It was raining the day that we visited the restaurant. As we were waiting for a table we noticed that the roof was leaking in the lobby sitting area in several places. There were 2 ladys attending the sitting area but they disregarded the wet floor. We notified them the puddles of water on the floor and they said they knew about it. We told them it would be a good idea to put a wet floor sign out for the customers and it irritated then, but they finally said they would call someone. We were seated and had a good meal. When we went to leave we noticed the roof still leaking and there were not any wet floor signs out still. Very dangerous. Hope no one has been injured there when it rains.

As usual service and food was excellent. I enjoyed the Egg Plant Parmigiana while Philip equally enjoyed the Chicken Parmigiana. Parking: This location is very popular so arrived early. Kid-friendliness: Children meals are available and the typical coloring book and crayons. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps are in place and usuallyan employee comes to open the door and assist you.

Me and my family went to Olive Garden on Monday at dinner time. Our waiter was Atticus, he was amazing and worked fast to get our food to the kitchen and out of the kitchen. He made so many jokes that were funny and made me and my family laugh do many times, we did not want to leave. Next time you go to Olive Garden ask to have him as your waiter!!!

Shout out to Pat the manager for helping me make my mom s 80th birthday a success. They don t take reservations but when I called and asked if I could come in a few minutes before they opened to decorate they were obliging. Kids favorite restaurant. Been to this location 3 times.. The first, the male server held the device while rushing you to pay before finishing your meal, gave everyone the same story about putting his kid through college and low key dissed you for buying dr.pepper.. then after you tip him ghosts you following your meal. The other times had the same female server both times she was exceptional food as well

Im super impressed! This is my first time going to an Olive Garden, and it was great! Jamie is a great server, The French Fries were especially fantastic, I just wanna know how they got potatoes that big! Overall, 5 Stars! The waitress we got was so kind. It really felt amazing that she went out of her way to make a human connection. All she did was say shh, come here, this never happened and filled the bottom of my bag with chocolates when I only asked for a handful. I m not going to name her as she shouldn t get in trouble, but I m very thankful for her. I m going through probably the most emotional, difficult time of my life, and this simple act of kindness and human connection really made me feel much better. I m very thankful she s not a lifeless working robot, like many big corporations train their employees to be. She truly went out of her way to make someone s day just a little better. I really wish the best for her. Thank you for making the hardest week of my life just a little better, and all with delicious chocolates

Took 20 minutes to get our salad and breadsticks, another 30 for our 2 spaghetti lunches and kids pizza. Mind you the restaurant had maybe 5-6 tables in use. Waitress definitely needs to find a new job if she can t keep up with her small amount of tables. Absolutely won t be back there.

WE WENT TO OLIVE GARDEN ON SUNDAY FEBRUARY 18, 2024 AFTER CHURCH- PRETTY NORMAL FOR US. THERE WAS FOOD STUCK INSIDE THE SIDE IN MY WATER GLASS- I WAS ON 2ND GLASS WHEN I NOTICED IT- IT WAS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING. WHEN MY HUSBAND TOLD HER WAITRESS (I GOT SICK AND RAN TO RESTROOM), SHE DIDNT SHOW ANY CONCERN. WE NEVER GOT TO COMPLETELY EAT-DUE TO ME FEELING SICK FROM FOOD IN WATER GLASS. IT WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! WE LOVE GREG- SO WE GO THERE QUITE OFTEN DURING THE WEEK ALSO. IM NOT SURE WHEN ILL RETURN-IF EVER. Ended up going to get to-go. I was happy with how many bread sticks they gave us. We ordered three meals, while the two chicken Parmesans were perfect, unfortunately the lasagna was cold. While I do realize it is to-go and will cool off in transit, it shouldnt still be frozen in the center with the cheese on top of it not even melted. The service was excellent, even calling back to confirm and let me know of a possible upcharge due to changes made to the plates. As for the atmosphere, it feels far too modern and lifeless. It doesnt have the atmosphere that the olive garden had of years past. It feels more like a fast food restaurant with lower lights. The entrance was odd and felt like the place wasnt even open. Dietary restrictions: Since I am on a strict diet, I rarely eat pasta. Instead I changed the pasta with broccoli with a side of Alfredo on top. It was a two dollar upcharge, but is worth it to maintain my restrictions

The food has seriously gone downhill in taste and quality. It all tastes like they bought it pre-made from Walmart. I make better Italian food than what is served here. I will have to seriously think about it before going to another Olive Garden. The service I got was unacceptable. The waitress literally picked a piece of cheese off of my wife salad plate before handing it to her. She also didnt take our salad bowl and plates when we were done. I really cannot recommend this particular Olive Garden to anyone.

Dont order Carside!!! I ordered today and received a text stating that my order would be ready by 12. After sitting in my car for 30 minutes after checking in using their link in the text message, I walked inside to retrieve my order that was not ready yet. The employee at the take out desk said she would go check on it. Another lady walked in after me and stated that her order was supposed to be ready at 1130, at this point it was 1230. Her order was ON THE COUNTER!!! No one had taken it out to her! No telling how long it had been there, the food was probably cold at this point. I understand that places get busy, but dedicate SOMEONE to take orders out to the cars! We dont order online to stand in a line and wait on our food! This is supposed to be a convenience thing! If you cant handle it due to short staffing, then stop offering it! You will lose business either way. Do Better!!!

We went two evenings about a week apart. Both times food was over cooked, or cold. The waitress were wonderful. For the price of the food you would expect a lot better. Also they advertise that the soup is made from scratch, but we had a family member end up with plastic in the bowl and the service staff saidit was from the soup bag when they opened it to warm it up. Olive Garden step up your game if youre going to be a high end priced restaurant!

I won t say this particular Olive Garden is grander than any other but it was still a nice evening out. The food was delicious, I chose cheese ravioli. It was *chef kiss* . I took away 2 stars for the atmosphere entirely because I had a family of 6 sitting across from me with a child that no one in their group was paying attention to. Definitely needs a makeover. The pricing is ridiculous $20 for a plate of fettuccine Alfredo that doesn t have enough sauce for all the noodles. You have to but a boat of Alfredo sauce for another $7 so you have. 2 soft drinks, 2 Alfredo plates and a boat of sauce was $60 before a tip .
