Second time working with Jamie, do to unexpected events I need it to move and Jamie sold the house I was happily living in for few years. She sold the house quickly and efficiently. All her recommendations were effective and on point. She helps and guides. If I miss something she will remind me. I never felt alone in the process. First time Jamie helped my buy a house while I was living in CA and most of our dealing was long distance, regardless of the distance Jamie was always responsive and keeping us up to date in everything that was going on. So I can t you all the good things about my realtor, Jamie Terry-Phillips but I m going to try! So not only did she help me get a good price on my house with a cash offer BUT she didn t let these people try to take advantage of me! They tried to change the close date and reduce the price by $20,000. Not only did she tell them no, she told them HELL NO! She bossed them around and told them when we were closing, no exceptions, how we were closing, how much it was, or she was putting it back on the market! I thought I wore the boss B**** crown with pride but I ve never been so proud to give it to someone else! I ve worn it proudly but it s time for you to take your reign queen!! Jamie is an AMAZING realtor! Not only did she sell our house super quick but she helped us find our dream one as well. We had our house listed before her with a different realtor and it did not sell it. Once we put it up with Jamie, it sold quickly. She and her team took the best pictures to display our home. She always answers texts and phone calls unlike some realtors. She also treats every client like they are family. My kids love her and the surprises that she loves to leave for clients.
