forward my email from Amazon, that they couldnt scan my code, that they would have to print things out. Finally I just drove down the street to The UPS store and they scanned the same package, no questions, nothing and it took less than five seconds. I literally have no idea what the person at The Mailbox was even trying to do, but Im going to save my time and just go to the other end of South Shore to The UPS Store from now on, not as close, but at least they understand how to process an Amazon return.

Im a guy that needs to send an overnight 1 time a year generally. My experience at Mailbox was GREAT! She helped me figure out what was going on with FedEx online (where I thought I had purchased the delivery), and then saved me over $20 on the exact same overnight. Super helpful, willing work hard for YOU!!! Highly Recommend. Skip Walgreens across the street, get FULL SERVICE HERE!!!
