I redeem my points on my order. So i order thru the app and had a free chicken sandwhich and 8piece chicken fry. When i pulled up at drive thru noone acknowledge or greeted me , i pulled up your old woman cashier insist the order online had my name and number but no charge,which i explain i redeem my points and then she claimed i hadnt paid ..obviously since i redeem my points . All she did was argue instead of listening.. the rudest old lady i ever met. She need retraining. I wasted my time and my gas just to be treat like crap and my points are tooken away for no food.

Zero stars. Walked in to a bunch of people waiting. Got to the counter and waited more. Watched 5 different employees walk right past us. No hello, no acknowledgement. No nothing. Said out loud I guess we arent welcome here and no one batted an eye... Walked out after another minute of waiting. As I pulled away, someone was walking back in to complain about their order that was incorrect... I love BK, I hate this location. Close it and start over.

The night crew July 3rd seemed kind of wonky and cold. No warm greeting. It took them quite a few minutes to acknowledge me as I was the only person in line. The cashier didn t even greet me but stared coldly at me as if I was a burden on his part time shift. The atmosphere here is tainted by the customer service, but perhaps it was one of those nights. Where do we draw the line?

Don t come here. They will mess up your order, give bad customer service and put their old gum in your fries. Our first order here, the customer service was horrible. The guy at the window was not pleasant or happy he was not friendly at all and he left out a drink. I let him know we were missing one and he closed the window and came back to hand us the wrong drink. Oh well, we kept it. This is our second order at this location. The lady was much more friendly, she even asked if I needed a cup holder. We waited a bit for food, no biggie, I was glad it would be fresh. We get home and find a piece of toilet paper with someone s old gum in our fries so disgusting! Never again.

I had 2 problems. All 3 flavors of the frozen drinks were not frozen at the lobby station. The lights were blinking, but no one working cared enough to fix any of them. 1 or 2 flavors being out, maybe malfunctioning, but all 3 is ridiculous! I ordered a whopper and the amount of lettuce they put on it was very little! They pride themselves on making gold whoppers, mine definitely was not gold! Parking: Plenty of parking, including a drive thru, & also several handicapped parking spots.

Extremely poor customer service. Went to get lunch at 12:00pm today 04/04/2024. Got into line inside at 12:00pm. Finally got up to counter at 12:15pm. Was told that they were no longer accepting orders due to short staffing and would not be accepting new orders for at least 15 to 30 minutes. If short staffed and cannot handle drive-thru and counter lunch service, close one down completely. Its worse to have both open and provide bad and/or no service.

We ve eaten here several times and had good service. This morning, we chose to go here because once again, McDonald s did not have their frozen machines working and we wanted a frozen coke. So we ordered breakfast sandwiches for the first time and they were awesome! The eggs were much fluffier and softer than other establishments! The sandwich was wonderful! We will definitely order breakfast there again!

My FAVORITE location. The one in Dickinson off of 646 is terrible. I live less than a mile off that one, but I would rather travel farther to this location. Ive never left a bad review before, but I had to for this. They charged me for the wrong order after I expressed my concern to the drive-through employee. Then, she was rude to me when I was apologizing for something I wasnt at fault for. They tried to then send me off without half of my order, and being rude to me once more when I brought up the missing times that I paid for. To top it off, the Sprite was literally carbonated water? Its a small thing but, on top of everything, it felt like the fitting end of my ordering experience. I love Burger King, but will not be coming back to this location.

Manager decides to coat the counter with a varnish type material at 9am on Thanksgiving morning. I accidentally put my hand in it not expecting to find a wet counter during opening hours. Consistently the poorest performing Burger King I ve been to in the many decades I ve visited the franchise s locations in many states. The food itself is good however; 8 out of 10 times the order is incorrect. Either the hiring process is highly flawed or the minimal level of acceptance is flawed. The only way to impact and perhaps change the mentality is revenue loss. Beginning this evening, I ll place every flawed order in the refrigerator for return the next day. Enough is enough.

Just ate here. Food was OK but we ordered a kids meal and they did not ask us what we wanted a toy, ice cream or apple sauce. They threw a toy in the bag with out asking us. We went up to the counter after eating and asked the manager to switch the toy to ice cream. She said no that she would have to charge us and did not even offer to let us pay the difference. This is not customer service! I would would definitely recommend not coming to this burger King and go to Chick Fila they are so much better at customer service. My bad experience 2nd time in a row. Staffed by pretty rude employees. I have witnessed employees playing inside by throwing fries and chicken nuggets at each other.
