I had the pleasure of working with Dani, my partner and I were renting our own place and as first time renters, it can be very overwhelming, but Dani made everything so easy for us and took so much of that stress off of our shoulders. She was very informative, quick to respond, and extremely patient and supportive. As a first time renter I had so many questions and just bombarded her with it all and she answered all of them without hesitation and made sure I felt comfortable with asking even more questions. We had so many ups and downs during this process and Dani was the only one who would take care of it right away and communicate everything with us and the landlords so effectively. I highly recommend her, she deserves more than 5 stars!!!

We were fortuitous to make Sarah s acquaintance. We had just started looking for a house to ensure that our son gets mapped to an intermediate and later high school of our choosing. Dani worked with me and I was in Florida and traveling in New Zealand. She looked at properties and identified any flaws in the buildings for me. Weve spent so much time on different realtors with different companies and almost quit our search, it was like pulling teeth finding good help! By the grace of God we lucked into finding Katie. She was like super woman pulling strings left and right, meeting us at all hours of the week. She knew the pros and cons of housing conditions, and which home was worth coming back to. She builds a trusts and a friendship in her clients that makes it like a fun adventure as opposed to the daunting task you would imagine house hunting to be. She wont sit on a good deal, and for newbies like us she even helped walk us through and gave advice during the negotiation process. I thank God that I was assigned KATIE DVORAK as my agent! She assisted me thru the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. ONE day Prior to Closing, the Lender, PennyMac, decided not to approve the loan. This meant I was going to lose over $7,000 dollars that I had already given in earnest money. She immediately jumped in and was able to get Gateway Mortgage o my case. They approved and closed the loan in 5 days! I crossed paths with Realtor Katie Dvorak while she was assisting her client with some information on a rental house next door to me. Unfortunately that house next door has someone using the information to scam people out of deposits and payments. Two different families showed up on the same day expecting to move in, only to find that they were scammed. Luckily Ms.Katie was verifying information and protected her client from being another victim. She then also reported the agency and is following up with the information. She is definitely thorough and works in the best interest of her client. Although I don t have a need for a realtor at the moment, I definitely saved her information.

My wife and I approached the home purchasing process very cautiously as it had been more than thirty years since our previous home purchase. Roxanne helped me find my rental house. She went out of her way to show this house 3 times. So that my husband who works nights could see and my brother who is a college student could view it also. Roxanne has worked with alot of my friends and family on building their homes. She is very knowledgeable about the houses. And what she didnt know right away, she quickly found the answers to. She was very professional and easy to talk to.She is very quick to reply and can always be reached. My friends say they felt like she personally wanted them to get the house they were trying for just as bad as they wanted it. The whole experience was fabulous.
